I would imagine that this will be the last post on this feud unless Biles says something more stupid than she has already. In all the posting I did about the feud, I never posted the post that caused Biles to lose her mind. It was a Gaines post about the Class 4A Softball State Championship Game, which was 'won' by the Champlin Park Rebels. The star player for the Rebels is their pitcher who is a MALE. That lead to this twitter post by Riley Gaines, a huge advocate for getting and keeping boys and men out of female sports and any other sex specific spaces.

Former first lady Michelle Obama said that a woman’s unique ability to grow a human life inside her body is “the least of” what the reproductive system is for.
Obama, a prominent Democrat and supporter of abortion, discussed her thoughts during an episode of her “IMO with Michelle Obama & Craig Robinson” podcast on Wednesday.
The “Becoming” author said that the “frustrating thing” is that the issue “has been reduced to a question of choice, as if that’s all of what women’s health is.”
“Women’s reproductive health is about our life,” Obama added. “It’s about this whole complicated reproductive system that the least of what it does is produce life.”
She continued, “It’s a very important thing that it does, but you only produce life if the machine that’s producing it, you want to whittle us down to a machine, if the machine is functioning in a healthy, streamlined kind of way. But there is no discussion or apparent connection between the two.”

(That’s the most out of touch, unrealistic viewpoint on a woman’s reproductive system I’ve ever heard. I’m a man but obsessed as I was with understanding what I was dealing with, at an early age, I read everything I could understand about reproduction.)

Women's fencer opens up on refusing to face transgender opponent, accepting punishment and backlash.
Turner says the issue has turned her from a lifelong Democrat to a conservative Republican.
Ahead of a bout at the Cherry Blossom Open in Maryland over the weekend, Turner, 31, made the decision not to compete against trans athlete (MALE) Redmond Sullivan. And Turner also wanted to make sure her refusal was caught on video for the world to see.
Turner came to the decision the night before the event when she checked the competition pools and saw that she would be competing against Sullivan, (a male) whom she had read about in an article last year.
"I saw that I was going to be in a pool with Redmond, and from there I said, ‘OK, let’s do it. I'm going to take the knee,'" Turner told Fox News Digital.
Turner went through all her warm-ups that day and went on to fence in four bouts before her matchup with the trans athlete (MALE). When it came, she was "nervous and shaky," but was sure about her decision.
"I knew what I had to do because USA Fencing had not been listening to women's objections regarding [its gender eligibility policy]," Turner said.
"I took a knee immediately at that point. Redmond was under the impression that I was going to start fencing. So when I took the knee, I looked at the ref and I said, ‘I’m sorry, I cannot do this. I am a woman, and this is a man, and this is a women's tournament. And I will not fence this individual.'
"Redmond didn't hear me, and he comes up to me, and he thinks that I may be hurt, or he doesn't understand what's happening. He asks, ‘Are you OK?’ And I said, ‘I’m sorry. I have much love and respect for you, but I will not fence you."
And right after that, Turner's punishment by USA Fencing commenced.
"Redmond says to me, ‘Well you know, there is a member on the board of directors here who supports me, and there is a policy that acknowledges me as a woman, so I am allowed to fence, and you will get blackcarded,’ and I said, 'I know," Turner said.
Minutes later, the referees dealt Turner a black card, which represents the most severe penalty, leading to expulsion from the tournament or event for serious rule infractions or unsportsmanlike behavior.
Turner said she was then escorted to the bout committee where she had to explain what she did. She says the members then handed her a copy of the association's transgender policy and made her sign a document acknowledging the black card. Turner said she signed the document under objection.
Then, Turner was escorted out of the venue, she said.

Mace Introduces Bill To Ban Men From Using Women’s Bathrooms In Congress

The bill comes as Democrats are preparing to have the first transgender member of Congress in January.
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) introduced a bill on Monday that would force “members, officers, and employees of the House” to use bathrooms that correspond to their biological sex.

The bill noted that “allowing biological males into single-sex facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms designed for women, jeopardizes the safety and dignity of Members, officers, and employees of the House who are female.”
The Sergeant-at-Arms of the House of Representatives would be in charge of enforcing the prohibition of men from being able to use facilities designated for women.
The bill was introduced as Democrats are preparing for their new member, Sarah McBride from Delaware, to become the first transgender member of Congress.
“Sarah McBride doesn’t get a say in this,” Mace told reporters. “If you’re a biological man, you shouldn’t be in women’s restrooms.”
Mace added on X: “Never thought this would have to happen, but we are introducing a resolution banning biological men from entering protected spaces for women on Capitol grounds.”
“Protecting biological women starts here and it starts now,” Mace added.
Rep. Becca Balint (D-VT) raged over the bill, claiming: “The cruelty is the point.”
McBride claimed that the bill was an attempt by “far right-wing extremists to distract from the fact that they have no real solutions to what Americans are facing.”
“We should be focused on bringing down the cost of housing, health care, and child care, not manufacturing culture wars,” he claimed.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who recently removed her pronouns from her X account, claimed that the bill was “not just bigotry” but “plain bullying.”
Republican members signaled that they were open to the bill and would take a further look at it.
“We’re going to talk about that,” said House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA). “We’re working on the issue.”

The Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene repeatedly 'misgendered' McBride in a now-viral video where she was asked about Mace’s bill.
“I support a resolution that keeps all biological men out of women’s bathrooms, locker rooms and private places. Not only here in the Capitol complex, our office buildings, but all taxpayer-funded facilities,” Greene replied.
She was also asked how one would “check if someone is qualified to use the ladies’ restroom? Obviously there’s a new openly transgender member of Congress.”

The HUGE number of medals female athletes have lost to trans opponents allowed to compete against them is revealed in UN report highlighting women's 'loss of fair opportunity'
A report from the United Nations has revealed the huge number of medals female athletes have lost to trans opponents.
The study - titled 'Violence against women and girls in sports' - stated that 'policies implemented by international federations and national governing bodies' had allowed athletes born male to compete in women's sporting categories.
It goes on to argue that athletes born male had gender specific attributes, such as higher strength, which were advantageous in certain sports and resulted in the 'loss of fair opportunity' for biologically female competitors.
Reem Alsalem, the UN special rapporteur on violence against women and girls, presented the findings of her report to the UN General Assembly earlier this month.
And this included the incredibly high number of biologically female athletes who had lost medals to transgender athletes.
It revealed that over 600 female athletes had lost over 890 medals across 29 sports.

The paper didn't elaborate on at what sporting events the medals were won, or over what time frame.
Transgender athletes who have won gold medals in sporting events include Canadian cyclist Veronica Ivy became the first transgender cycling champion when she won gold at the UCI Women's Masters Track Cycling World Championships.
Another transgender athlete is the American swimmer Lia Thomas who was the first transgender athlete to win the highest US national college title when she swam for the University of Pennsylvania in 2022.
Ms Alsalem, a civil servant from Jordan, goes on to say that while some sports federations mandate testosterone suppression for athletes in order to let them compete. However, she claims that only might this approach harm the health of the athletes, they also retain  a number of 'performance advantages' in certain sports.
The New York Post reported that Ms Alsalem also called on the UN to provide stronger protections for women and girls in sport.
Aside from the transgender issues, Ms Alsalem also argued that women face other obstacles in sport. This includes social stereotypes, pervasive sexism and limited access to training facilities.
She said: 'Women and girls already have many odds stacked against them that impede their equal and effective participation in sports.
'In addition, their ability to play sport in conditions of safety, dignity and fairness has been further eroded by the intrusion of males who identify as female in female-only sports and related spaces.'
During the Paris Olympics, a major gender eligibility row engulfed the woman's boxing surrounding Algerian boxer Imane Khelif.
Ms Khelif, who is biologically female and does not identify as transgender, went on to win a gold medal in women's boxing but her road to the podium was a bumpy one filled with controversies.
Before the olympics, she failed two two gender eligibility tests administered by the International Boxing Association (IBA). However, olympic officials - which no longer recognize the IBA -  dismissed these as 'illegitimate' and defended her participation.
This did not prevent a row from breaking out over Ms Khelif participation, with celebrities,such as JK Rowling, and fellow female boxers voicing their opposition to her continued inclusion in the tournament.
When she won the gold medal - beating China's Yang Liu - she said: 'I am fully qualified to take part in this competition. I’m a woman like any other woman. I was born a woman, I lived a woman, I competed as a woman, there’s no doubt about that.'
A handful of transgender men and women took part in the Paris olympics this summer but some such as New Zealand weightlifter Laurel Hubbard, who was the first openly transgender athlete to compete in the Olympics when she debuted at Tokyo 2020, did not compete this year.

‘We’re Going To End It On Day One’: Trump Slams Biden’s Title IX Rewrite.

Former President Donald Trump slammed President Joe Biden’s recent rewrite of Title IX to include protection for transgender-identifying people — a policy that was originally enacted to protect women and girls.
During Trump’s Friday appearance on the “Kayal and Company” Philadelphia talk radio show, the Republican presidential candidate reminded everyone that Biden made the revision to the law, which was enacted in 1972, as an “order of the president.”
“We’re going to end it on day one. … That came down as an executive order,” Trump told the hosts. “And we’re gonna change it — on day one, it’s gonna be changed. We’re going to end it.”
“Tell your people not to worry about it,” he added, calling Biden’s revision allowing boys to go into girls’ locker rooms “crazy.” “It’ll be signed on day one. It’ll be terminated.”
The message from the former president comes after Biden’s administration announced the change in April to the ruling that’s been in place for more than five decades.
The Biden administration’s provision “clarifies that sex discrimination includes discrimination based on sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity.”
The revision will force any K-12 school or higher education institution receiving federal funding to allow boys who identify as girls to use girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, and housing accommodations, while allowing girls who identify as boys to use boys’ facilities.
The Biden administration’s new change to Title IX also forces teachers and students to use the preferred pronouns of their students or classmates. Additionally, K-12 schools that receive federal funding must go along with students’ chosen gender identity, even if it doesn’t match their biological sex, without providing notice to or getting approval from parents.
Nicole Neily, president of Parents Defending Education, has blasted Biden’s new regulations as “grotesque,” and accused the White House of capitulating “to extremists in his party, sacrificing the First Amendment on the altar of Title IX and disregarding clearly established Supreme Court precedent on the definition of sexual harassment.”
Former Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Education Sarah Parshall Perry said the revision of “Title IX—which was enacted to protect women and girls and provide them equal educational opportunities—has been manipulated so that gender activists and woke politicos can feel good about themselves.”
“Under the new rule, girls and women will no longer have any sex-separated bathrooms, locker rooms, housing accommodations, or other educational programs,” she added. “Women’s sports are likely endangered, too. Any education institution, including many private schools that receive even nominal federal funding, will be affected by this rule.”

Deta Hedman has moved to "put the record straight" after she forfeited the Denmark Open last weekend after being drawn to face a transgender player.
The British darts star was scheduled to face Noa-Lynn van Leuven at the quarter-final stage of the competition.
But she refused to show up in protest against facing a transgender athlete in a women's competition.
She bluntly told German newspaper Bild at the weekend: "I'm not playing against a man in a women's event."
There were claims made on social media that she had pulled out of the match due to an illness, but Hedman pushed back on reports on social media.
Hedman said: “No fake illness I said I wouldn’t play a man in a ladies event."
She added: “This subject causing much angst in the sport I love.
"People can be whoever they want in life but I don’t think biological born men should compete in Women’s sport.”
The 64-year-old later released a statement on Facebook further explaining her decision.
"This is not about the rights or wrongs about my decision at the Denmark OPEN yesterday but I want to put the record straight," her statement began.
"I went to control to speak to Carsten Jeppesen who was the tournament director and asked for a private chat.
"We went to an area backstage and not even my other half Paul witnessed what was said, certainly no other officials were in earshot and definitely no other players were there.
"I understand Phil Barrs has made posts on X etc that are totally untrue, a friend contacted him and he claims he was told by a very reliable source, I know his source and that's why I state only Carsten and myself were present at that meeting.
"I didn't falsely claim to be sick so that I could protect my ranking points, if Phil posted with any knowledge last 8 of a Gold event would gain me 43 points, the race for lakeside table that would gain me 9 ranking points as my bottom box of 15 that count to lakeside is 34.
"This 'journalist' quoted similar about Anca Zijlstra which resulted in Anca receiving online abuse and threats, again he said a reliable source informed him!
"Perhaps Phil you should check both sides of a story before posting absolute c*** that not only is inaccurate but now on 2 occasions have falsely accused 2 ladies that have caused grief."
British pool star Lynne Pinches, who forfeited the Women's Champions of Champions final to transgender player Harriet Haynes in 2023, aired her support for Hedman on social media.
She wrote: "Full respect to her standing for fairness.

 Independent Women’s Forum Files Landmark Lawsuit Against Biden’s Illegal Title IX Rewrite.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, female college athletes, college students, parents, and state attorneys general filed a blockbuster lawsuit against the Biden administration’s illegal Title IX regulation. The recently announced regulation upends the 1972 Title IX law, which forbids discrimination against women and girls, including by providing males access to girls’ locker rooms and bathrooms and requiring speech codes that indoctrinate young students with gender ideology. The regulation also ends basic due process rights owed every student by limiting individuals accused of sexual harassment from defending themselves.
The lawsuit was filed by Independent Women’s Forum (IWF), Parents Defending Education, Speech First, and the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.  
Riley Gaines, former 12-time All-American swimmer at the University of Kentucky and Independent Women’s Forum ambassador, said: “Women and men are equal, but we are not the same. Sex does not equal gender identity, but according to the Biden administration’s illegal and discriminatory new Omnibus Title IX rule, it is perfectly acceptable to strip away the sole purpose of Title IX – to provide equal opportunity for women under the law. Now, protections meant for women under the country’s landmark sex equality law have been eliminated. I have no doubt that we will not only win this lawsuit but also expose how anti-woman this president and his administration truly are.”
Paula Scanlan, former University of Pennsylvania swimmer and Independent Women’s Forum ambassador, said: “If allowed to stand, the Biden administration’s new rule will set women back decades, eroding the impressive gains that Title IX ushered in. This lawsuit tackles head-on the unethical charge that sex is equivalent to gender identity. Sex and gender are not the same, and stripping out sex from Title IX upends all protections for women in education — including the preservation of women’s-only sports and spaces.”
“Fifty years ago, Title IX gave women and girls across this country the right to an education on equal terms as men. Now, the Biden administration wants to force girls to change in front of men, compete against men on the field, and take sex education alongside any male who decides he would like to join the girls’ class. That is not only a bad idea, but it has nothing to do with any law passed by Congress and certainly not Title IX. We look forward to winning this case and restoring the equal rights women deserve,” said May Mailman, director of the Independent Women’s Law Center (IWLC), an organization that fights for the rights of women as equal, not interchangeable, with men. IWLC is the legal advocacy arm of Independent Women’s Forum and Independent Women’s Voice.
“The role of Cabinet agencies is to interpret laws as written by Congress – not to redefine the meaning of words to suit a fringe group of activists. The final rule lays bare the Biden Administration’s contempt for families, trumping state laws which reiterate parents’ right to access information and make decisions about issues related to their children’s gender identity in schools. By lowering the standard of ‘harassment’ to little more than a one-off expression of humor, satire, or parody, the free speech rights of every young learner in America has become subordinate to how the most sensitive student might interpret a phrase. This Title IX rule is both unconstitutional and immoral, and we look forward to vindicating our members’ rights in court,” said Nicole Neily, president of Parents Defending Education (PDE), a nationwide membership organization whose members oppose political indoctrination in America’s schools.
“The new Title IX rule will once again put Speech First’s student members’ speech rights under threat. The Biden Administration has abandoned the important speech protections that were previously included in the Title IX rule for the last four years, leaving students completely exposed to potential First Amendment violations. Under the new rule, students can be reported for merely expressing their opinions about controversial political and social issues of the day or even if they prefer not to use someone’s “preferred pronouns” or other “gender-affirming” language. This is compelled speech, and it is unconstitutional. The weaponization of Title IX and other campus harassment policies used to target students’ constitutionally protected speech needs to come to an end. It is no secret that the political discourse on college campuses is in an abysmal state, and student self-censorship is at an all-time high. As long as policies like these are used to target student speech, we will continue to see the complete inability for students to confront and engage with ideas that aren’t their own,” said Cherise Trump, executive director of Speech First, a nationwide membership organization that defends college students’ free speech rights on campus.

Governor DeSantis just posted a video responding to Joe Biden’s change to Title IX which would compel schools to allow biological males to compete and dominate female sports.
DeSantis says emphatically that Florida will not comply and that the state will fight back against it:

Biden’s Title IX Revisions Erase Women.
The Left is taking away protections from women, but they aren’t the only ones hurt by this.

The Biden administration has been in the process of rewriting Title IX with several troubling “fixes.” Some of those rewrites were officially codified last week. Most importantly, gender identity will now be included as protected under Title IX. This essentially eliminates women’s protections … which was the initial impetus for the law back in 1972. Biden should know — he was there.
Riley Gaines, a former collegiate swimmer for the University of Kentucky and an activist for women’s rights, laid it out plainly regarding the Department of Education’s going ahead with enforcing the sexual harassment and discrimination aspects of the changes:

The Biden Admin has just officially abolished Title IX as we knew it. Now, sex = gender identity.
In a nutshell, the new rewrite means:
— men can take academic AND athletic scholarships from women
— men will have FULL access to bathrooms, locker rooms, etc
— men could be housed in dorm rooms with women
— students and faculty MUST compel their speech by requiring the use of preferred pronouns
If the guidelines above are ignored or even questioned, then YOU can be charged with harassment.

The most cowardly aspect of this whole thing is that Team Biden is waiting to make the sports changes until after the November election. Democrats know this will hurt them politically because virtually no sane person wants it. It caters to a very small and delusional/brainwashed group of young men who have a very high chance of growing out of it anyway. In the meantime, because they declare they are actually female, the Left is taking away protections from women and girls.
The full depths of how grossly unjust and evil these moves are cannot be adequately expressed. I am a former high school and college athlete, and now, as the mother of two little girls, the prospect of having their future opportunities quashed because of this feckless president and his radical left flank is infuriating.
Should Joe Biden be reelected in November and these rules and proposed changes not be reversed, my girls will not have the freedom to have a locker room or bathroom that is safe for them. My girls will not have a fair chance to learn to play a sport or to excel with other girls. Their risk of serious injury is exponentially higher, and their opportunities for scholarships and awards are slashed. This is the very opposite of justice.
But women aren’t the only ones hurt by this. Because of the new rules on sexual harassment and discrimination, men’s due process and free speech rights are also compromised. They will have no way to defend themselves against false accusations of sexual harassment and rape. Everyone’s First Amendment rights are infringed because of forcing people to use “preferred pronouns.”
Virginia Foxx (R-NC), chairwoman of the House Education and Workforce Committee, excoriated the Biden administration: “The rule also undermines existing due process rights, placing students and institutions in legal jeopardy and again undermining the protections Title IX is intended to provide. Evidently, the acceptance of biological reality, and the faithful implementation of the law, are just pills too big for the Department to swallow — and it shows.”
Biden is using a 20-80 issue to push us all to believe that he is a great “civil rights” president. His version of empathy is making this country a worse place for everyone.
