Trump signed an order on January 20 — exactly one month ago today — titled “Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism And Restoring Biological Truth To The Federal Government.” That order firmly established that it is the policy of the United States to “recognize two sexes, male and female.”

The order also noted that the leftist efforts to “eradicate the biological reality of sex fundamentally attack women by depriving them of their dignity, safety, and well-being.” Federal policy, it continued, must be based on truth.

Celebrated Trans Doctor Sued For Medical Negligence Over Removal Of 14-Year-Old Girl’s Breasts

'Clementine’s providers deliberately, grossly, and recklessly breached the standard of care in this case,' the lawsuit argues.
A doctor celebrated as “America’s best-known practitioner of youth gender medicine” is being sued for medical negligence by a former patient — a young girl who underwent a gender transition and now feels she was deeply betrayed.
Twenty-year-old Kaya Clementine Breen accuses Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy of fast-tracking her attempted gender transition, including puberty blockers, hormones, and a double mastectomy, when she was a young teenager.
Her lawyers argue that Olson-Kennedy, the therapist she referred Breen to, the surgeon who removed Breen’s breasts, and other medical professionals are all guilty of medical negligence for rushing Breen through procedures that have deeply and negatively impacted her future.
“Clementine is a female who suffered from a complex, multi-faceted array of mental health symptoms as a child and adolescent,” the complaint states. “She is also a survivor of multiple instances of sexual abuse as a child and adolescent, something that was never explored, addressed, or discussed by Defendants in the course of their purported treatment.”
The lawsuit continues: “Her presentation of symptoms and concerns included, among other things, anxiety, depression, autism, undiagnosed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), potential bipolarism, as has been suggested by one of her psychiatrists, ongoing confusion regarding her gender, and eventually psychosis (including audio and visual hallucinations), panic attacks, and paranoia. Her family also has a lengthy history of mental health issues. She needed psychotherapy to evaluate, assess, and treat her complex co-morbid mental health symptoms.”
She didn’t get these things. “Instead, she was fast-tracked onto the conveyor belt of irreversibly damaging puberty blockers (age 12), cross-sex hormones (age 13), and “gender-affirming” surgery (age 14).”

"Real Time" host Bill Maher lost his cool during an exchange with liberal scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson when the latter couldn't bring himself to admit that, scientifically speaking, men have an advantage over women in sports.
Maher and the famed astrophysicist engaged in a conversation regarding Laura Helmuth, the chief editor of Scientific American magazine. Helmuth was forced to resign after posting unhinged comments about supporters of President-elect Donald Trump on the liberal social media wasteland known as Bluesky.
The comments were less what you would expect from an actual scientific American and more what one would see out of your typical quintuple-vaccinated owner of 14 cats.
Helmuth referred to Trump's supporters as "the meanest, dumbest, most bigoted" individuals while lamenting that her generation is "so full of f**king fascists."
But that wasn't Maher's main problem. No, the more significant issue to him was an article in the magazine that stated, "inequity between male and female athletes" is "a result, not of inherent biological differences between the sexes, but of biases in how they are treated in sports."
"That's nuts," Maher observed, adding that such ridiculous notions are "why the Democrats lost the election."
Tyson laughed off the suggestion, accusing Maher of finding a reason the resistance party got shellacked in the elections "every 20 minutes."
“First of all, you don’t watch this show, so you don’t know — It’s okay, but you talk as if you do, and you f**king don’t. That’s okay, just don’t bulls**t me," Maher fired back. "That’s the one thing people can never do on this show is bulls**t me."
The comedian-turned-political pundit proceeded to urge Tyson to "engage with the idea here."
"What I’m asking is Scientific American is saying basically that the reason why an NBA — WNBA team — can’t beat the Lakers is because of societal bias.”

“Why can’t you just say this is not scientific and Scientific American should do better?!” an exasperated Maher pressed.
Tyson pivoted, noting that Helmuth was out of a job. But Maher reminded him that her rant wasn't what he was taking exception to — it was the magazine's non-scientific bent on something so obvious to one's own eyes.
“Well, I’m going to file you under ‘part of the problem,'" Maher quipped, prompting gasps and laughter from the crowd.
If you thought the comedian and the astrophysicist set off fireworks comparable to a supernova during that exchange, you should have seen them continue to argue during the show’s "Overtime" segment.
Tyson prodded Maher by discussing vaccines, which he claims the medical field is 99 percent unanimous on. That discussion broke down when the scientist asserted he wasn't quite sure if Maher believed "science matters."
“Sometimes you don’t sound that way. That’s what worries me!” he said.
Maher cut him down immediately, calling back to the "men in sports" debate: "Actually, you’re the guy who doesn’t understand why the WNBA team can’t beat the Lakers, so I don’t know, you’re supposed to be the scientist, and you couldn’t even admit that!"
"This is not your field; you’re not a doctor.”
It's unclear if Tyson was able to identify the truck that just ran him over. Maher isn't always right, but when it comes to extreme leftists pushing a woke, anti-women agenda, he definitely gets it.
Scientific American, by contrast, does not.
As our colleague Jennifer Oliver O'Connell wrote in 2021, Scientific American teamed up with Dr. Anthony Fauci to sow the seeds of doubt during the pandemic and put the final "nails in the coffin of Science."
She points out that this was simply a continuation of "increasingly leftist and non-scientific bent over the last few decades."
All of that came to a head when, just weeks before the presidential election, Scientific American claimed without evidence that Kamala Harris would bring a "lifelong familiarity with Science" to the White House.
The entire premise was that because Harris' mother was a scientist, she, too, must be compelled by science.

Maher ended the exchange with Tyson by reminding him again that he is not a doctor and joking, "When I have a goiter on Uranus, I’ll call you."
It was a joke meant to defuse the situation, but the tension was rather obvious.

Jordan Peterson says ‘gender-affirming care’ is worse than what Nazis did in German camps.

Jordan Peterson unleashed today like a virtuous badass on Joe Rogan’s podcast, calling out the evil being done to children by professionals in the name of ‘gender-affirming care’.
Peterson said that he’s never seen anything worse than the brutal surgical procedures and sterilization being done to children by professionals, and that includes atrocities like what happened in the Nazi camps in the 1930s and 40s.
He says, in short:
“I’ve never seen anything worse than what’s happening right now. And that includes the sorts of things that were done in the camps in Germany. At least the goddamn Nazis admitted what they did was wrong. They tried to hide it. We trumpet it as a moral virtue.”

‘Transitioning’ teen arrested in Florida after faking home invasion, killing mom and mom’s boyfriend.
She told police that she "was not happy with the fact that [her mother] was not very accepting of her transition."

A 16-year-old girl who had been transitioning to the opposite sex, per police, was arrested over the weekend in Palm Bay, Florida after allegedly killing her mother and her mother's boyfriend. Julia Egler was subsequently charged with two counts of premeditated first-degree murder for the deaths of Kelley McCollom and Matthew Szejnrok.
Egler initially staged a home invasion in an attempt to convince police she was simply an innocent bystander to a grisly double homicide, but later came clean and admitted that she had killed them. The teen cited disagreements with her mother over "her transition," claiming she "was not very accepting."
As WKMG reports, shortly after midnight on Sunday police pulled up to an address on Bencher Road after Egler herself called 911 to report a home invasion. The teen told officers she had been in her room when a man broke in and attacked the pair. She proceeded to show evidence she'd planted, however eventually investigators caught on and took her in for questioning.
Egler reportedly said she used a .38 caliber revolver that she stole from her mother's room to shoot her and Szejnrok. The former died instantly, while the latter was still alive. After running out of bullets, Egler grabbed a chef's knife and stabbed him again.
According to WFTV, at the station, she confessed that it was she who had committed the murders, noting that the attack was the culmination of "many disagreements in the previous weeks." She told police that she "was not happy with the fact that [McCollom] was not very accepting of her transition, and she also did not like that [McCollom] was dating [Szejnrok] who was 22 years old."
Egler was transported to a juvenile detention center, where she remains in custody.

 

 DeSantis spats with reporter on ‘gender-affirming care’ for minors ruling: ‘It’s wrong!’

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Gov. Ron DeSantis snapped at a reporter Wednesday after he was asked why taxpayer dollars should go to appealing a recent court ruling that allows transgender medical operations for children.
“Because its wrong to mutilate minors. It is wrong to perform a sex change on a 16-year old,” DeSantis said. “You’re not allowed to get a tattoo, but somehow you can have your privates cut off? Give me a break. This is wrong.”

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle for the Northern District of Florida stated that “gender identity is real,” and that “cross sex hormones” are part of “proper treatment” for minors choosing to identify with a gender not matching his/her biology.
“Florida has adopted a statute and rules that ban gender-affirming care for minors even when medically appropriate,” Hinkle wrote. “The ban is unconstitutional.”
Rejecting Hinkle’s ruling, DeSantis mentioned a decision upholding another state’s position had already been made by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
“They upheld Alabama’s law which was almost identical to Florida’s law. This will be reversed. There is no question that it will be reversed,” DeSantis said.
DeSantis piled on by speculating the constitutional right to genital mutilation would even have been ridiculed by America’s founding fathers and the first Congress.
“Of course the state can protect children against this and we had very powerful testimony how this is irreversible,” DeSantis said.
He also chided the media for honing in on the state using taxpayer money to fight against mutilation.
“If you say that we shouldn’t do that, you’re saying that any liberal judge should be able to veto the policy of the state of Florida, because they go to the same judges every time, we lose almost every time, and then we win on appeal almost every time,” DeSantis said.
DeSantis added not upholding statute against liberal justices amounted to people not governing themselves or controlling their own destiny.
“We are going to stand up for duly enacted statutes, we’re going to stand up for protecting the innocence of these kids,” DeSantis said.
He also believed ulterior motives could come out of the ruling, including doctors performing sex changes on children for financial gain.
“I would say it goes beyond that, cause what this is doing when they’re doing a sex change on a teenager, there’s a lot of people that want to make money off that, consequences be damned,” he said. “They’re lining their pockets and they can care less about what’s going to happen to that teenager when they become 25, which many regret and have big time problems as a result of that.”
Furthermore, DeSantis ridiculed the idea of genital mutilation and puberty blocking as “gender-affirming,” equating that the term was trying to change basic biology and how someone was born.
“I think its about are we going to be rooted in truth as a society or not. If we are rooted in truth, then you would say of course you can’t do these surgeries because its not going to take and transform somebody that’s a male into a female,” DeSantis said.

 Knife-wielding man in blonde wig stabs four girls at an AMC theater before attacking couple inside a McDonald's near Boston.

A knife-wielding man in a blonde wig has stabbed four girls at an AMC theater before attacking a couple inside a McDonald's near Boston, Massachusetts.
The suspect stabbed four girls, ages 9 to 17, at an AMC multiplex in Braintree at about 6 pm, before stabbing a 21-year-old female and a 29-year-old man at a McDonald's 30 miles away about an hour later.
The man, who has not yet been named, reportedly entered the theater without a movie ticket and attacked the girls unprovoked, without saying a word.
A male suspect, who police described as 'armed and dangerous with a 10-inch knife,' was arrested in connection with the brutal attack. Police say he is also connected to a murder investigation.
He was described by an employee at the snack bar as a man wearing 'an oversized trench coat, sunglasses, and a long blonde wig,' CBS News reported.
A witness at the scene, Matteo Rojas, told CBS, 'It's so heartbreaking that's what I'll be thinking about the rest of the night is seeing those kids coming down the steps and just crying. They looked really stunned like they just saw a horror movie, not a kid's movie.'
The girls were transported to a Boston hospital and treated for non-critical injuries, according to Braintree police.
Shortly after the attack, the suspect fled the scene in a black SUV, driving 30 miles to Plymouth, MA, where is said to have been involved in another assault at a McDonald's.
The man allegedly stabbed a 21-year-old female and a 29-year-old man at at around 7:09pm. They were also treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
'Preliminary investigation suggests a likely connection to an earlier incident at a movie theatre in Braintree resulting in non-life threatening injuries to four juveniles,' Massachusetts State Police said.
Using surveillance footage, police were able to obtain his license plate number.
Police attempted to pull over the suspect before they were led on a wild car chase by the armed man who eventually crashed in Sandwich, Massachusetts.
The suspect is allegedly linked to a murder investigation in Deep River, Connecticut, police say.
He was taken into custody and is being treated for minor injuries.

A study published last month shows that those who underwent gender surgery had a suicide risk 12 times higher than those who did not, adding more data showing the dangers of the life-altering procedures.
The study utilized patient data from 56 health care organizations in the U.S. and over 90 million patients. Four different groups of patients were looked at in the study, including 1,501 people aged 18-60 who had “gender-affirming surgery” and an emergency visit (cohort A) and 15,608,363 adults who visited the emergency room but had no “gender-affirming surgery” (cohort B). The third group (cohort C) included 142,093 “adults with emergency visits, tubal ligation or vasectomy, but no gender-affirming surgery,” while a fourth group of patients with pharyngitis (cohort D) was studied “to validate the results from cohort C.”
“Data from February 4, 2003, to February 4, 2023, were analyzed to examine suicide attempts, death, self-harm, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) within five years of the index event,” the study said, adding that its results found that “Individuals who underwent gender-affirming surgery had a 12.12-fold higher suicide attempt risk than those who did not.”
The study concluded, “Gender-affirming surgery is significantly associated with elevated suicide attempt risks, underlining the necessity for comprehensive post-procedure psychiatric support.”
The study’s findings fly in the face of the argument from those espousing radical gender theory, including the Biden administration, who claim that “gender-affirming care” prevents suicide attempts among those who identify as transgender.

The most recent study showing the disturbing increase in suicide risk among those who undergo gender surgery isn’t alone. Dr. Hilary Cass released a long-awaited British report last month that criticized gender procedures for children. Last year, a landmark study in Denmark found that trans-identifying people had a suicide death rate 3.5 times higher and a suicide attempt rate 7.7 times higher than people who did not identify as transgender.
Following more data showing the risk of gender surgeries, puberty blockers, and hormonal treatments on children multiple European countries began dialing back their policies that approved the life-altering procedures for minors. Numerous Republican-led states have also outlawed gender procedures for children, but no action has been taken at the federal level to stop the dangerous procedures.

As it turned out, that was not a good marketing strategy, and it had the effect of repulsing existing customers who don’t want country cooking to be sexualized, be it gay, straight, or otherwise.

It kept getting worse, and Cracker Barrel’s CEO Sandy Cochran stepped down from her position before year’s end.
In a Wall Street Journal article last week, it states that the new CEO, Julie Masino, is seeking “to update its image, menu and retail selection to be able to grow in an increasingly tough environment for restaurants.”
No, the first thing Cracker Barrel needs to do is apologize for insulting its loyal customers by sexualizing the restaurant and for effectively smearing its loyal customers as being “unwelcoming” people.
The fallout was immediate, with consumers announcing boycotts and the stock price taking an initial hit. Despite a lack of headlines or buzz since then, the boycott has continued and has been devastating to Cracker Barrel. The restaurant chain permanently ran off a great many loyal customers, and the persistently “unexpected” decline in traffic is taking a serious financial toll on the company.

It was just announced this week that Cracker barrel is slashing its dividend by 81%. Cracker Barrel stock has fallen from $102 per share at the start of “Pride Month” 2023 to $49 per share now, a 52% decline.

 15 year old girl sues Biden’s Education Department after male who competed against her allegedly made rape threats with no punishment.

A 15-year-old girl from Bridgeport, West Virginia, is suing the Department of Education, claiming there were a series of incidents in which a boy who competed against her and other girls in track and field events made rape threats against her.
According to the girl’s statement, she is currently a ninth-grade student at Bridgeport High School (BHS) who competes in discus, shot put, and the 4 x 100 relay. In sixth through eighth grade, she attended Bridgeport Middle School (BMS), where in seventh grade (the 2021–22 school year), she competed in the 100-meter dash, pole vault, shot put, and discus, and sometimes competed in the 200-meter dash and relay events.
“To my surprise, another BMS student named B.P.J. (Becky Pepper-Jackson, a 13-year-old male) joined the girls’ track and field team,” she noted. “B.P.J. is almost two years younger than me, and one year behind me in school. Because I know B.P.J.’s older brother from school, I knew at the beginning of the 2021–22 school year that B.P.J. is a male who identifies as a girl.”
She recalled that initially, she was better than the boy in shot put and discus, but by the end of seventh grade, he threw about the same distance in shot put: around 18–20 feet. “In discus, I typically beat B.P.J.: I threw around 40 feet while B.P.J. threw closer to 30 feet. But in the last meet of the 2021–22 season, B.P.J. suddenly threw almost 20 feet farther: 49’ 7”,” she stated.
“By the next school year (2022–23), I could tell that B.P.J. had grown a lot. B.P.J. got taller and threw farther. B.P.J. got a deeper and more masculine voice,” she wrote. In March 2023, B.P.J. finished ahead of the girl at the Connect Bridgeport Invitational in shot put and in discus. In April, B.P.J. beat her at the Pioneer MS Invitational in discus. Later in April, B.P.J. beat her at the Bobcat MS meet in shot put and discus.
“B.P.J.’s athletic records show that B.P.J. beat over 50 different female athletes in the 2021–22 school year, displacing several of the female athletes more than once. These records show that B.P.J. beat over 100 different female athletes in the 2022–23 school year, displacing them almost 300 times. I also lost to B.P.J. on four separate occasions that school year,” the lawsuit states.
“B.P.J. made several offensive and inappropriate sexual comments to me,” she recalled. “At first, it did not occur often, and I tried my best to ignore it. But during my final year of middle school, B.P.J. made inappropriate sexual comments a lot more often; it increased throughout that year; and the comments became much more aggressive, vile, and disturbing. Sometimes B.P.J.’s comments were just annoying, like commenting that I have a ‘nice butt.’ But other times, I felt really embarrassed, and I didn’t want to repeat the gross things B.P.J. said to me. During the end of that year, about two to three times per week, B.P.J. would look at me and say ‘suck my d***.’ There were usually other girls around who heard this. I heard B.P.J. say the same thing to my other teammates, too.”
“B.P.J. made other more explicit sexual statements that felt threatening to me,” she continued. “At times, B.P.J. told me quietly ‘I’m gonna stick my d*** into your p****.’ And B.P.J. sometimes added ‘and in your a**’ as well. … B.P.J. made these vulgar comments towards me in the locker room, on the track, and in the throwing pit for discus and shotput.”
“Most of the time, B.P.J. made these sexual comments at girls’ track practice. Our team walked from Bridgeport Middle School to the High School for track practice, where we would train on the high school track,” she stated. “B.P.J. often popped up beside me as we walked and said these things. Other times, B.P.J. made comments as our team was sitting in the endzone waiting for coaches to get practice going. At least one time, it happened in the girls’ locker room.”
“I reported B.P.J.’s sexual comments to my coach and middle school administrators. Initially, the administrators told me that they were investigating, but we never heard back, and nothing changed. From what I saw, B.P.J. got very little or no punishment for saying things that no other student would get away with,” she concluded.
“I also worry about the little 6th grade girls who are on the same team as B.P.J. right now,” she wrote. “If I were in 6th grade and had to deal with sexual comments from a biological male two years older than me who was changing in the same locker room as me, I wouldn’t even play sports. It wouldn’t be worth it. My younger sister will be a freshman in high school when B.P.J is a senior. She is a good athlete, but she is very shy, and I can’t imagine how she would feel if B.P.J. said those sexual comments to her while they were competing in sports or changing in the locker room. I do not want that to happen.”

The Department of Education has released it's changes to Title IX. The twisted and increasingly authoritarian Biden administration, who tout themselves as the leaders of the "Party of Science" just virtually eliminated what we have known as girl's and women's sports in the USA.  The new final rules re-write discrimination as "based on stereotypes, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex characteristics.” But not actual sex.
In other words, Government is eliminating sex-based categories and distinctions. They're gaslighting us into accepting that there is no actual difference between males and females. People who aren't familiar with US law won't understand how radical this is.
If implemented, it will guarantee preference for trans over women in many situations. There is only gender identity, sexual orientation, and sex “characteristics” which are not the same as biological sex.

 

They are playing games with language. And smuggling in lies. National Women's Law Center President Fatima Goss Graves, the liberal witness at the Title IX hearing, said that female athletes should "learn to lose gracefully" -- to biological men.
This is exactly the type of far-reaching “rule change” that should require a vote from Congress. No nameless DC bureaucrat should have the power to impose their ideology on the entire country, let alone impose a “rule” to effectively negate the law as written. The Department of Education has no power to rewrite a law that was passed by Congress. Any changes to Title IX would have to come from Congress.
My guess is that it will be overturned...but with that said, you mind fucked LADIES, you cried for this. You were the ones demanding "equity", "equality", "fairness" and "tolerance" for men in dresses. You supported "trans-women" and let them into our games; into our spaces; into our ceremonies, into our bathrooms, into our contest, and then gave them providence and gravitas with chants of, "you go girl", and "we support you" and called them "brave and courageous" as well as "stunning and beautiful" and they slowly took over OUR places and spaces...and now, the chickens have come home to roost.

A transgender woman was left in tears at JFK Airport after she [sic] claimed a TSA agent punched her [sic] in the testicles while she [sic] was going through security, the Daily Mail reported.
The unidentified flyer took to social media to vent about the incident, in which she (sic) said the agent “humiliated” her [sic] in front of everyone in a series of posts that have since been deleted, according to the outlet.

“hi so a tsa agent at jfk airport punched me in the genitalia, yelled at me for having a penis (?) and humiliated me in front of everyone after i told her to please stop,”

She [sic] captioned a photo of her [sic] crying in the airport bathroom, according to a screenshot of the post.
But the embarrassment didn’t stop there, according to the woman. [sic]

“[The TSA agent] followed me into the women’s bathroom and began talking about me to a coworker while I sobbed in a stall,” she wrote, asking friends on the internet for advice as to what she should do.
In a follow-up post, she [sic] said she [sic] was left crying for over an hour and said “my balls still hurt so bad,” according to a screenshot from the Daily Mail.
She [sic] does not want the TSA agent to be fired, she [sic] said in a separate post, but wanted “her educated and the entirety of tsa abolished altogether.”
In response to the woman’s [sic] posts, JFK Airport apologized for the incident.
“We apologize again for your experience,” the airport tweeted in response, according to the Daily Mail. “Your comments have been noted and shared.”
