FBI Was Investigating 19 Clinton Foundation Bank Accounts For Campaign Finance Fraud Before DOJ Shut Down Probe

A newly declassified FBI internal timeline reveals the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office was investigating 19 Clinton Foundation bank accounts for ‘campaign finance fraud’ in 2016 but the Justice Department shut down the probe.
Thanks to Judicial Watch, the American public was made aware of Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
Hillary Clinton conducted official business on a non-government server so she could hide her Clinton Foundation pay-to-play while she was head of the Department of State.
According to emails obtained by Judicial Watch, Hillary Clinton gave preferential treatment to Clinton Foundation donors while she was Secretary of State.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a smoking-gun email from Obama’s Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates explicitly ordered FBI agents to shut down a criminal corruption probe into the Clinton Foundation.
Then-Deputy AG Sally Yates directly instructed the FBI to ‘shut down’ the Clinton Foundation investigation, effectively granting the Clintons immunity from further scrutiny during the 2016 election cycle.

Additionally, according to the newly declassified documents, the FBI was investigating at least 19 Clinton Foundation bank accounts for campaign finance fraud.
“SC [redacted] CID received a telephone call from [redacted] who requested follow-up information concerning the 19 CF bank accounts obtained by LAFO during a separate Campaign Finance Fraud investigation. He also requested a copy of the [redacted],” the document read.
President Trump was indicted on 34 felony counts by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for a ‘campaign finance violation’ for paying porn star Stormy Daniels $130,000 in ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
Bragg elevated the Stormy ‘hush payment’ case from a misdemeanor to a felony in a effort to ‘get Trump.’
Meanwhile, the campaign finance fraud investigation into the Clinton Foundation was shut down by crooked DOJ Deep Staters.

It was previously reported as many as 40 state Democrat parties were implicated in a large scheme to circumvent campaign finance laws in order to illegally funnel money to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
A federal lawsuit filed in a Virginia court in 2018 by attorney Dan Backer accused as many as 40 state Democrat parties of illegally funneling $84 million into Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
“You had individuals giving $300,000. They’re not doing it because they care about Nevada’s or Arkansas’ state party. They’re doing it to curry favor with and buy influence with Hillary Clinton,” Dan Backer told the Las Vegas Review Journal.
Attorney Dan Backer told the paper he filed the lawsuit after the FEC ignored a deadline for taking action stemming from a previous complaint.

Mike Benz, a former State Department official in the Trump 45 administration who now runs the Foundation for Freedom Online, found what is tantamount to the Rosetta stone for the Censorship Industrial Complex.
And it's right here: "The point is making the Russian play a U.S. domestic issue. Say something like a critical infrastructure threat for the election to feel menace [sic] since both POTUS and VPOTUS have acknowledged the fact [that] IC would speed up searching for evidence that is regrettably still unavailable."
In a series of posts on X, Benz laid out why this sentence from an email from a Soros Open Society Eurasian official told the story of how they planned to get Trump even after they'd lost the election. They magic'd up a system whereby elections would now become "critical infrastructure" run by the feds.
When their efforts to halt the certification of the election on Jan. 6, 2017, didn't work, they went to Plan B, "tak[ing] over state-level control of voting systems."

But the disturbing CNN comment on Saturday from Hillary Clinton is actually a good sign, on a couple of levels.

Court Just Nailed Hillary for FEC Violation 45x Bigger Than Trump’s $130k So-Called Violation.

The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign and an affiliated super PAC violated federal election law in spending that totaled close to $6 million.
The amount in question is more than 45 times the $130,000 a Manhattan court convicted former President Donald Trump of misreporting in business records during the same 2016 campaign.
Regarding the Clinton campaign case, the D.C. Circuit found the super PAC Correct the Record “set out to engage in a wide range of coordinated activities to support Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.”
“In an administrative complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission, nonprofit watchdog Campaign Legal Center alleges that Correct the Record spent close to $6 million in coordination with the Clinton campaign during the lead-up to the 2016 election, including to conduct polls, hire teams of round-the-clock factcheckers, and connect Clinton media surrogates with radio and television news outlets,” the Court said.
The three-judge panel noted that Correct the Record coordinated all these activities with Clinton’s campaign.
“But it characterized all of the committee’s myriad expenditures — from staff salaries and travel expenses to the cost of commissioning polls and renting offices — as ‘inputs’ to unpaid communications over the internet. For that reason, neither Correct the Record nor the Clinton campaign designated any of Correct the Record’s expenditures as contributions to the campaign,” the ruling said.
In other words, Correct the Record committed FEC “business record” violations, if you will, by failing to properly account for money spent to help the Clinton campaign.
“The Clinton campaign and DNC had argued that the payments had been described accurately, but agreed, according to the documents, to settle without conceding to avoid further legal costs,” the news outlet noted.
Trump made the same point in relation to the payment for Cohen, but on stronger grounds. Cohen was his personal attorney at the time and in addition to paying the lawyer’s fees, the money had gone to reimburse him for funds paid to Daniels as part of a non-disclosure agreement, i.e., a contract.
How else was the Trump Organization accountant supposed to list the payment?
So Clinton and the DNC pay an FEC administrative fine and the matter is done with, but Trump has to go through a six-week criminal trial and faces potential jail time.

And Democrats wonder why they’re accused of overseeing a two-tiered system of justice.

Thursday brought about the 80th Anniversary of D-Day, celebrating the hard-fought invasion of France to free Europe from the grips of Adolf Hitler. For Americans, it's a day to remember those who left their families and crossed an ocean to give everything for a just cause.
What is it for Hillary Clinton? It's a day to show what a disgusting person she is.
Clinton locked replies to her post, and it's no secret why. Had she not done so, she would have been ripped apart. She can't lock RedState, though, and you better believe I've got some things to say about this stupidity.
Let me say it clearly for those in the back. Donald Trump is not Hitler. He is not a "threat to democracy." No matter who wins in November, the American system of government will continue to operate despite its flaws. There will be no civil war or total collapse of society. Certainly, Trump will not declare himself dictator for life and "destroy democracy," as Clinton is insinuating.
To even make that comparison is vile and grotesque. It belittles the sacrifices of those who died on the beaches of Normandy and during the fighting further inland to secure key objectives. It essentially says that Clinton and other Democrats are their equivalent. That somehow, voting against Trump is an equal act of "protecting democracy" compared to those who braved machine gun fire, crawled through barbwire, and cleared bunkers in vicious close combat.
These delusions of grandeur are astonishing and pathetic. This is what happens when people, devoid of religion and purpose in life, try to project their emptiness onto politics. No, you aren't like D-Day veterans because you showed up to vote against the bad orange man. To even suggest that is insane. That I even have to say that is a sad testament to just how far the Democratic Party has fallen.
All of the hysterical rhetoric surrounding Trump and "democracy" is the work of cynical partisans hoping to take advantage of low-IQ voters. They can't win on policy, and they know it.
