Tom Homan Responds To Hunter Biden's Illegal Alien Comments

Hunter Biden made some wild comments during an interview with YouTuber Andrew Callaghan.
He went to town attacking Democrats, including George Clooney and others, for what he thinks they did to his father, tossing him to the side after more than fifty years of service to the country.
Hunter also went off when it came to the issue of illegal aliens, cursing, "F*** you! How do you think you think your hotel room gets cleaned? How do you have food on your f***ing table? Who do you think washes your dishes?"
Fox's Laura Ingraham addresses it with Border Czar Tom Homan.

Homan also warned the anti-ICE crazies: If you throw a stone at an ICE vehicle, they're going to get out of the car and arrest you. "Zero tolerance, you step over the line, you'll be prosecuted...You step over the line, you're going to jail." He's promised to go to Portland and Seattle to address the anti-ICE radicals there as well.

Ostracized IRS Whistleblowers, Vindicated And Promoted

IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler, who squashed Hunter Biden’s sweetheart deal on his tax crimes, and then were kicked off the case and ostracized, have been promoted to leadership positions at the Treasury Department.
It is sweet vindication for the veteran investigators who have endured two years of retaliation since they blew the whistle on political interference in their criminal investigation of the former first son.
Shapley and Ziegler will start work this week as senior advisers to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, guiding reform of the tax agency for 12 months, after which they will transition to senior IRS leadership roles to execute the plans.
Shapley, his former supervisory agent, says: “We will be in a great position to assist the administration in effecting its goals. The winners will be the American people.”
Said Bessent: “I am pleased to welcome Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler to the Treasury Department, where they will help us drive much-needed cultural reform within the IRS.

Trump “Effective Immediately” Strips Secret Service Protection From Ashley And Hunter Biden

President Trump on Monday announced he stripped US Secret Service protection from Joe Biden’s daughter, Ashley Biden and son, Hunter Biden.

Trump said “effective immediately” Hunter Biden will no longer receive Secret Service protection.

Hunter Biden is currently in South Africa.
The New York Post reported last week that Hunter Biden was planning to travel to South Africa to avoid a deposition.
“Hunter had been scheduled to be deposed on March 10 by Ziegler – whom he claimed illegally hacked his infamous laptop and shared its embarrassing contents on his conservative non-profit site Marco Polo,” the New York Post reported.
“Mere days before Hunter was due to give sworn testimony during a grilling by Ziegler’s lawyers, he unexpectedly asked for the case to be dismissed,” the NY Post said.
“Ziegler’s lawyers have since speculated that Hunter was exaggerating the urgency of his financial problems and that he may have wanted to drop the case because he couldn’t make the deposition since he might be taking a three-month trip to South Africa, the native country of his wife, Melissa Cohen,” the Post reported last week.

Gargantuan Fail: Liberal Outlet Rages About GOP Pardon That Never Was

(And then deletes that story as if it never happened after being called out.)

You don’t want to become one of those people wishing ill on others, especially those who work in the same field as you do. That being said, the Corrupt Media has acted in such a shameful fashion for so long—especially since the ascendance of Trump—that it’s hard not to laugh when one of these extremist liberal outlets faceplants.
Such is the case with Esquire, which published a story calling out GOP critics of Joe Biden’s ethics-free pardon of his son Hunter on Sunday night before jetting off to Angola.

Profanity alert:
In a Tuesday column, liberal pundit Charles P. Pierce claimed that Hunter Biden was not the first presidential son caught up in controversy, asking readers, "Anybody Remember Neil Bush?"
"Nobody defines Poppy Bush's presidency by his son's struggles or the pardons he issued on his way out of the White House. The moral: Shut the f--- up about Hunter Biden, please," he wrote in the sub-headline.

Evidently, there were no editors around to check his claim because he doubled down:

"[The] lucky American businessman['s]… father exercised his unlimited constitutional power of clemency to pardon the Lucky American Businessman for all that S&L business way back when. The president's name was George H.W. Bush. The Lucky American Businessman was his son, Neil," Pierce continued.

There is only one small problem with this story: George H.W. Bush never pardoned his son Neil. Oops.
To paraphrase former CBS News Anchor Dan Rather following his false reporting on George W. Bush's National Guard service, “it could have been true.” (Although that quote is often associated with Rather, it doesn’t appear that he ever said exactly that exact phrase, just things that were similar.)
The internet proved to be a cruel mistress:

https://x.com/nickgillespie/status/1864364742413836295?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1864364742413836295%7Ctwgr%5E74b8b8f05f8127133b4945f1d3f7e6dfcae3e4e5%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fredstate.com%2Fbobhoge%2F2024%2F12%2F04%2Fgargantuan-fail-liberal-outlet-rages-about-gop-pardon-that-never-was-forced-to-retract-story-n2182818

Esquire dutifully tried to clean up the mess, but it just kept snowballing:
The men's magazine later added an editor's note to the column: "An earlier version stated incorrectly that George H. W. Bush gave a presidential pardon to his son, Neil Bush. Esquire regrets the error."
Sometime later, the piece was removed. The link now takes readers to a page that says, "This Column is No Longer Available."
The page also includes a second editor's note that notes the column was "removed due to an error" and "Esquire regrets the mistake."
George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley weighed in:

They’re probably not upset that they reported false information—they’re upset they got caught.
As we say around these parts, “You can’t hate the media enough.”

‘F**k You, Joe Biden’: Megyn Kelly Kelly Blows Up On Hunter Pardon

(With National Review's Charles C.W. Cooke and Rich Lowry )
Megyn Kelly blew up on President Joe Biden after he pardoned his son Hunter Biden, and said she has no sympathy for a “spoiled presidential kid” who just got a pass for all he’s done under the excuse of being an addict.
During “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast on Monday, the host reacted to the news that Biden had pardoned his son for any federal crimes Hunter “committed or may have committed” over the span of 11 years.
“President Biden did something he and his media allies have promised over and over and over again that he would not do,” Kelly said. “This guy is an abject liar. He has the nerve to while he’s telling yet another lie, which is that he doesn’t lie, to keep lying at every turn, he just lies.”
“He’s trying to make a victim out of him [Hunter], and as opposed to like, if you guys lied and said that your payments on strippers and hookers were tax write-offs, like you wouldn’t be prosecuted,” she added. “It was just poor Hunter who had to deal with that, and it was really just his addiction, like, if usually addicts just get passed, it’s only poor Hunter who didn’t.”
The host referenced Biden’s “infuriating” statement announcing the pardon, in which he claimed, “Hunter was singled out only because he is my son — and that is wrong.”
“So f**k you, Joe Biden, and your sob story about your rich, spoiled presidential kid Hunter Biden and how he’s been singled out,” Kelly said. “Because I know I speak for millions of people who have an addict in their family, who did something they’re not proud of, who could never get out from under it. We have no sympathy for you, Hunter Biden, and even less, for you, Joe Biden, because you enabled all of it.”

Biden Pardons Hunter

Biden Pardons His Son Hunter Despite Previous Pledges Not To.

(Are you shocked ? Then you haven’t been paying attention.)

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden pardoned his son, Hunter, on Sunday night, sparing the younger Biden a possible prison sentence for federal felony gun and tax convictions and reversing his past promises not to use the extraordinary powers of the presidency for the benefit of his family members.
The Democratic president had previously said he would not pardon his son or commute his sentence after his convictions in the two cases in Delaware and California. The move comes weeks before Hunter Biden was set to receive his punishment after his trial conviction in the gun case and guilty plea on tax charges, and less than two months before President-elect Donald Trump is set to return to the White House.
It caps a long-running legal saga for the president’s son, who publicly disclosed he was under federal investigation in December 2020 — a month after Joe Biden’s 2020 victory.

I thought that the Democrats were vehemently opposed to having a convicted felon in the White House …

Hunter Biden has joined meetings with President Joe Biden and his top aides since his father returned to the White House from Camp David, Maryland, on Monday evening, according to four people familiar with the matter.
The president’s son has also been talking to senior White House staff members, these people said.
While he is regularly at the White House residence and events, it is unusual for Hunter Biden to be in and around meetings his father is having with his team, these people said. They said the president’s aides were struck by his presence during their discussions.
A federal jury in Delaware found Hunter Biden guilty last month on gun-related charges. He remains under indictment accused of tax-related felonies, to which he has pleaded not guilty. Shortly after the jury found him guilty, he returned to his home in California.
One of the people familiar with the matter said Hunter Biden has been closely advising his father since the family gathered over the weekend at Camp David after Thursday’s debate. This person said Hunter Biden has "popped into" a couple of meetings and phone calls the president has had with some of his advisers.

Hunter Biden guilty of felony gun charges, faces 25 years in prison.
(ROFL, that’s freakin’ hilarious. He’ll get a strongly worded rebuke from the judge and nothing else.)

WILMINGTON, Del. — Guilty, guilty, guilty.
Hunter Biden became the first child of a sitting president to be convicted of a crime Tuesday after a federal jury found him guilty on three counts related to lying about his drug use in order to buy a gun.
The panel of six men and six women deliberated for three hours across two days before convicting the 54-year-old of making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federally licensed firearms dealer, and possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of or addict to a controlled substance.
The first son stared at the jury and had no visible reaction as the foreperson read the verdict. Hunter’s wife Melissa Cohen Biden sat in the gallery behind him, next to her husband’s “sugar brother,” attorney Kevin Morris.
First lady Jill Biden, who was present at every day of the trial except one, was caught short by the speed with which the verdict was reached — entering the courtroom two minutes after it had been read.
A few moments later, Hunter left the federal courthouse in Wilmington holding hands with wife Melissa. He touched his stepmother Jill on the shoulder before getting in a black SUV guarded by Secret Service agents — and ignored the nearby pack of reporters.
Prosecutors from special counsel David Weiss’ office had argued President Biden’s son knowingly fibbed on a gun application form that he did not use controlled substances before walking out of a Wilmington shop with a Colt Cobra .38-caliber revolver on Oct. 12, 2018.
In fact, Hunter Biden was hooked on crack cocaine at the time, a fact he acknowledged in his own 2021 memoir — which prosecutors used as evidence against him.
The first son faces up to 25 years behind bars — though a lighter sentence is much more likely since he has no prior convictions.
The verdict is not the end of Hunter Biden’s legal trouble.
He’s scheduled to face a case in Los Angeles federal court beginning Sept. 5 for allegedly evading $1.4 million in federal income tax for the years 2016 through 2019.
The government used witness testimony, Hunter’s own communications, data taken from his infamous laptop and excerpts from his book “Beautiful Things” to prove that he was using crack around the time he bought the firearm.
Judge Maryellen Noreika had ruled before trial that prosecutors didn’t have to prove that Hunter was high the day he purchased the weapon.
Jurors heard a plethora of excerpts from the audiobook of Hunter’s memoir — narrated by the first son himself — describing his struggle with addiction and how he had a “superpower of finding crack cocaine anytime, anywhere.”
The jury also saw copious messages in which Hunter appeared to be pursuing drug deals and talked about being high or how he was using — including texting his dealer in the spring of 2018 asking: “Can you get baby powder, the real soft stuff.”
Jurors heard from witnesses including the Biden scion’s ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle; his ex-girlfriend, Zoe Kestan; and from his sister-in-law-turned-lover Hallie Biden, who was married to Hunter’s brother, Beau, until he died of brain cancer in 2015.
Buhle testified about discovering Hunter used crack the same year as Beau’s death, when she found her then-husband’s pipe on the porch of their Washington, DC, home. She said that when he used, he was “not himself” and was “angry [and] short-tempered.”
Kestan told jurors about dating Hunter for roughly nine months in 2018, a wild period during which she got a front-row seat to him smoking crack “every 20 minutes or so.”
Hallie testified about finding the gun inside Hunter’s Ford Raptor pickup on Oct. 23, 2018 — 11 days after he bought it — and throwing the weapon away in a panic at a Wilmington grocery store.
Moments later, Hallie recounted, Hunter flew into a rage upon learning she got rid of the .38 and ordered her to retrieve it.
But when she returned to the store roughly 30 minutes later, the gun was no longer there. (It was found and turned in by an elderly man who had been searching the trash for recyclables.)
Hunter’s defense team, led by attorney Abbe Lowell, told jurors that their client didn’t knowingly lie on the gun application form but rather argued he was in a “deep state of denial” about his drug dependency.
Lowell further described Gordon Cleveland, the salesman at StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply, as a “whale hunter” who pushed Hunter into buying the weapon.
The defense also tried to poke holes in the prosecution’s timeline of Hunter’s addiction in an attempt to show he hadn’t fallen off the drug wagon, but was instead struggling with alcoholism.
Hunter had pleaded not guilty to all charges in the case, although in June 2023 he was slated to take a guilty plea — only for the deal with prosecutors to blow up in court after Hunter’s team discovered he wouldn’t receive blanket immunity from possible future charges.
