Stephen Miller Calls Democrat Party An “Extremist Organization” …

Says “Evil” sanctuary city Mayors still defying ICE detainers and “Now they face potential criminal charges for harboring and smuggling.”

This comes after Boston Mayor Michelle Wu dared the Trump Administration to enforce federal law against her as she and other lawless democrats continue to defy ICE detainer requests and release illegal aliens back into their communities after arrests for various crimes.
Miller told Fox host Sean Hannity on Tuesday that Sanctuary Democrats “had a deadline to comply with federal law and hand over the criminal illegal aliens in their custody, the child rapist, the child predators, the drug traffickers, the human traffickers,” but they violated it. “The sanctuary cities like Boston refused to turn over these menacing threats to public safety, and so now they face not only revocation of funds, not only the loss of taxpayer support, but also potential criminal charges for harboring and smuggling,” he continued.
“This is as real as it gets, Sean.”

Miller also recently went off on California Governor Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, saying, “They are guilty of crimes against humanity for their facilitating child trafficking and sex trafficking. They think this is a game. They think this is a joke. This is life and death!”
Previously, Miller has said that sanctuary city and state leaders are violating 8 U.S. Code § 1324, which carries penalties of prison time for anybody who “brings to or attempts to bring to the United States,” “moves or attempts to transport or move” a known illegal alien, or who “conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection” known illegal aliens.
Miller told The Gateway Pundit in April that “These cities are engaged in systemic criminal violations and that they are engaged in a scheme to nullify and obstruct the duly enacted laws of the United States of America.”

The level of criminality “defies our ability to even catalog it,” he said.

Sanctuary Democrats have been defying ICE by illegally shielding, harboring, and concealing illegal aliens since Trump took office. Are we finally going to see arrests for these criminals?

Democrats Spend $19.5 Million per EV Charging Port

Fewer than 400 electric vehicle chargers were built with $7.5 billion in federal infrastructure funding, which comes out to more than $19 million per charger, a non-partisan watchdog agency found.
To be exact, 384 charging ports were built at 68 stations, at a cost of $19,531,250 per charging port.
Funding for the construction of the chargers was drawn from the $7.5 billion allocated to the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program (NEVI) and Charging and Fueling Infrastructure Discretionary Grant Program (CFI), which were approved as part of President Biden’s $1.2 trillion Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
A few RINOs went along with virtually all Democrats to pass the looting spree masquerading as an infrastructure law.

PardonGate - Who Authorized The Use Of The Autopen

Former President Joe Biden admitted to the New York Times that he did not individually sign off on each of the pardons issued via his autopen signature to batches of criminals at the end of his term, though he reportedly delineated criteria to staff.
In the final months of his term, Biden issued four large sets of pardons, three of which were categorical clemency actions covering large swaths of people, the Times noted Sunday.
Per the outlet, Biden approved standards to give out categorical pardons to criminals in his final months in office, but staff ultimately ran a final list of names that supposedly met the criteria through the autopen, though it had been revised after Biden delineated the requirements:
Mr. Biden did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people, he and aides confirmed. Rather, after extensive discussion of different possible criteria, he signed off on the standards he wanted to be used to determine which convicts would qualify for a reduction in sentence.
Even after Mr. Biden made that decision, one former aide said, the Bureau of Prisons kept providing additional information about specific inmates, resulting in small changes to the list. Rather than ask Mr. Biden to keep signing revised versions, his staff waited and then ran the final version through the autopen, which they saw as a routine procedure, the aide said.
Citing emails reviewed among the Biden team, the Times noted that then-White House staff secretary Stefanie Feldman was in charge of the autopen.

 
The emails indicate that Biden would say what the criteria were for the batches of pardons in meetings with top advisers, including Chief of Staff Jeffrey Zients and White House counsel Ed Siskel, who would then relay Biden’s wishes to their assistants, per the report.
The assistants would reportedly craft accounts that would be reviewed by senior advisers, like Zients and Siskel, as well as others in the meetings, and make their way to Feldman, who wanted written documentation of Biden’s instructions.
In one instance, on January 19, the day before Biden left office, emails show that Zients personally gave his own sign-off on a last-minute draft summary minutes after receiving an email seeking its approval, according to the Times.
“…Mr. Zients hit ‘reply all’ and wrote, ‘I approve the use of the autopen for the execution of all of the following pardons,'” according to the email.
The major revelations come as questions continue to mount about Biden’s cognitive acuity during his presidency, as well as the legitimacy of the pardons signed via autopen.

Specifically, the legislation would significantly dial back solar and wind tax credits to 60% of their original value starting in 2026, with complete elimination by 2028. Under current law, these credits are scheduled to begin phasing out in 2032, meaning the proposal would effectively shorten the incentive window.
Crapo stated in a press release that this draft bill “achieves significant savings by slashing Green New Deal spending and targeting waste, fraud and abuse in spending programs while preserving and protecting them for the most vulnerable.”
Slashing clean energy tax credits, essentially the lifeline of the green industry, would unleash a tsunami of bankruptcies across the sector. Think of Solyndra’s high-profile collapse under the Obama administration in 2011—but multiplied many times over.

Frio County, TX, Democrat Public Officials Indicted After Elections Investigation

Attorney General Ken Paxton indicted and arrested six people, including five public officials, all Democrats, for what his office described as a “vote harvesting scheme” in Frio County, a part of his years long election integrity investigation, his office announced Wednesday.
The Frio County judge and former county elections administrator, two Pearsall City Council members and one school board member, and one other person were each charged. Five of them were arrested on May 2. Rochelle Camacho, the county judge, will be processed at a later date, according to a release from Paxton’s office.
“The people of Texas deserve fair and honest elections, not backroom deals and political insiders rigging the system,” Paxton wrote in a statement. “Elected officials who think they can cheat to stay in power will be held accountable. No one is above the law.”
Audrey Gossett Louis, the district attorney for the region, said in a statement: “Violating the privacy or voting rights of our elderly or disabled community members will be met with zero tolerance.
Paxton brought the charges under Texas' Senate Bill 1, passed in 2021, which makes it a third-degree felony for a person to knowingly provide or offer “vote harvesting services,” – or the collection of ballots – in exchange for compensation, unless the person is employed as a caregiver for a voter who is eligible to vote by mail. That includes Texans who are 65 or older on Election Day or who are unable to vote in person due to illness or be away from their county throughout the entire election. Under the law, organizers of voter outreach groups and volunteers could spend up to 10 years in prison and be fined up to $10,000 for offering these services.

A Third Of All DC District Judges Were Not Born In United States

And to make matters worse, many of them had no prior experience as judges before being appointed.
The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the source of many of the cases interfering with President Donald Trump’s authority, has 15 judges, (Counting Chief Judge James Boasberg) and five of them were born outside the United States … Jamaica, India, Uruguay, Canada, and Trinidad and Tobago.
The foreign-born judges in the D.C. District are:
• Judge Tanya Chutkan, born in Kingston, Jamaica. She came to the U.S. in 1979 and attended George Washington University and obtained her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, but did not serve as a judge before her appointment by Obama. In addition to overseeing the legal challenge to the Department of Government Efficiency's work to slash government spending, she has presided over cases involving Trump, including overseeing his criminal trial in connection with the 2020 presidential election.
• Judge Amit P. Mehta, appointed by Obama, was born in Patan, India. He was appointed in 2014 and has a law degree from the University of Virginia but had no previous experience as a judge. He came to the United States as an infant with his parents. He is to oversee four Jan. 6 civil cases against Trump.
• Judge Ana Cecilia Reyes, nominated in 2021, was born in Uruguay and grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. She was not a judge before Biden nominated her. She holds a law degree from Harvard University and is the first openly LGBTQ Hispanic woman to be appointed to the court. She presided over an objection to an executive order from Trump that declared "gender dysphoria" as inconsistent with standards for troop readiness, blocking the order through a preliminary injunction.
• Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, another Biden appointee, is the first Muslim and Arab American to serve on the D.C. District Court. He was born and raised in Canada to Egyptian parents and became a U.S. citizen in 2019. He holds a law degree from Harvard but was not a judge before his appointment in 2024. He volunteered for Biden's 2020 transition team and worked in support of his campaign. He has written about Trump's 2017 executive order restricting travel to the United States from seven predominantly Muslim countries, stating that “prejudice and intolerance" were “the very hallmark of [Trump’s] campaign against Muslims." In more recent actions, Ali restored $2 billion in spending to foreign nonprofit contractors by the U.S. Agency for International Development that had been on pause for 90 days.
• Judge Sparkle Sooknanan was Biden's final appointee and was sworn in on Jan. 2, 2025, just before Biden left office. She was born in Trinidad and Tobago in 1983 and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2010. Sooknanan worked as a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor and as the principal deputy assistant attorney general in the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice under the Biden administration. She also had not previously been a judge. Last week, Sooknanan ordered Democrat Susan Grundmann to be reinstated to the Federal Labor Relations Authority, keeping a Democratic majority on the board.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) Calls For FBI Investigation Into ActBlue

FIRST ON FOX: Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., has sent a letter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) calling for an investigation into ActBlue, the main fundraising platform for the Democratic Party, over concerns the platform had "been used to skirt the integrity of federal campaign finance laws."
"In 2024, President Biden’s Treasury Department found hundreds of suspicious transactions with ActBlue reported by banks," Biggs said in his letter to FBI Director Kash Patel on Thursday. 

"The U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and the Committee on House Administration have been investigating these allegations of misconduct. But the previous Administration has stalled access to the necessary documents. This week, Oversight Chairman Comer and Administration Chairman Stiles have renewed their request with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent."
The letter cited Republican concerns that ActBlue’s verification policies could potentially allow foreign actors in countries like China, Venezuela and Russia to influence elections with straw donations.
Biggs also pointed out in his letter that nineteen state attorneys general across the country have made inquiries into ActBlue over a variety of allegations, including fraud, money laundering, fraudulent and counterfeit use of credit and debit cards, and patterns of contributions that are suspicious.
"It must be emphasized that these allegations, were they to prove true, would indicate a serious threat to the integrity of our elections, besides the victimization of American citizens," Biggs wrote to Patel. "The gravity of the allegations and their implications demand a thorough and vigorous investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. We strongly urge an inquiry into ActBlue."
Fox News Digital reached out to ActBlue for comment but did not receive a response.
"The allegations against ActBlue are alarming and, if true, threaten the integrity of our Republic," Biggs told Fox News Digital. "I’m thankful for the work Director Patel is doing to restore our justice system, and I look forward to working with him to uncover the truth about ActBlue."
Republicans on the Committee on House Administration and other GOP officials have for months accused ActBlue of lax donor verification standards.
In a letter sent by GOP Rep. Darrell Issa of California to the Treasury Department this week, first reported by the Free Press, Issa asked the Trump administration to investigate "credible allegations" that ActBlue has violated federal law by allowing terror-linked groups to use its platform.
"Despite the detailed reporting and the reasonable suspicion that our nation’s laws had been violated, the Biden-Harris Treasury Department refused to substantively address these explosive revelations," Issa wrote.
"The undeniable and continued collaboration between ActBlue Charities and terror-tied entities amounts to the enabling of terrorism and may also constitute money-laundering crimes," Issa added.
"In addition, the flagrant inability of progressive groups to address the appearance of skirting a full range of our laws — or call out the evils of Hamas and the BDS movement — raises critical questions if the activities and coalition building of ActBlue and ActBlue Charities are in reality part of a wider commitment to financing and facilitating attacks on Israel and Jewish people in America and around the globe."
ActBlue also drew the ire of Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk in a Sunday morning post on X, where he blamed ActBlue-funded groups for the recent protests at Tesla dealerships from activists opposed to his work with the Trump administration.
"An investigation has found 5 ActBlue-funded groups responsible for Tesla ‘protests’: Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project and Democratic Socialists of America," Musk wrote.
Musk then named five ActBlue funders he believed were responsible for funding the protests, including liberal mega-donor George Soros.

The progressive fundraising powerhouse ActBlue, which has funded Democrat candidates and causes for two decades, has entered a death spiral as executives flee and investigations mount.

ActBlue, the online fund-raising organization that powers Democratic candidates, has plunged into turmoil, with at least seven senior officials resigning late last month and a remaining lawyer suggesting he faced internal retaliation.
According to the letter from the ActBlue unions, which has not been previously reported and was confirmed as authentic by three people briefed on its contents, the senior staff departures began on Feb. 21. That day, ActBlue’s customer service and partnerships directors, who had both worked at the group for more than a decade, left, according to the unions’ letter.
“Now, my primary mission is rest,” Alyssa Twomey, ActBlue’s departing vice president for customer service, wrote on social media. “After 14+ years of living and breathing all things ActBlue, it’s time for a reset. I’m taking an intentional pause before setting course for my next adventure.”
The next week, several other senior officials left, including the associate general counsel — who was the highest-ranking legal officer at ActBlue — the assistant research director, a human resources official, the chief revenue officer and an engineer who had spent 16 years building and maintaining the electronic pipes through which the group’s donations flow.
As these people left, Zain Ahmad, who was the last remaining lawyer in the ActBlue general counsel’s office, wrote in an internal Slack message on Feb. 26 that his access to email and other internal platforms had been cut off and that other messages he had posted in Slack had been deleted, according to a screenshot obtained by The New York Times. Mr. Ahmad is now on leave from ActBlue, according to a person briefed on the group’s staffing.
What could be happening that would cause most of the executives and all but one of the lawyers to flee a sweet gig?

During the 2024 campaign, we began to see a lot of suspicious activity that indicated federal election campaign violations on a Biblical scale.
People who never contributed to any campaign suddenly discovered they had sent hundreds of dollars to Democrat candidates.
Further investigation revealed that ActBlue accepted donations from prepaid credit cards and foreign credit cards. They even accepted contributions from countries under sanctions.
Nineteen Republican attorneys general launched an investigation into ActBlue's fundraising practices.

ActBlue probably will not survive this. The flight of its senior staff and legal department indicates potential felony indictments on the horizon. A lot of hostile eyeballs will be watching ActBlue's donations very carefully using sophisticated data analysis tools. ActBlue's brand will be associated with fraud and lawbreaking far beyond what we associate with the usual Democrat-run organization. I'm sure WinRed, the less effective Republican clone of ActBlue, will be found to have similar problems. All of this is sure to lead to increased monitoring of online fundraising by the FEC and the Department of Justice. And in November 2026, we'll see just how many real people donate to Democrats.

New York Democratic lawmakers are working to keep Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik's House seat vacant until the summer in an unprecedented move hashed out during late-night discussions last week, a Republican Empire State assemblyman told Fox Digital.
"We still haven't seen the final proposal from the Democrats in Albany, but there's no doubt that Tammany Hall corruption is alive and well in the state capital," Republican New York Assemblyman Matt Slater, who represents the state's 94th district in areas of Putnam and Westchester counties, told Fox News Digital in an exclusive Zoom interview on Sunday morning.

There was already an orderly process in place to deal with similar situations, but “Resistance” Dems want to nuke it:
Under current law, New York's governor has 10 days to declare a special election for a vacant seat and an additional 80 to 90 days to hold the election. Stefanik's seat is key for the Republican Party and Trump's second administration, as Republicans hold a slim majority at 218 members to the Democrats' 215 members.
The state Democrats' anticipated legislation has not yet been introduced, but Democrats were summoned to an emergency conference on Friday evening to reportedly discuss such a bill, Slater explained. He expects to have a copy of the Democrats' bill on Monday morning.
Slater said the Democrats' objective of changing election laws to move the special election back to the summer is part of their bigger agenda to combat the second Trump administration.
It’s a transparent, sleazy move, and it shows the increasing desperation of the Democrat party as they struggle to come to terms with the fact that they’re losing relevance and voters are disgusted with them. Petty ploys like this will only make them look worse as the public is increasingly becoming aware of the corrupt depths they will sink to do anything to try to get power.

Democrat Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs Under Fire After $339 Million “Disappeared”

Arizona State Representative Alex Kolodin called Arizona’s illegitimate Democrat governor out in a letter to her office Thursday after $339 million “disappeared” from the state budget.
This is not the first, nor the second, time Hobbs has come under scrutiny for mismanagement or corruption involving large sums of money.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, in November, Hobbs was in the spotlight after her Office of Tourism awarded a $700,000 contract to create a hideous new state logo to a company with close ties to the agency’s director.
“Hobbs’ fake director of tourism has been caught funneling MASSIVE contracts to her own brother,” State Senator Jake Hoffman said. “Katie Hobbs continues to exploit her office, break the law, and take advantage of the people of Arizona.”
Previously, Hobbs came under fire for other questionable contract decisions after accepting significant donations made to a dark money group that was used for Hobbs’ inaugural events in 2023 and appeared to influence state contract decisions. Hobbs reportedly received $400,000 from a company that later made millions in return.
