Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi suffered an injury and has been admitted to a hospital in Luxembourg, Fox News has confirmed. The 84-year-old California representative was traveling to Luxembourg for Battle of the Bulge remembrances. The extent of the former speaker's injury is unknown at the time of this reporting. "While traveling with a bipartisan Congressional delegation in Luxembourg to mark the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi sustained an injury during an official engagement and was admitted to the hospital for evaluation," Ian Krager, her spokesperson, said in a statement.

President Trump did not incite an insurrection, but rather called for peaceful protests. He also offered National Guard assistance multiple times prior to January 6th, but these offers were declined by Pelosi and other congressional leaders.

As reported back in 2021, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and GOP Leader Mitch McConnell refused National Guard support before the announced protests on January 6th.
This was well documented and explains why Democrats closed their bogus impeachment case against President Trump rather than allow the light of truth to shine down on the American public who would learn that it was Nancy Pelosi who failed to secure the US Capitol in January.
In a WaPo interview with the Washington DC police chief, Steve Sund, The National Pulse reports the outgoing police chief “believes his efforts to secure the premises were undermined by a lack of concern from House and Senate security officials who answer directly to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate leader Mitch McConnell.”

DC Police Chief Sund Stated:
“Two days before Congress was set to formalize President-elect Joe Biden’s victory, Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund was growing increasingly worried about the size of the pro-Trump crowds expected to stream into Washington in protest.
To be on the safe side, Sund asked House and Senate security officials for permission to request that the D.C. National Guard be placed on standby in case he needed quick backup.

John Falcicchio, chief of staff for D.C. Mayor Muriel E. Bowser admitted: “Literally, this guy is on the phone, I mean, crying out for help. It’s burned in my memories.”
This is just the latest example of the Democrats lying and blaming their failures on Donald Trump.

Pelosi’s office had previously impressed upon Irving that the National Guard was to remain off Capitol Grounds, Irving allegedly told House Admin. The discussions, which centered around “optics,” allegedly occurred in the months prior to the Jan. 6 riot, during a time when deployment of federal resources for civil unrest was unpopular with Democrats and many members of Congress.
The three sources who confirmed the discussion to the Daily Caller did so under the condition of anonymity, citing the fear of putting a chill on further witnesses to how the security situation unfolded Jan. 6.

Forensic investigators hired by a Republican-led committee recovered more than 100 encrypted files that the Democratic-led House Jan. 6 Select Committee deleted days before the GOP took over the House majority, according to a new report released Monday.
House Administration Oversight Subcommittee Chair Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., sent a letter to former Select Committee Chair Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., demanding he provide answers and passwords for the data, which was deleted against House rules, according to Fox News Digital.
The Oversight Subcommittee, which is investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and the former select committee, should have received four terabytes of archived data from the select committee after Republicans entered the majority in January 2023, but it obtained less than three terabytes of data.
The subcommittee hired a digital forensics team to determine what information was not handed over, and the team discovered 117 files that were encrypted and deleted on Jan. 1, 2023, two days before Republicans were sworn into the majority, according to the report.
Loudermilk said in his letter to Thompson that the Mississippi Democrat acknowledged over the summer that the select committee "did not archive all Committee records as required by House Rules" and had "sent specific transcribed interviews and depositions to the White House and Department of Homeland Security but did not archive them with the Clerk of the House."
One recovered file detailed an individual whose testimony was not archived, but "most of the recovered files are password-protected, preventing us from determining what they contain," Loudermilk also said.
The Georgia Republican is demanding Thompson provide a "list of passwords" for all select committee files. He also wrote letters to the White House and Homeland Security Department asking for "unedited and unredacted transcripts" of testimony from their officials before the former select committee.
"It’s obvious that Pelosi’s Select Committee went to great lengths to prevent Americans from seeing certain documents produced in their investigation," Loudermilk told the news network. "It also appears that Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney intended to obstruct our Subcommittee by failing to preserve critical information and videos as required by House rules."
This is not the first report of missing data from the Jan. 6 select committee. Loudermilk told the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show last year that all videotapes from select committee depositions are missing.

Many of the actors of the shadow government are well publicized, such as FBI’s James Comey, Robert Mueller, and Peter Strzok. However, one of the most calculating and devious is Mary McCord, who flies under the public’s radar screen. Mary McCord’s resume has deep state bonafide, and she uses it to influence and manipulate policy decision-making and to conduct slander campaigns against citizens at large who criticize the Federal government’s assault on personal freedoms.

 

Notably, she was appointed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to the U.S. House of Representatives Task Force 1-6 Capitol Security Review following the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot. She is also a member of the far-left National Task Force on Election Crises, which aims to address “systemic vulnerabilities in our election systems.” In other words, to assail election deniers and President Trump. It is a pseudo-organization, a donor advisory unit of the radical United to Protect Democracy 501(c)(4) nonprofit.
McCord is a frequent political commentator using the J6 protests to promote the bogus narrative of “right-wing extremism” and the need for a new terrorism statute for a pre-crime unit, which focuses primarily on perceived white domestic extremism. The program would identify individuals at risk of radicalizing to commit violence and would use crisis intervention. This sounds like the plot in Steven Spielberg’s futuristic “Minority Report” film.
FISA Court
McCord, the 2016 head of the DOJ’s national security division, reviewed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) surveillance warrants targeting Carter Page, a former Trump campaign advisor. The application was based on the fraudulent claims of British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s Democratic-funded dossier. Later, the DOJ acknowledged in declassified documents the warrants lacked rigorous standards for probable cause due to multiple inaccuracies and omissions.
The Supreme Court declined to review Carter Page’s defamation lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the infamous Perkins Coie law firm.
Supreme Chief Justice Roberts appoints the star-chamber judges to the FISA court. Roberts’ special assistant to the council was Mary McCord’s husband, Sheldon Snook, from 2014 – 2020. Things that make you go Hmmm…
In 2021, McCord was appointed to the FISA court as amicus curiae, “friend of the court,” to assist the FISA court cases. In light of her connection with Carter Page’s fraudulent FISA warrant, her appointment is to help in rubber stamping warrant applications and further evidence the FISA court has gone rogue.
U.S. Mayor Conference
McCord advises the United States Mayor Conference on strategies to combat hate speech and domestic terrorism, which are theoretical—guiding the Conference to publish “10 Components,” a bottoms-up approach to oppression. These are strategies against the freedom of expression to shame and guilt slander individuals and possibly deny them of their Bill of Rights through local ordinances.

McCord’s recent presentation to the Mayors’ Conference focuses on the hypothetical “hate ecosystem.” She addresses the disruption of school board meetings regarding opposition to Critical Race Theory, spreading disinformation, opposition against racial justice protests, intimation of the LGBT community, extremists running for local office and taking positions as election judges and poll workers, extremists in police departments, and apprehension that a civil war may occur to create a white-ethno state. These are smears against citizens who exercise their Constitutional rights as haters and dissidents.
Predictably, there was no mention of BLM and Antifa or the millions of barbaric military-aged males crossing the open border that will morph into belligerent forces in major cities. The presentation is an assault on the Constitution and Bill of Rights; it is appalling. She’s no Betsy Ross.

As his first act as Acting Speaker, Rep. Patrick McHenry ordered Nancy Pelosi to vacate her Capitol hideaway office by Wednesday.
“Please vacate the space tomorrow, the room will be re-keyed,” an email to Pelosi’s office said, according to POLITICO. The email said that the room will now be “for speaker office use.”
McHenry became acting speaker after House Democrats sided with Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), and seven other Republicans — Reps. Andy Biggs (AZ), Ken Buck (CO), Eli Crane (AZ), Bob Good (VA), Matt Rosendale (MT), Tim Burchett (TN), and Nancy Mace (SC) — to oust McCarthy from his speakership.

“Sadly, because I am in California to mourn the loss of and pay tribute to my dear friend Dianne Feinstein, I am unable to retrieve my belongings at this time,” she said.
McCarthy said on Friday that in January, when he was trying to lock up the votes he needed to become speaker, Pelosi encouraged him to give concessions to the small group of Republicans who were blocking him, including allowing a single member to file a motion to vacate.
Pelosi reportedly promised McCarthy that if a motion to vacate was ever brought up, she would back him up.

Rep. Barry Loudermilk heads the subcommittee. Former U.S. Capitol Police Chief Steven A. Sund testified before the committee.
Chief Steven Sund has been outspoken of Nancy Pelosi and her failures to secure the US Capitol that day.
It has been widely reported that President Trump asked for the National Guard three days in advance of January 6. But Pelosi turned him down.  She refused to call in the National Guard despite numerous warnings of possible violence.
Pelosi then refused to turn over information about her culpability in the security breakdown during the Jan. 6 riot for over a year to congressional investigators.
Steven A. Sund, the Capitol Police chief on that fateful day, not only confirms her culpability along with the rest of the Democratic leadership. Sund reported that Pelosi utilized him as a scapegoat and forced him to step down as Police Chief. We all know now she was just trying to obfuscate her own responsibility for the attack.
The day after January 6, Nancy Pelosi blamed Chief Sund for the security failures that day.  Pelosi insisted she never spoke with Chief Sund the entire day.
On Tuesday Chief Steven Sund refuted Pelosi. Sund told the subcommittee he spoke with Pelosi three times on January 6 (while she was running the building with her film crew.)

 83-Year-Old Nancy Pelosi Running For Re-Election.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the 83-year-old former House speaker, announced Friday that she will run for re-election.
The congresswoman has represented San Francisco since 1987 and is currently the sixth oldest member of the House. Pelosi’s announcement puts questions surrounding her future to rest after many speculated she would retire after serving out her current term, which ends in January of 2025.
“Now more than ever our City needs us to advance San Francisco values and further our recovery,” Pelosi posted on X. “Our country needs America to show the world that our flag is still there, with liberty and justice for ALL. That is why I am running for reelection — and respectfully ask for your vote.”
After losing her speakership when Republicans gained control of the House last November, Pelosi stepped down from House leadership, saying that it was time “for a new generation to lead the Democratic caucus that I so deeply respect.” Many speculated Pelosi’s time in Congress was coming to an end after her announcement in November and the attack on her husband Paul that took place a month prior.
Paul Pelosi said his wife had signaled she would retire from public service when she reportedly said she wasn’t interested in being ambassador to Italy, a position she was rumored to be given upon leaving Congress.
“It wouldn’t go away but she was very clear,” he said of Nancy’s reaction to the possibility. “‘I don’t want the job, I’m done, I’m done.’”
Despite her age, Pelosi remains a powerful voice and fundraiser for the Democratic Party. Her announcement of a re-election campaign comes as Democrats face an uphill battle to retake the House and maintain control of the Senate in the 2024 election.
Questions have swirled around the mental ability of aging Democrats and Republicans on Capitol Hill.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) worried colleagues and voters after freezing mid-sentence during a press conference for the second time last week, while Sen.  Workers at SF Federal Building told to work from home due to crime.

SAN FRANCISCO - Workers at San Francisco's Federal Building located on 7th and Mission streets are reportedly being advised to work from home due to safety concerns over crime.
The Chronicle reported that the Department of Health and Human Services issued a memo last week calling for employees to "maximize the use of telework," due to conditions around the building.
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has also reportedly expressed safety concerns about her staff who work there.
The plaza has been known for years as a place where drug use and sales are common.
This summer, Governor Gavin Newsom announced he would double the amount of California Highway Patrol officers deployed in San Francisco as part of a plan to crackdown on the ongoing deadly fentanyl crisis.
In May, a rare open-air Board of Supervisors meeting was held outdoors at Civic Center Plaza. Some supervisors pressed the mayor about the persistent drug problems in parts of the city, but the meeting quickly devolved into heckling and a brick was thrown by someone before the meeting had to be moved back indoors.
The open-air drug markets, known to be commonplace in neighborhoods such as the Tenderloin, and the crime that has accompanied them have been blamed for impacting popular retail corridors.
In April, Whole Foods closed their flagship San Francisco store about a block away from the SoMa Federal Building. Whole Foods representatives said it was because of employee safety concerns, although Supervisor Matt Dorsey, who represents SoMa and the Tenderloin, characterized the closure as temporary.
A few months later, it was announced that management of San Francisco's Westfield Centre would be transferred to its lender, who would then appoint a receiver to operate the property. They cited a downturn in foot traffic, occupancy and declining sales as the reason for their decision.
When Florida Governor Ron DeSantis used San Francisco as a backdrop for a campaign ad to further tarnish perceptions of San Francisco in national media, Mayor London Breed came to her city's defense, saying the conservative presidential hopeful was playing politics. She added that while he was quick to criticize, he offered no solutions.
The mayor is performing a balancing act of being a cheerleader for San Francisco but has also acknowledged crime in the city as she pushed for a bigger police budget.
In her back and forth with San Francisco supervisors, Breed had said crime is the number one concern in the city and something everyone is talking about.

As Tucker explained, he’d filmed an interview with Sund earlier in the year (when he was still working for Fox). It was scheduled to run on Monday, April 24, Carlson said. Then Carlson was let go from Fox that Monday morning and the interview never aired. Because the interview footage is owned by Fox, Tucker can’t run it. So instead he invited Sund to come on his X show and tell what he knew.
