She wasn’t arrested for having a miscarriage, you freaking moron. She was arrested for throwing the fetus in the trash.
The government does tell all people what they can and can’t do with human remains, and long has. A civilized society has laws concerning the disposal of human remains, for obvious reasons.
So based on this response, you think it is OK to have a miscarriage and dispose how you see fit? Then on that premise, same should happen with anyone that dies. If you find an adult body in a dumpster would it not be a problem.
