Trump‘s HHS just officially answered the question. In accordance with executive orders signed by President Donald Trump, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued guidance on the reality of gender, specifically declaring that there are only two genders and defining gendered terms, like “woman.”
The guidance, issued Wednesday, specifically aligns with Trump’s Executive Order 14168, “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.”

“There are only two sexes, female and male, because there are only two types of gametes,” the guidance reads. “An individual human is either female or male based on whether the person is of the sex characterized by a reproductive system with the biological function of producing eggs (ova) or sperm.”
HHS, which is headed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., emphasizes that the “sex of a human, female or male, is determined genetically at conception (fertilization), and is observable before birth”, language that prompted praise from pro-life advocates.

Among additional gendered language, the department officially defines what a woman is. Democrats and left-wing activists in recent years have tried to promote that males can be women, causing massive disruption to female spaces, safety, and opportunities. Meanwhile, they were unwilling and unable to define the term, as highlighted throughout Matt Walsh’s groundbreaking documentary, aptly titled “What is a Woman?”
As HHS puts it, a woman is defined as “an adult human female.”
The guidance also defines sex, female, male, girl, man, boy, mother, and father, all terms that are vital in relation to science and health:

Definitions
Sex is a person’s immutable biological classification as either male or female.
Female is a person of the sex characterized by a reproductive system with the biological function of producing eggs (ova).
Male is a person of the sex characterized by a reproductive system with the biological function of producing sperm.
Woman is an adult human female.
Girl is a minor human female.
Man is an adult human male.
Boy is a minor human male.
Mother is a female parent.
Father is a male parent.

U.S. Census to Ask Questions on Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation for First Time.

The United States Census is planning to introduce questions on gender identity and sexual orientation for the first time in its history, according to The Associated Press.
The questions will be sent to 480,000 households and can be answered online, by mail, via phone or during in-person interviews, with only half expected to respond, according to the AP. If approved, the bureau plans to include them in its annual American Community Survey and will ask respondents about their sex assigned at birth and their sexual orientation.
The first question set will ask respondents of any age to divulge whether they were assigned male or female at birth and then follow up for those who are 15 and older on the individual’s current gender identity with options including male, female, transgender, nonbinary or “This person uses a different term,” according to the AP.
The American Community Survey gathers information on “jobs and occupations, educational attainment, veterans, whether people own or rent their homes” as well as other topics, according to the bureau’s website. The bureau asked President Joe Biden’s administration in September if they could test questions on the subject after previously only asking about a person’s biological sex, according to the AP.
The second question set will focus on sexual orientation and reads “Which of the following best represents how Name thinks of themselves,” according to AP. Respondents have a list of possible answers including gay, lesbian, straight, bisexual, as well as “This person uses a different term,” and a place for the individual to write their own answer.
The bureau is considering using flash cards when surveying people to protect the privacy of the respondents, according to the AP. The agency is also considering whether or not to use numbered response categories to prevent other members of an individual’s household from knowing their answers.
Census workers are not required to ask respondents whether or not they are U.S. citizens, but GOP senators introduced legislation in January mandating the citizenship question be asked. The bill seeks to ensure that non-citizens are not being counted which affects congressional and electoral apportionments.
“Illegal immigrants and non-citizens can not vote, and they shouldn’t be used as pawns as Democrats redistrict in various states. Our Census of course has to count both Americans and non-Americans, but it should also distinguish between them,” said Republican Sen. Kevin Cramer of North Dakota in a press release.
The U.S. Census Bureau did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

(My dislike of Tyson goes WAY BACK. He has always been one to say whatever it takes to keep him relevant, no matter how insane. And there is the separate matter of him believing in evolution and I believe in creation.)
The appalling thing about Neil deGrasse Tyson is that he will say anything — no matter how moronic, bizarre, disgusting, and untrue — in order to lick the hand of his moonbat masters and to lend credence to gender theory:
“Apparently, the XX/XY chromosomes are insufficient because when we wake up in the morning, we exaggerate whatever feature we want to portray the gender of our choice. Either the one you’re assigned, the one you choose to be — whatever it is!
Now, just to tie a bow on this, I say to you, somewhere I read — somewhere, I think I read — that the United States was a land where we have the pursuit of happiness. Suppose no matter my chromosomes today, I feel 80% female, 20% male. I’m gonna put on makeup.” Tomorrow, I might feel 80% male. I’ll remove the makeup and I’ll wear a muscle shirt. Why do you care?! What businesses is it of yours to require that I fulfill your inability to think of gender on a spectrum?”

Chloe Cole — a former transgender person who de-transitioned and now advocates against trans ideology — rebuked Tyson in a response video for amateurishly comparing biology and makeup.
"How about we stop confusing basic human biology with cosmetics?" Cole said on Tuesday. "Like what a weird jump. I don't wear makeup most days. If I leave the house without makeup on, does that make me like 70% male?"
The real danger of Tyson's remarks, Cole argued, is that he confused "1950s gender stereotypes" as justification for "an ideology that leads to the sterilization and mastectomies of 15-year-old girls who just don't fit in — girls like me."
Moreover, the irony of Tyson's argument, Cole added, is that he reinforced the fact that biological sex is binary.
"The idea that people can be percentages of either male or female just further reinforces that fact that biological sex is a binary. There's only two," she said. "There may only be two sexes, but there are an infinite number of personalities. I mean, it really doesn't take a degree in astrophysics to know that."

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (FLV) – The Florida Legislature approved a bill that penalizes people who enter bathrooms designated for the opposite sex at certain entities and refuse to leave once asked.
The House gave final passage to the bill 80-36 while the Senate passed it 26-12.
The bill that mandates separate male, female or unisex bathrooms for entities such as schools and government buildings.
The legislation outlines that someone commits the offense of a trespass if they enter a bathroom designated for the opposite sex at a state building, correctional institution, detention facility, juvenile correctional facility and any educational institution.
The bill sponsor said the offense would take place if that person does not leave once someone asks them to.
The bill said the trespass charge does not apply to Department of Corrections employees and prisoners, detention facility prisoners and employees, juvenile prisoners and staff, as well as students, administrative personnel or instructional personnel at educational institutions.
It requires that the governmental entity establish disciplinary procedures for any employee of the governmental entity who enters a restroom or changing facility designated for the opposite sex and refuses to leave when asked by employees of the governmental entity.
Each covered entity would establish their own disciplinary procedures for their employees.
Someone from outside would be under jurisdiction from local authorities under the trespass.
