When Is a Hate Crime Not a Hate Crime?
(A hate crime is not a hate crime when the culprit hates who he is supposed to hate. It helps if he is the kind of guy our rulers love, like the moonbat who vandalized St. Louise Catholic Church in Bellevue, Washington):
“Transgender” suspect Maeve Nota, a man who claims to be a woman, attacked the church building on June 28, 2022, smashing the glass doors, destroying a statue of the Blessed Mother, and spray-painting profane messages such as “F*** Catholics,” “kid groomers,” “woman haters,” and “rot in your fake hell.” Damage was estimated to be $30,000.
(The “kid groomers” accusation coming from a transsexual in the age of drag queen story hours is an example of the jaw-droppingly hypocritical projection that typifies leftists.)
Thirty-one-year-old Nota also assaulted a church employee and resisted arrest, according to FOX News.
(But it was all justified, because the motive was that Nota did not agree with Roe v. Wade finally getting overturned. Consequently, Biden’s Department of Injustice charged him with a misdemeanor and recommended no jail, 3-year probation.
The concept of “hate crimes” is useful because it is subjective enough to allow authorities to crush people they don’t like while green-lighting violence against other people they don’t like.)
The DOJ website indicates: “At the federal level, hate crime laws include crimes motivated by bias” against a victim’s perceived “race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability.” Washington state has adopted all of these categories under its own hate crime laws as well.
(But since hate crime is thought crime, this only applies when the liberal ruling class does not approve of the imputed thoughts. By “religion,” they mean Islam. They sure don’t mean Catholicism.)

Another "confused" trans person goes berserk and slaughters homeless shelter coordinator in gruesome axe murder.

Leah-Rosin Pritchard, a white female social worker and homeless shelter coordinator, was brutally murdered by a trans ‘man who identifies as a woman’. Zaaina Asara Zakirrah Mahvish Jammeh hacked Pritchard to death with an axe he/she/it had bought that morning for $33.69 because, as he told other people present at the shelter, "I did not like her". Her body was mutilated beyond recognition.

These sort of things are the end results of immigrants not being vetted, and the toleration of mentally disturbed third world people being allowed to walk about without fear of persecution, incarceration, punishment, etc. I know I should expect it, but what gets my ass is the fact that FOX News stated the suspect was "a man who identifies as woman" and they along with every other news agency I have read continues to call this barbaric ape-shit crazy savage a woman.

BREAKING: Trans male arrested for planning Colorado school shooting, had anti-Trump manifesto. 

Whitworth faces charges of attempted murder after allegedly making threads against schools in Colorado Springs, Colo. 

A trans-identified male who goes by Lilly, though his given name is William Whitworth, was arrested and charged after a police investigation in Colorado Springs revealed that the 19-year-old was responsible for "threats involving schools in Colorado Springs Academy District 20."

Whitworth faces charges of attempted murder after allegedly making threats against schools in Colorado Springs, Colo., according to local news.

The Elbert County Sheriff's Office charged Whitworth with two counts of a criminal attempt to commit murder in the first degree, criminal mischief, menacing, and interference with staff, faculty or students of educational institutions.

Whitworth is an alum of the school district and attended from 2014-16. Whitworth had attended Timberview Middle School in District 20, and an affidavit showed that this was the school Whitworth planned to target, for "no specific reason."

The investigation began after the sheriff's office was dispatched on March 31 due to a disturbance. 

Deputies spoke with someone at the door on that day, and learned that another individual inside was "very upset and punched holes inside the walls." Deputies, however, were not immediately allowed access to the residence. 

Once inside, however, deputies found signs that someone had been punching holes in walls, and had ripped doors off their hinges. The person who reported the disturbance was reportedly Whitworth's sister.

Deputies asked Whitworth if he had an intention of harming people at a school, and according to an affidavit, Whitworth indicated that this was the intention.

When asked why, Whitworth said "Why does anyone do it."

Whitworth, deputies noted, appeared to be drunk and made suicidal statements. Additional targets per Whitworth's manifesto were churches, and the planning had been ongoing for a month. Whitworth told officers that he had learned how to make a detonation device on YouTube.

Whitworth's manifesto had a list of school people and shooters with notes next to their names.

The manifesto's contents detailed:

"A list of firearms and how to 3D print them; Detailed lists of numerous named individuals to be killed and their indented casualty versus injury rate. Information detailing the creation of improvised explosive devices; The Finalization of locations being Timberview Middle School, Prairie Hills Elementary, and Pine Creek High School."

This comes after trans-identified female Audrey Hale shot 3 children and 3 adults to death in The Covenant School in Nashville, Tenn.
