Air Force Grants Full Military Honors To Ashli Babbitt

The Air Force decided to extend military funeral honors to deceased (MURDERED) Senior Airman Ashli Babbitt, who was shot and killed (MURDERED) by a police officer during the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

 

The decision came after Air Force leadership during the Biden administration previously denied the request in February 2021, shortly after Babbitt was killed. The decision also comes on the heels of a wrongful death settlement reached in July, which resulted in the government paying the Babbitt family nearly $5 million.
"On behalf of the Secretary of the Air Force, I write to extend the offer for Military Funeral Honors for SrA Ashli Babbitt," stated an Aug. 15 letter from the undersecretary of the Air Force, sent to Babbitt's husband, Aaron, according to the family's legal representatives. "After reviewing the circumstances of Ashli’s death, and considering the information that has come forward since then, I am persuaded that the previous determination was incorrect."
"After reviewing the circumstances of SrA Babbitt’s death, the Air Force has offered Military Funeral Honors to SrA Babbitt’s family," an Air Force spokesperson confirmed in a statement to Fox News Digital.
Babbitt was shot and killed by a U.S. Capitol police officer as she was attempting to forcibly gain access to the Capitol chambers during the events of Jan. 6. Roughly three months later the Department of Justice announced it would not be pursuing criminal charges against the officer who shot Babbitt.
"There is no better example of how a leader is supposed to act, than right here in this letter," said retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, a longtime Trump confidant who spent a short stint as the president's national security advisor after a long tenure in the military and time leading the Defense Intelligence Agency, in response to the undersecretary's letter restoring Babbitt's honors.
"May Ashli Babbitt now Rest In Peace and her family gain some measure of solace for the wonderful person she was and the light of truth she brought to each of us," Flynn concluded.

Three U.S. State Department Advisors Gunned Down In Mexico

Authorities in Mexico are looking into the targeted killing of two men and the injury to a third who provided training to Mexican police agencies and worked as advisors for the U.S. Department of State and other agencies.
The attack took place on Friday night in the city of Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, where a group of gunmen pulled up and began firing dozens of shots at three men who were eating tacos.
The Jalisco State Attorney General’s Office confirmed to Breitbart News Foundation that the two decedents were Carlos Amador Chavela and Cesar Gustavo Guzman Gonzalez. Officials identified the third man, who sustained serious injuries, as Pablo Cajigal Del Angel.
The three men had just finished teaching a series of courses to Jalisco State Police officers. According to information from investigators, after teaching the course, the men went to a get-together with other officials. Then they went to eat tacos at a local restaurant where the attack took place shortly before 9 p.m.
Breitbart News Foundation confirmed that Chavela and Cajigal worked as advisors for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement.
Similarly, Guzman worked with Interpol and various other agencies, including Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office and the Jalisco State Police.
While a motive for the targeted killing has not been revealed, the city where the attack took place is controlled by Cartel Jalisco New Generation, one of the Mexican criminal organizations designated as terrorists by the U.S. Department of State.

Trump DOJ Agrees To $5 Million Settlement To Family Of Ashli Babbitt

On Friday, news broke that a settlement in principle was reached in the Ashli Babbitt wrongful death lawsuit brought against the US government by the Babbitt family.
Judicial Watch brought forth this lawsuit and has represented the family for years.
The lawsuit extensively details the history of incompetence and multiple revocations of firearm privileges for previous dangerous incidents involving Officer Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer who murdered Babbitt in cold blood.
This includes a failure “to meet or complete semiannual firearms qualification requirements,” leaving a “loaded Glock 22—the same firearm he used to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt – in a bathroom in the Capitol Visitor Center,” and a shooting into a moving vehicle stolen by teenagers, where the off-duty cop reportedly struck homes nearby with his bullets.
“Lt. Byrd had a reputation among peers for not being a good shot,” the lawsuit alleges.
In January 2024 Judicial Watch filed a $30 million wrongful death suit against the federal government for the Capitol Police shooting of Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt.
The Washington Examiner reported that the suit was filed on behalf of Babbitt’s estate and her husband, Aaron Babbitt, and claims the officer who shot Babbitt was “incompetent” and “dangerous” and should have recognized Babbitt posed no threat to Congress when she entered the House speaker’s lobby.
On Monday, the US Government agreed to pay $5 million to the family of Ashli Babbitt who was shot dead in cold blood by Capitol Police Officer Mike Byrd on January 6, 2021.

Bullet Wounds Found on Bodies of Recovered Israeli Hostages, Confirming Hamas Murdered Them

The Jerusalem Post: “Signs of bullets and gunshot wounds were found on the bodies of hostages recovered from the Gaza Strip earlier this week.”
Bullet wounds were found on the bodies of six hostages recovered by the Israeli military earlier this week. The grim finding confirms the fears that most of them had been murdered by Hamas terrorists during their 10-month-long captivity in Gaza.
“The Israeli army confirmed on Thursday that signs of gunfire were found on the bodies of the six hostages who were recovered on Tuesday from Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip,” the Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Monday night extracted the bodies of six hostages from the southern Gaza town of Khan Yunis. The recovery operation in Hamas-infested territory was conducted after the terrorist group repeatedly rejected President Joe Biden’s latest ceasefire proposal, demanding more security concessions from Israel.
The bodies of hostages brought back to Israel were identified as those of Yagev Buchshtav, 35, Alex Dancyg, 75, Chaim Peri, 79, Yoram Metzger, 80, Nadav Popplewell, 51, and Avraham Munder, 78.

Signs of bullets and gunshot wounds were found on the bodies of hostages recovered from the Gaza Strip earlier this week, the IDF confirmed on Thursday.
Preliminary findings were received from Israel’s National Institute of Forensic Medicine, which performed autopsies and examined the bodies of the six hostages, the military stated.
According to the IDF report, marks indicating bullets and wounds were found on the bodies of the six hostages. Additionally, four bodies found next to the hostages in the Gaza Strip were assumed to be terrorists who were holding the six captives. No signs of gunshot wounds were observed upon the examination of these corpses.
The Hostages and Missing Families Forum commented on the development, stating, “The presence of bullets in the bodies of the late hostages … is further proof of the cruelty of the terrorists who held the 109 hostages for already 321 days.”
The recovery of the bodies lowers the number of hostages still believed to be in Hamas captivity to 105.

 8 (black) Students Face Murder Charges In Connection To Deadly Beating Of (White) Las Vegas Teenager:

Eight students face murder charges after the FBI and local police reportedly arrested them on Tuesday in connection to the beating death of a Las Vegas teenager near a local high school earlier this month.
Jonathan Lewis Jr., a 17-year-old student of Rancho High School, died on Tuesday at University Medical Center while receiving treatment for injuries he suffered during the attack. Lewis Jr.’s father said his son was hospitalized and put on life support until he eventually passed away due to his injuries.
The Clark County coroner’s office confirmed to local media that Lewis Jr. died with complications of multiple blunt force injuries and listed his manner of death as homicide.
Although the names of those arrested on Tuesday were not immediately released, local media reported that all eight students are between 13 and 17 years old.
According to local media, a process known as certification allows authorities to automatically move murder charges to the adult system for 16-year-old or 17-year-old suspects under Nevada state law.
Judges can also certify suspects over the age of 14 as adults for any felony offense, including murder.
Lewis Jr. was severely beaten by a violent mob near the local Las Vegas high school on November 1, according to reports.
Jonathan Lewis Sr. said on a GoFundMe page that, from his understanding, a smaller friend of Lewis Jr. had an item stolen by a group of 15 who then threw the boy in a trash can. When Lewis Jr. confronted the mob, they attacked him.

“A couple (of people) attacked him, and they weren’t able to hurt him enough, and they all attacked him at once,” Lewis Sr. told local media.
Video footage of the purported incident circulated on social media this month, which appears to show a large group of students pushing a young male to a fence and severely beating him while the victim lies on the ground.
The incident sent Lewis Jr. to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officers discovered him bleeding from the head.
Las Vegas Metro Police Lt. Jason Johannson reportedly said authorities believe ten people were involved in the attack, all of whom were students of Rancho High School.
He described the video of the attack as “void of humanity,” but suggested there was no evidence to consider the incident as a hate crime.
Authorities have asked the public for help identifying the two other suspects allegedly involved in the incident.
Lewis Sr. described his son as “a loving, giving, kind, fierce young man who loved community and caring for others.”
“This horrific tragedy is reflective of the divisive, conflict based, uncaring state that our society and humanity is currently facing with how we interact with our community,” he wrote. “Empathy and love are great strength and cowardly violence is pathetic.”
Lewis Jr. reportedly aspired to be an artist, and was interested in drawing, photography, and painting. He considered joining the military to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps, who served in the U.S. Navy.

 82-yr-old Navy veteran stabbed to death while shopping for a birthday card in unprovoked attack.

(You’ll most likely not see this on the major TV networks because it, like almost ALL killings, does not meet the propaganda narrative.)
A horrible story this week comes out of Hanford, California, where an 82-year-old Navy veteran was stabbed to death while shopping for a birthday card by a 23-year-old black man.
The murder was completely unprovoked and random, according to police. The 23-year-old was arrested at the store.
The 82-year-old man stabbed in a random attack inside a store in Hanford Tuesday has been identified.
Hanford Police have identified the man as William Chartrand.
The stabbing happened around 3 p.m. at a 99 Cents Only store near 11th Avenue and Lacey Boulevard.
Hanford police say the suspect, 23-year-old Ryan Washington, walked up to Chartrand and stabbed him while in the store.
The motive is still under investigation, but officials say Washington did not know the victim.
Officers say the victim was a regular shopper at the store, and employees knew him well.
Washington was arrested and booked into the Kings County Jail on several felony charges, including murder.
Police say Washington does have a criminal history, but nothing as serious as murder.
“We were told that he has some mental health issues. However, with our department, we have no history of mental illness-type calls for service with him. We have some history for theft-related calls and battery offenses,” explained Hanford Police Chief Parker Sever.
The attack may have been random but it must have a motive. We can jump to conclusions about it based on the appearance of it, but I’ll wait until they reveal it. I just hope they send this guy to prison for a long, long time. It’s California, so that may wishful thinking.

A Sheriff’s Deputy was ambushed and murdered last night in California while in his patrol car. According to Bill Melugin, a car pulled alongside the deputy at a stoplight in front of his police station and someone in the car shot him in the head and then sped off.
The 30-year-old deputy was taken to the hospital and later it was announced that he had died. As of last night the suspects are still on the run.
