After the incident involving an armed man allegedly claiming to be a U.S. Marshal, Mr. Kennedy Jr. renewed his call for Secret Service protection.
LOS ANGELES—An armed man was arrested by police at an event attended by Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Photos provided to The Epoch Times show the man, who was wearing a shirt with "EMS" on the back, being held in handcuffs by police officers outside the event venue in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon. Multiple police vehicles were at the scene.
Mr. Kennedy Jr. was scheduled to speak at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre, located at 4401 West 8th Street, to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. The event was held at 4–8 p.m. PT.
The Los Angeles Police Department told The Epoch Times it received a call at around 4:30 p.m. reporting that a male was in front of the event venue with "a badge on their lapel, a gun, and a shoulder holster, and claimed to be a U.S. Marshal."
A spokesperson for Mr. Kennedy Jr. confirmed the incident to The Epoch Times. Mr. Kennedy Jr. had not arrived at the venue yet when the incident occurred.
According to the LAPD, the man reportedly claimed to be employed for the event, but he wasn't recognized by the security staff.
A written note provided by an LAPD officer on the scene to a representative of the campaign, and obtained by The Epoch Times, states: "Male imp. fed. agent w/ handgun and ammo exposed ... claimed to be employed for event, but wasn't recognized by sec."
An LAPD spokesperson further told The Epoch Times Friday night that the FBI might take over the investigation and that further details of potential charges are unavailable until the suspect is officially booked. Follow-up inquiries from The Epoch Times to the LAPD have not been returned as of Saturday morning.
Mr. Kennedy Jr. expressed on Friday night his gratitude for the prompt action taken by the event's security team and the police to ensure his safety.
"I’m very grateful that alert and fast-acting protectors from [security company] Gavin de Becker and Associates (GDBA) spotted and detained an armed man," he wrote on X. "The man, wearing two shoulder holsters with loaded pistols and spare ammunition magazines was carrying a U.S. Marshal badge on a lanyard and beltclip federal ID. He identified himself as a member of my security detail.
"Armed GDBA team members moved quickly to isolate and detain the man until LAPD arrived to make the arrest. I’m also grateful to LAPD for its rapid response," he wrote.
In July, Mr. Kennedy Jr. said his request for Secret Service protection was denied by the White House.
"Since the assassination of my father in 1968, candidates for president are provided Secret Service protection," Mr. Kennedy Jr. wrote on social media platform X, formerly Twitter. "But not me."
The U.S. Secret Service, according to its website, only provides protection to presidential candidates starting 120 days prior to the general election, which means Mr. Kennedy Jr. won't be eligible for protection until July 2024.
Mr. Kennedy Jr. called for the Biden Administration to provide protection again in early August, after one of Ecuador's presidential candidates, Fernando Villavicencio—who vowed to fight corruption in the country—was assassinated.
Mr. Kennedy Jr.'s father, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, was assassinated in 1968 at a hotel during his presidential campaign in Los Angeles. After the assassination, the U.S. Secret Service expanded its protection coverage to presidential and vice presidential candidates, according to its website.
After Friday's incident, Mr. Kennedy Jr. wrote on X that he is "still entertaining a hope that President Biden will allow me Secret Service protection."

To further the suggestion that another lockdown scare is in the forecast, on Tuesday, the US Department of Health and Human Services announced funding of $1.4 billion to “support the development of a new generation of tools and technologies to protect against COVID-19 for years to come” according to a press release.
“Project NextGen is a key part of the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to keeping people safe from COVID-19 variants,” said HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra. “These awards are a catalyst for the program – kickstarting efforts to more quickly develop vaccines and continue to ensure availability of effective treatments.”
Project NextGen, a $5 billion initiative led by ASPR’s Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) in partnership with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), coordinates across the federal government and the private sector to advance innovative vaccines and therapeutics into clinical trials, regulatory review, and potential commercial availability for the American people. The project builds on a better understanding of COVID-19 – with HHS developing, using, and constantly re-evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of current vaccines and therapeutics for over three years.
Recipients of the awards include:
• $1 billion to four BARDA Clinical Trial partners to support vaccine Phase IIb clinical trial studies: ICON Government and Public Health Solutions, Inc of Hinckley, Ohio; Pharm-Olam, LLC, of Houston, Texas; Technical Resources Intl (TRI), Inc, of Bethesda, Maryland; and Rho Federal Systems, Inc., Durham, North Carolina.

The press release claims that their partnership with Regeneron will help develop a “novel monoclonal antibody that will protect people who do not respond to or cannot take existing vaccines,” despite their attempts to limit the distribution in Florida in 2021.
On Friday, Joe Biden announced that he plans to request more funding from Congress to develop a new COVID vaccine “that works.” (By "it works," they mean it will further their mission to eliminate more 'carbon', YOU, from the planet.)
“I signed off this morning on a proposal we have to present to the Congress a request for additional funding for a new vaccine that is necessary, that works,” Biden told the reporters while vacationing in Lake Tahoe.
Biden warned that everyone will get it despite their previous vaccination status.
“It will likely be recommended that everybody get it no matter whether they’ve gotten it before or not,” he added.

 Dr. Robert Malone says new Covid push is just more ‘fear porn’, compares it to climate hysteria.

Dr. Malone said "no evidence" exists to justify bringing back any COVID protocols, which he feels were "illegal" from day one. But the alarms keep on blaring, and so does the provocation of panic, and critics are pushing back on the fear-mongering.
n response to some Americans' concerns that "Round Two" of COVID-19 lockdowns is on the horizon, Dr. Robert Malone is urging the nation not to fall for mainstream media’s "fear porn" like many did during the pandemic and have increasingly done with climate change.
Malone, a research scientist, says he is the inventor of mRNA vaccination and the use of mRNA therapeutics, and has been attacked by left-wing publications as a "spreader of COVID disinformation." Twitter barred him for a week last December for allegedly violating the platform’s coronavirus misinformation policy. 
"I personally believe that this is more fear porn. It's not justified," Malone told Just the News, claiming the lockdown measures were "illegal" in the first place "in terms of breaching of fundamental freedoms."
"There's absolutely no evidence that there's going to be a need to reimpose" restrictions, he added.
This "fear porn" comes as new COVID variants have been detected in a very small number in the United States. In response, some entities are already bringing back pandemic-era protocols like mask mandates and social distancing, but Dr. Malone said it all appears to be noise.
"We're being pummeled with fear about extinction-level events," Malone expressed in a phone interview, listing "human-induced climate change, infectious disease, [carbon-based] energy, and the fear of nuclear war" as examples.
"When you dive into the actual risks" of the new variants, Malone stated, they appear "pretty non-threatening," and the chance of being seriously harmed by them are "extremely low."
Pfizer and Moderna have already developed vaccines for at least one of the variants, and the Biden administration announced this week an appropriation of $1.4 billion to develop "the future of COVID-19 vaccines" and other treatments. The President declared the pandemic "over" last September.
In order to distribute these vaccines on a mass scale effectively, Malone said the government would have to declare another emergency, but he isn’t sure if they will at the federal level.
"This could be the wedge that really drives a break from federal policy by a wide number of states that are willing to damage their own economies to comply with what I assert is overt fear porn," he opined.
"If the Feds go there, [are] Texas and Florida going to go there? Will California go there? Of course they will. You know, with a moment's notice."
Science writer Robert Zimmerman wrote in his blog "Behind The Black" this week that "This variant is like all the recent variants, relatively harmless, hardly different than catching a cold. And yet, its arrival according to this article is that we must panic and do something, even though the article itself admits that hospital admissions right now “remain at near-historic lows”, and that this variant produces “symptoms … milder than at any point previously in the pandemic.”
Just the News also spoke with Ryan Cunningham, a campaign manager for Republicans and former emergency services disaster preparedness manager who says he was severely injured by the COVID-19 vaccine. "You will have heavily Democrat-run cities become the alarmists along with blue states to sign those disaster declarations knowing the COVID cash cow will be on its way," Cunningham said, but "Republican governors will be resistant and deny their access to federal funding."
This, he elaborated, will divide the states along party lines to the point where the federal government could turn to private corporations to pressure the public into compliance.
"Today, we have schools making parents agree to masking policies to register their students, and the same with daycares." In May, the CDC advised schools and daycares to have a "core set of infectious disease prevention strategies as part of their normal operations," including ones that are "COVID-19-specific."
"Just like the Twitter files, where the government had Twitter act as their censorship regime, the same will happen with these public-private partnerships," Cunningham concluded.

 African Journalist Simon Ateba Sues KJP After His Press Pass Was 'Unconstitutionally' Revoked.

This week, African journalist Simon Ateba filed a federal lawsuit against White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and the Secret Service after revoking his press pass.
Ateba is accusing them of unconstitutionally rescinding his press badge to suppress his questions and limit his access to the White House.
The lawsuit, “Ateba v Jean-Pierre,” cites the reporter’s press pass was revoked because of repeated disruptions during press briefings, claiming the White House violated Ateba’s First and Fifth Amendments.
During press briefings, Ateba often raises questions that the Biden Administration doesn’t like to address, such as the behind-the-scenes corruption the president and his son commit.
In May, the White House announced new rules concerning press credentials, which they call hard passes.
This is the first time in U.S. history that the White House initiated a process in which journalists could lose their press credentials to close a longstanding legal loophole that prevented authorities from yanking press badges, according to the New York Post.
When the new guidelines were unveiled, Ateba interrupted Jean-Pierre’s press briefing saying they were making a “mockery of the First Amendment.”
“No president, including President Biden, should be allowed to dictate who covers,” Ateba said.
Ateba has not only rocked boats in the press room with Jean-Pierre but also with then-White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
Before leaving the White House for a new gig at MSNBC, Ateba was the first reporter to question Psaki on reports that she was job-hunting.
He also asked National Security Council spokesman John Kirby if he was posing as a “second press secretary” after he began to lead press briefings following several missteps from Jean-Pierre.

 120,000 American Children ‘Died Suddenly’ after Covid Shots Rollout.

A bombshell new report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revealed that a staggering 120,000 American children have “died suddenly” following the public rollout of the mRNA Covid shots.
Throughout 2021, Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration and then-chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci insisted that the shots were “safe and effective” and necessary for protecting kids from the virus, despite children only showing mild symptoms if any at all.
On December 11, 2020, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine was granted emergency use authorization (EUA) for administration in individuals 16 years of age and older by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
On May 10, 2021, the FDA expanded the EUA for the use of the shots to include adolescents 12 through 15 years of age.
On June 17, 2022, the FDA authorized emergency use of the mRNA Covid vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech to include use in children down to 6 months of age.
Just over a year on, the report, which was quietly released by CDC with little attention from the corporate media, has revealed that nearly half a million children and young adults have now died since the injections were approved for use on most children.

 

Over 118,000 of those deaths are suspected to be linked to the Covid vaccines’ side effects.
Despite the staggering death toll revealed in the report, it has been met with a deafening silence from the corporate media.
Meanwhile, the establishment media is consumed with get-Trump reporting and distracting the public with propaganda on the war in Ukraine and the alleged “climate crisis.”
Compared to other countries, the U.S. Government has been slow when it comes to publishing relevant and up-to-date data.
The delays make it difficult to analyze the consequences of rolling out the experimental mRNA injections to the public.
However, the latest data from the CDC has just been published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OEC).
The OEC is an intergovernmental organization with 38 member countries.
It was founded in 1961 to stimulate economic progress and world trade.
The OEC hosts a wealth of data on excess deaths, including data from the CDC that isn’t easily available to the American people.

The figures that have been provided to the OEC by the CDC show excess deaths among American children and young adults aged 0-44 across the country by week in 2020 and 2021.
The official figures reveal that there was a slight increase in excess deaths among children and young adults when the alleged Covid pandemic hit the U.S. in early 2020.
However, with the introduction of a Covid injection, one would have expected deaths to have fallen significantly among the age group in 2021.
Instead, however, the opposite happened.
Excess deaths among children and young adults were significantly higher every single week in 2021 than they were in 2020 except for weeks 29 and 30.
But then in week 31, something drastic happened to cause excess deaths to skyrocket among children and young adults.
And official figures provided by the CDC, unfortunately, show that trend has continued in 2022.
The most recent data released by the CDC covers up to week 40, the week ending October 9th, and it should be noted that the last few weeks of data are subject to change.
But 2022 has also been a significant year for excess deaths among children and young adults.
The CDC has confirmed that there have been 7,680 more excess deaths among children and young adults in 2022 so far than there were during the same time frame in 2020 at the height of the Covid pandemic.
The year 2021, was by and far the worst, however, with 27,227 more excess deaths by week 40 following the roll-out of the Covid-19 injection than what occurred in 2020 at the height of the pandemic.
But the most concerning figures reveal that the overall number of deaths and excess deaths among children and young adults spiked since the roll-out of the Covid injections.
Nearly half a million people aged 0 to 44 have sadly died since week 51 of 2020.
This has resulted in an astonishing 117,719 excess deaths against the 2015-2019 five-year average.
If we are to believe the official narrative that Covid-19 is a deadly disease, then we could perhaps agree that 231,987 children and young adults up to the age of 44 dying in 2020 resulting in 40,365 excess deaths was an unfortunate consequence of this disease.
But if the official narrative were true, that Covid injections are “safe and effective,” there wouldn’t be soaring increases in deaths among children and young adults in both 2021 and 2022.
We know millions of Americans were coerced into getting the injections.
And we know millions of parents were coerced into forcing their children to also get the same injections.
The data provided by the CDC, which has been incredibly hard to find, only gives us clues as to this being the case with so many deaths among young Americans.
However, further data published by the UK government confirms it.
One of the pieces of evidence confirming this is a report published on the 6th of July 2022, by the UK’s Office for National Statistics (ONS), which is a UK government agency.
As Slay News reported, official UK government figures show the overwhelming number of people who died from Covid had received three or more shots of mRNA vaccines for the virus.
The UK government quietly released the official figures for Covid deaths in 2022.
The data reveals that the triple+ vaccinated population accounted for 92% of Covid-19 deaths throughout the entirety of 2022.
The figures also show that 9 in every 10 Covid deaths in England over the past two years had received three or more of the shots.

President Biden frequently extolled an electric vehicle company — in which his energy secretary heavily invested — before it declared bankruptcy on Monday.
Bay Area-based electric bus and battery maker Proterra filed for Chapter 11, with CEO Gareth Joyce citing “various market and macroeconomic headwinds that have impacted our ability to efficiently scale.”
(One of the headwinds they face is that electric vehicles suffer from major spontaneous combustion hazards. But no amount of other people’s money can make electric vehicles make sense. In the end, the market decides what is fit to exist, not liberal ideology.)
The EV firm, which sold more than 1,300 electric buses to public transit systems in the US and Canada, was valued at $1.6 billion when Biden, 80, took office in January 2021 — but closed with a market value of $362 million, according to Reuters.
In 2021, the president pledged more than $10 billion from his $1.9 trillion bipartisan infrastructure plan toward zero-emission transit and school bus programs.
He has promoted Proterra several times since taking office, and once virtually toured a facility.
“Right now we’re running way behind China, but you guys are getting us in the game,” Biden said in April 2021. “We’re going to end up owning the future, I think, if we keep doing what we’re doing.”
At the time of the tour, Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm held between $1 million and $5 million in stock of the electric vehicle company, The Washington Free Beacon reported, prompting ethics concerns and calls for her divestment.
Granholm raked in $1.6 million in profit after selling hundreds of thousands of shares in May 2021, months after she had first pledged to do so. She served on Proterra’s board from February 2017 until just before her Senate confirmation hearing in January 2021.
Biden also appointed Joyce, Proterra’s CEO, to the President’s Export Council in February 2023.
“Through his leadership, [Gareth] Joyce is growing Proterra’s EV battery manufacturing footprint in the United States and accelerating the transition of transit and other commercial vehicles to zero emission solutions,” the White House said in a statement at the time.
Philadelphia purchased a fleet of Proterra buses in 2019 that had to be taken out of service in February of the following year due to defects, the local National Public Radio affiliate reported.

The Epoch Times has the receipts on how wrong she was over the entire pandemic:
In November 2020, for instance, she falsely claimed that 10 percent of people who contracted COVID-19 died.
"It's somewhat callous to say that 90 percent are going to survive because you are completely disregarding the 10 percent of people who didn't survive," she said at the time.
Dr. Marrazzo didn't cite a source, and a spokesperson for the doctor told The Epoch Times in an email that she wasn't accepting media requests until she becomes director of the NIAID.
The National Institutes of Health and the NIAID didn't respond to requests for comment.
The risk of death for even the highest-risk group — the elderly — was significantly lower than 10 percent, many study at the time indicated.
In another briefing, Dr. Marrazzo falsely said that those who recovered from COVID-19 would lose virtually all of their protection, known as natural immunity, within months.
"By six months, people are pretty much done. There's almost nothing there to protect you," she said. While natural immunity does go away after a period of time against the newer variants, protection against severe disease remains strong, according to studies.
Dr. Marrazzo has repeatedly promoted papers that weren't peer reviewed and were in favor of mass vaccination from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) — which has been consistently pro-vaccine. She has also encouraged vaccination after recovery from COVID-19, despite numerous studies that found that people who have recovered enjoy strong immunity that is superior to that from vaccination.
She also encouraged the governor of Alabama to lock down, pushed masks, said vaccines were "the only way out," and ignored risks of the jab like myocarditis.
We've learned nothing from the Covid tyranny and we're now almost certain to repeat it.

Jordan noted that Facebook knew it was removing “humorous or satirical content that suggests the vaccine isn’t safe,” as well as “true information about the side effects.” 

 

Jordan also noted that Facebook employees were annoyed at being made to take down content they knew was accurate, describing the administration’s definition of misinformation as “completely unclear” and noting that the White House was using “untested assumptions” to demand censorship.
“It also just seems like when the vaccination campaign isn’t going as hoped, it’s convenient for them to blame us,” one employee noted.
Another agreed, responding “This seems like a political battle that’s not fully grounded in facts, and it’s frustrating.”

 

Facebook also admitted that it removed content pertaining to the lab leak theory, not because it was inaccurate or deeming harmful, but “Because we were under pressure from the administration.”
“We shouldn’t have done it,” Facebook’s head of Global affairs admitted.
The company also admitted to changing its misinformation policy because the Biden administration was constantly haranguing them.
“This is stemming from the continued criticism of our approach from the US administration,” the communications note.

 Incandescent Light Bulb Ban Starts On August 1; Gas Stove Ban Coming Next.

Biden’s Department of Energy plans to mete out “the maximum civil penalty” against manufacturers that “knowingly distribute” illicit light bulbs which violate their new efficiency standards.

The modern descendant of Thomas Edison’s most famous legacy is set to formally meet its demise in the U.S. at the end of this month, despite years of efforts by Republicans to extend its lifespan. As of Aug. 1, the Energy Department will fully enforce new efficiency regulations that the old bulbs can’t meet, effectively prohibiting their retail sale.

With the Biden regime jailing their opposition en masse, transifying kids, threatening to start WWIII and throwing open the borders, certain issues have to take a back seat.
Over a decade ago, though, the light bulb issue shone bright for tea party conservatives and GOP presidential hopefuls, who accused Democrats of trying to limit consumers’ choices.
CFL bulbs — the alternative at the time — literally induced migraine headaches in otherwise healthy people. When they broke, a hazmat team was needed to clean up the mercury they released.
Republican lawmakers even succeeded in passing legislation to block the Obama administration from carrying out the new efficiency standards — sometimes to the irritation of large light bulb manufacturers that had spent big bucks preparing for them.
[…] The fight zigged, then zagged: The Obama administration took action in its waning days to finalize the bulb efficiency requirements, only for former President Donald Trump — who once proclaimed energy-efficient bulbs made him “look orange” — to halt the move. But DOE pushed the rules to the finish line last year after President Joe Biden came into office with a climate agenda that includes a focus on energy efficiency measures.
Trump blocking the ban was one of the highlights of his presidency.
DOE completed the action last April, but full enforcement of the rule is set to begin Aug. 1. The transition away from the inefficient bulbs has been underway for more than a year, as the department provided flexibility for manufacturers and retailers to comply with the new standard.
That fight may be settled, but the larger fight over energy efficiency standards is still looming. Republican lawmakers in recent months have continually derided the Biden administration’s efficiency actions on everything from more efficient stoves to laundry machines and dishwashers.
For example, the Energy Department is proposing new efficiency standards covering gas stoves as well as electric stoves and ovens. Advocates say the rule would save consumers money on natural gas and lessen a source of greenhouse gas pollution, but critics point to DOE estimates that only about half of gas stoves now in the market could meet the proposed standards — something they contend amounts to a de-facto ban.

The department has previously issued civil penalties worth tens of thousands of dollars for companies violating its energy conservation standards.
Over half the country still appears to be using mostly incandescents.
Forty-seven percent of U.S. households reported using LED bulbs for most indoor lighting in 2020, according to the Energy Information Administration, up from only 4 percent in 2015.
It’s still not clear what incandescents will survive this ban. There’s some exemptions for certain specialty bulbs but I can’t find a definitive list anywhere.
Incandescents are still the best bulbs there are as the light they produce is 100 on the color rendering index — meaning it’s identical to sunlight — whereas the best LEDs are only around 90.
Nonetheless, as is now the norm, the plebs must be made to suffer to advance the “liberal world order.”

 Biden admin to ban the sale of nearly all gas generators.

The Biden administration is very worried about acute carbon monoxide poisoning, so much so that they are publishing a rule that would ban the sale of nearly all current gas generators on the market.
The new rule would force generator manufacturers to create generators that switch off when they reach a certain carbon monoxide output.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has proposed a policy (pdf) that would remove nearly all existing portable gas generators from the market. The new rule restricts the amount of carbon monoxide that generators can emit by forcing these generators to switch off when they reach a certain level of emissions.
Smaller gas generators would have to cut carbon monoxide emissions by 50 percent, and larger generators would have to cut emissions by up to 95 percent. Nearly all models currently available are expected to not be in compliance with the new standard.
Once the proposed rules come into effect, manufacturers would have to comply with them in just six months, a process that usually takes several years. The rules would also ban manufacturers from stockpiling noncompliant generators before the new standards are enacted.
In a June 28 press release, Susan Orenga, executive director of the Portable Generator Manufacturers’ Association, pointed out that CPSC’s proposal will “create a shortage of essential portable generators during regional and national emergencies because it will prevent the sale of portable generators that are currently available on the market.”
“Furthermore, the timing of the CPSC’s proposed changes are particularly concerning, given repeated warnings that two-thirds of North America is currently facing an energy shortfall this summer during periods of high demand,” she said.
The CPSC proposal came after the Department of Energy unveiled its Energy Policy and Conservation Program in February, which aims to establish new standards on consumer cooking products, including gas stoves. The rules are expected to ban the sale of at least half of U.S. stove models.

Biden administration climate czar, the venerable Duke of Heinz, second rate former Secretary of State John Kerry, leaves Beijing with no deal, no potential deal, not a wisp of a deal, just his bag of dirty clothes. He announced Wednesday after three days of climate negotiations with Xi Jinping's government, he did succeed in having long and very detailed meetings with a lot very frank conversations, lots of fine dining and chardonnay, but it is clear that we are going to need a little more work to complete our task. Translation: Kerry failure to return with any sort of climate agreement comes as another embarrassment to the Biden administration.
During Kerry's time in Beijing, Xi poured cold water on the Biden administration's attempts at climate diplomacy by not meeting with Kerry during the visit and on Tuesday, reiterating his nation's climate goals "will never be influenced by others." Xi basically told Kerry to have a fortune cookie and buzz off horseface. We got coal power plants to build.
Leaving Beijing, Kerry looked "haggard and somewhat out of his mind", ranting about conservative bloggers in the U.S. making fun of him, and that he "needed an earth shaking international agreement to show those bastards!"
John F. Kerry, the multiple Purple Heart recipient no one pays any attention but his dogs, now desperately watches most of his political legacy, mainly the fraud of an Iran nuclear deal, the ridiculous climate change accord as well as the crown jewel of his foreign policy efforts, the Non-Aggression Pact with Canada, all being regulated to the dumpster of historical blunders.
