Jerry Wayne Longmire ... Enjoy

https://x.com/Mens_Corner__/status/1935714200002658476

The man in the video is Jerry Wayne Longmire, a Houston-based comedian. A quick search revealed a YouTube channel where he mixes talks about his love of cars, comedy, and a love of life. I watched a few videos and I think most of you would enjoy them. He supposedly has a TikTok channel but I don't care for TT.

Trump Comments On Zelensky, His Comedy Career, Russia, Etc.,

In case you are curious about Trumps reference to Zelensky's (pathetic) comedic career, I found this youtube video several years ago and posted it below Trump's comments:

Zelensky is the short one. Back in his comedian days.
Volodymyr Zelensky in 2016 in a five-minute performance in which he plays the piano with his penis with several other men before a live audience. They perform the Jewish classic "Hava Nagila."

Tim Allen Coming Back To ABC With New Comedy Pilot.

Tim Allen definitely got everyone’s attention when he announced he’d be returning to ABC to work on a brand-new comedy pilot.
The 70-year-old actor/comedian took to X on Thursday and wrote, “We are at it again! ABC just ordered a comedy pilot, ‘Shifting Gears.'” His post included a link to an article about the project in Variety magazine.

https://twitter.com/ofctimallen/status/1765534612665909483?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1765534612665909483%7Ctwgr%5E37e8a93fb2a1763e2c511af59d36e198d1b1a715%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailywire.com%2Fnews%2Fdaily-wire-hosts-to-react-live-to-bidens-sotu-address-on-backstage

Allen is pegged to not only star in the multicamera comedy but also be an executive producer for the pilot with the current working title “Shifting Gears,” the outlet noted.
In the pilot, Allen plays Matt, a “stubborn, widowed owner of a classic car restoration shop. When Matt’s estranged daughter and her teenage kids move into his house, the real restoration begins,” a project description reads.
The “Toy Story” star appeared on ABC for six years, from 2011 to 2017, in his sitcom “Last Man Standing.” Allen played a conservative father in a female-dominated household. In 2017, the network suddenly canceled the show despite its incredible rating success, as The Hollywood Reporter noted.
“Last Man Standing” then found a new home and moved to Fox in 2018, where the series ran until 2021.

 On This Date In Music

1966 - The Supremes release "You Can't Hurry Love."

1969 - Yes release their self-titled debut album, one of the first in the progressive rock genre.

1973 - The Doobie Brothers release "China Grove." Lead singer Tom Johnston made up the story about the strange little town, and later found out that there's a real China Grove in Texas.

1980 - AC/DC released their sixth internationally released studio album Back In Black, the first AC/DC album recorded without former lead singer Bon Scott who died on 19 February 1980 at the age of 33. The album has sold an estimated 49 million copies worldwide to date, making it the second highest-selling album of all time, and the best-selling hard rock or heavy metal album.

1981 - Air Supply went to No. 1 on the US singles chart with 'The One That I Love', the group's only US No. 1 and the first Australian band to top the US singles chart.

2014 - The pop star parodist, Weird Al Yankovic became the first comedy act to hit the top spot for more than 50 years. Mandatory Fun, Yankovic’s 14th album, went to No. 1 on the US album chart. The last comedy album to reach No. 1 in the US was Allan Sherman’s My Son, the Nut in 1963.

Not in our skillset

Totalitarian societies are not known for their humor. Have you ever heard of Islamic humor? Communist humor? There is no such thing as P.C. humor either; libtards will laugh if you insult people they don’t like, but there is no humor involved, only malice.
When they are done tearing down statues and renaming streets, the next task may be to destroy all copies of movies directed by Mel Brooks, who has revealed himself to be a thought criminal:
Society’s “stupidly politically correct” sensibilities will lead to the “death of comedy”, the veteran Hollywood comedian Mel Brooks has warned.
“It’s not good for comedy. Comedy has to walk a thin line, take risks,” he said.
“Comedy is the lecherous little elf whispering in the king’s ear, always telling the truth about human behaviour.”
The producer and director said that his iconic western parody Blazing Saddles could not be made in today’s political climate.
