 Feds Charge Black Marine For Plotting To Kill ‘Privileged’ White People.

A black man from New Jersey was charged in federal court with threats after allegedly planning a mass murder of white people, who he said were privileged.
In December 2022, federal prosecutors say Joshua Cobb wrote online that he wanted “to cause mayhem on the white community,” according to court records filed late last week.
“The reason i specifically want to target white people is because as a black male, they will NEVER understand my struggles,” Cobb wrote, according to the prosecutors. “Same way I will never understand their struggles, but I don’t care to. I want to erase them. All of them really, but in this case as many as I possibly can.” Cobb added that he had “officially began planning my attack” to occur in New Jersey during “an important holiday to their race,” and that he had “already acquired 2 of the 4 firearms I plan to use for my attack.”
The next year, Cobb attended Marine Corps basic training in South Carolina. He was stationed at the Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California this year.
In April 2024, FBI agents interviewed Cobb on base and he “provided detailed information on three locations he chose as possible targets for his attack,” and said he “continued to have homicidal ideations and still harbored feelings of contempt towards those whom he perceived as privileged white people.”
Cobb was arrested Friday, May 10, and was also discharged from the Marine Corps that day, according to court affidavits. He was charged with transmitting threats in interstate commerce, which could bring up to five years in prison. According to court records, he is being held in jail and is represented by a public defender.
He allegedly told investigators that one location he targeted was a gym or a grocery store, where “you just see all these f—ing rich-ass white people,” or simply a “rich white area and just like start shooting. That was like all my little ideologies.”
He said he had access to weapons through “my boy” since “it’s no secret guns are in bad areas.”
When the FBI told him it was confiscating his cell phone, he said, “this is why people like me shoot people.”
The military has struggled with recruiting and talent after the Biden administration fought efforts to promote based on merit rather than race.
It was slated to spend $270 million on DEI programs over three years, and has faced severely waning interest from white, blue-collar men as the military put on events like drag shows.
Perhaps no federal agency has embraced radical and divisive rhetoric as the Department of Veterans Affairs, even though its workforce is disproportionately black. The agency said, pursuant to a Joe Biden equity directive, that it wants more black veterans to be declared mentally disabled so that they could receive government checks — even though black vets already get those disability checks at twice the rates of whites.

 BREAKING: Three shooters detained by cops at the Kansas City Chiefs parade.

During a Wednesday night press conference, Kanas City officials and law enforcement noted that the number of shooting victims exceeds 20 and three individuals are now detained.

Shortly after the 2 p.m. shooting occurred, information indicated that two armed individuals were detained and Breitbart News reported that information.
In the 6:30 p.m. press conference, carried by 12 KWCH, Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves made clear that three individuals are now detained “and under investigation.”
She said the number of individuals shot is 22, one of whom died.
Chief Graves said police do not have a motive at this time, and they are asking witnesses to contact them and share any video they may have taken on their mobile phones.

An arrest affidavit obtained by NBC 5 says a naked man beat another man to death with a piece of firewood in Fort Worth on Saturday night.
27-year-old Chrisantus Omondi is charged with murdering Scotty Jackson on Wendover Drive while Jackson was out delivering firewood before this week’s winter storm.
Kasey Deleon told NBC 5 that her father, Scotty Jackson, was crazy in a good way – an outgoing, hardworking man who chopped and delivered firewood in Fort Worth to earn extra money.
“He always told me, I just want to make sure everybody has firewood, they’re warm, their family’s not cold,” Deleon said.
With the forecast for the start of this week showing severe cold, Deleon said Jackson was out on Saturday night making last-minute deliveries.
She was supposed to give him a ride home, but she never heard from him, even into the next day.
“And then later that night my mom sent me an article and it said a delivery man killed, one injured and suspect in custody,” Deleon said.
A call to the medical examiner confirmed it: Scotty Jackson had been killed, and another man had been arrested and charged with his murder.
“And to hear how graphic and how bad it was, my dad didn’t deserve that,” Deleon said. “It’s so shocking to me how it happened.”
She found out those details from a man who lives on Wendover Drive who didn’t want to be identified from this story. On Saturday night, the man received a firewood delivery from Jackson at his home.
“As Scotty was handing me a piece of firewood and I was putting it into a wheelbarrow, as I turned to my left I just noticed this naked Black man just showed up out of nowhere,” the witness told NBC 5.
Fort Worth police identified the assailant as 27-year-old Chrisantus Omondi. The witness said Omondi was screaming and aggressive and shoved him to the ground.
“As I’m falling backward, I see he picks up a piece of firewood and hauls off and hits Scotty in the head,” the witness said.
The man told NBC 5 that Omondi hit him in the arm with firewood and started running after him.
“Looking back and realizing it as he’s chasing me, I’m staring death in the face,” the witness said. “This man is here now to kill both of us.”
The man told NBC 5 he was able to make it inside his home and call 911 – and could only watch as Omondi continued beating Jackson with firewood repeatedly.
Jackson died at the scene from his injuries.
An arrest affidavit showed Omondi was arrested in an Airbnb that he’d been staying in across the street and that officers used a stun gun to detain Omondi after he was aggressive and didn’t follow their commands.
Omondi has been charged with murder and is being held in Tarrant County on a $300,000 bond.
“It’s disgusting,” Deleon said. “I feel like you can’t be human if you do that to somebody.”

 Teen tourists stabbed by deranged stranger at Grand Central on Christmas Day, who shouted ‘I want all the white people dead.’

Two teenage girls on vacation from South America have been stabbed while eating at Grand Central Terminal's dining concourse by a suspect saying 'I want all the white people dead.'
The girls, aged 14 and 16, were touring the city with their parents when they were suddenly attacked.
The stabbing happened around 11:25am on Christmas when the family had stopped for an early lunch.
The suspect, identified as 36-year-old Steven Hutcherson of the Bronx, allegedly told the girls, 'I want all the white people dead.'
Hutcherson is believed to have gotten into an argument with staff at Tartinery who told him he could not sit in the restaurant's seating area. That argument led to the attack on the innocent girls.
When Hutcherson complained that the two victims were being allowed to sit in the restaurant, he allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed them both.
Hutcherson was arrested in under a minute as MTA police swooped in from their nearby posts.
One of the girls was stabbed in the thigh while the other was stabbed in the back, nicking her lung.
Both victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital.
Hutcherson has an extensive criminal record and has been charged with attempted murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is known as an emotionally disturbed person with an arrest record by both the MTA police and NYPD.
In his most recent brush with the law, Hutcherson was arrested twice in the last six months for intimidating people while brandishing a gun in the Bronx.
He pleaded guilty to both his weapons possession arrests from November 7 and July 24.
For his July office he was given a 15-day jail sentence, while for November he was given a conditional discharge together with a temporary restraining order against his victim.

Authorities charged five suspects with felony battery due to the “serious nature of their actions.
Four of the suspects had their mugshots released, including Caleb Hensley, 17, of Parkland; Sylvester Hicks Jr., 16, of Coral Springs; Chinua Leefatt, 15, of Coral Springs; and Jordan Thompson, 16, of Coral Springs.

A fifth suspect, Jahmeer Beauziel, 17, of Coral Springs, turned himself in on Monday.
NBC News reported that all of the suspects except for Leefatt are students at the school.
The local station reported that the victim had been in an altercation with the suspects earlier in the week and had requested that another student walk with him to the parking lot out of fear for his safety.
“In this incident, we did have two patrol officers around North Community Park during dismissal time,” police said in part in a statement. “This continues to be an ongoing investigation where additional arrests may be forthcoming. We want to assure the public that such behavior will not be tolerated in the City of Coral Springs.”

A heroic Texas teen was shot in the heart during a road rage nightmare but still managed to safely veer her car off the road to save her passengers before she died.
Louise Jean Wilson, 17, was driving to watch the sunrise in Galveston with her boyfriend and another friend when the heated confrontation ignited on Dec. 10, according to Houston Police.
Police said Wilson unintentionally swerved in front of the suspect’s four-door sedan to avoid getting into an accident when the gunman opened fire in response at around 1 a.m. on Interstate 45 in Houston.
“The vehicle that they had cut off accelerated and overtook her on her driver’s side,” Det. Caleb Bowling said during the press conference.
Despite being mortally wounded, Wilson safely guided her car off the road to save her friends from the gunfire and prevent other drivers from crashing into her vehicle on the busy interstate.
Wilson died at the scene.
“Louise’s last act was to safely pull over, most likely saving the lives of two males,” Detective Caleb Bowling said during the press conference. “It was a heroic act to get that car to the side and stop with the injuries that she sustained.”
A 17-year-old male passenger was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound and was treated and released. A third male was not injured.
The suspect, described as a black male in his mid-20s, has yet to be located by police.
Wilson had graduated high school in May and was only “a few classes” shy of earning her associate’s degree, according to her obituary.
She was killed on her grandmother’s birthday, her father, Daniel Wilson, revealed during the press conference.
“Our daughter was just trying to go to the beach to watch the sunrise with her boyfriend on her day off before she had to go back to work again,” her father said.
“She ended up dying a hero. She was shot through her heart, and she was still able to safely pull over the car and save people in her car and other people who were driving. She wanted to help people, and she helped them.”
The suspect is still on the run.

Antifa-linked far-left militants are fundraising for the release and legal aid of a Florida far-left trans activist accused of murdering a man, setting fire to his home and burglarizing his property.

Matthew Daniel Temael, who uses the alias and trans name "Dandelion," was arrested in September over the March murder of a man in Hawthorne, Putnam County, Fla. The 23-year-old Minnesota native is accused of stabbing Louis Stackhouse to death and then setting his mobile home on fire before going on the run with the victim's vehicle. Temael was found driving the stolen 2008 Saturn Sky in Tampa during a traffic stop. Temael attempted to flee but was caught.
The website of extremist antifa-linked group, Anarchist Federation, put out a fundraising notice on Nov. 19 about Temael, who uses "she/her" pronouns.
"Dandelion is a transfemme Palauan youth anarchist incarcerated in Florida," reads the post. "We aim to free her and help support her needs while she is inside."
Temael was indicted by a Putnam County grand jury on charges of first-degree homicide, first-degree arson, burglary and vehicle theft. Because a judge denied Temael bond, the far-left activists say funds raised for their comrade will go to "maintaining inside contact, software, or other materials," as well as support for other "marginalized relatives in captivity with her." Toward the end of the campaign, it says the money will also go to the unnamed people running the campaign.

Eight students face murder charges after the FBI and local police reportedly arrested them on Tuesday in connection to the beating death of a Las Vegas teenager near a local high school earlier this month.
Jonathan Lewis Jr., a 17-year-old student of Rancho High School, died on Tuesday at University Medical Center while receiving treatment for injuries he suffered during the attack. Lewis Jr.’s father said his son was hospitalized and put on life support until he eventually passed away due to his injuries.
The Clark County coroner’s office confirmed to local media that Lewis Jr. died with complications of multiple blunt force injuries and listed his manner of death as homicide.
Although the names of those arrested on Tuesday were not immediately released, local media reported that all eight students are between 13 and 17 years old.
According to local media, a process known as certification allows authorities to automatically move murder charges to the adult system for 16-year-old or 17-year-old suspects under Nevada state law.
Judges can also certify suspects over the age of 14 as adults for any felony offense, including murder.
Lewis Jr. was severely beaten by a violent mob near the local Las Vegas high school on November 1, according to reports.
Jonathan Lewis Sr. said on a GoFundMe page that, from his understanding, a smaller friend of Lewis Jr. had an item stolen by a group of 15 who then threw the boy in a trash can. When Lewis Jr. confronted the mob, they attacked him.

“A couple (of people) attacked him, and they weren’t able to hurt him enough, and they all attacked him at once,” Lewis Sr. told local media.
Video footage of the purported incident circulated on social media this month, which appears to show a large group of students pushing a young male to a fence and severely beating him while the victim lies on the ground.
The incident sent Lewis Jr. to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officers discovered him bleeding from the head.
Las Vegas Metro Police Lt. Jason Johannson reportedly said authorities believe ten people were involved in the attack, all of whom were students of Rancho High School.
He described the video of the attack as “void of humanity,” but suggested there was no evidence to consider the incident as a hate crime.
Authorities have asked the public for help identifying the two other suspects allegedly involved in the incident.
Lewis Sr. described his son as “a loving, giving, kind, fierce young man who loved community and caring for others.”
“This horrific tragedy is reflective of the divisive, conflict based, uncaring state that our society and humanity is currently facing with how we interact with our community,” he wrote. “Empathy and love are great strength and cowardly violence is pathetic.”
Lewis Jr. reportedly aspired to be an artist, and was interested in drawing, photography, and painting. He considered joining the military to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps, who served in the U.S. Navy.

 Second Teen In Car That Mowed Down Retired Police Chief on Bicycle Arrested, Both Face Murder Charges

The teen boy who filmed his friend driving into a retired police chief, killing him, was arrested Tuesday, Las Vegas officials said.
The passenger and teen driver are both facing murder charges after the disturbing video of the killing came to light, officials said Tuesday at a press conference. The 17-year-old who was driving the car was previously arrested last month.
It’s a complete lack of conscience on a part of it and the worst part about it in the video is you hear that everything was intentional,” Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Detective Lieutenant Jason Johansen said.
“A cowardly act that in my 22 years of law enforcement left me personally appalled, two juveniles joyriding in a car intentionally hitting and killing an innocent man who was riding a bicycle and leaving him for dead along the side of a road,” said Police Deputy Chief Nick Farese.
The distressing, graphic video shows the teen driver speeding up behind 64-year-old Andreas “Andy” Probst, a former police chief, while he was on his morning bike ride around 6 a.m. on August 14.
“Ready?” the driver can be heard saying to his friend in the passenger seat, who is laughing and filming.
“Yeah, get his a**,” the passenger responds.
The car then mows down the former police chief, who is thrown onto the windshield, cracking it and sending glass shards flying into the car. He tumbles over the car before landing on the ground several feet away from his bike.
“Damn that n***a got knocked out!” the passenger says as the pair speed away from the scene.
“Oh s***, we need to get out of here,” the driver says.
Authorities said the pair of teens had been on a crime spree that morning, which included stealing at least four cars and hitting a 72-year-old man a half hour earlier that left him with non-life-threatening injuries.
Earlier in the video, the teens also appear to ram a white car driving in the lane next to them.
Initially, the teen driver of the car was arrested on suspicion of a hit and run, but since the video of the killing came to light, both teens are now facing murder charges, and prosecutors said both teens will be tried as adults.
While the driver was arrested last month, police searched for the passenger who filmed the incident for five weeks before arresting him.
The video reportedly contributed to police identifying the passenger. A student alerted a school resource officer about the video of the incident, and the school resource officer alerted police.
Probst was a 35-year law enforcement veteran and headed the police force in Bell, California, before retiring in 2009 and moving to Las Vegas.
His daughter, Taylor Probst, joined officials at the press conference.
“We are devastated by the senseless murder of Andy,” she said. “Andy’s life was robbed by two individuals who did not believe that lives of others matter.”
“He was a Little League dad, an honorary member of Girl Scouts,” she said, “and he was always there for the various activities we’d get into as a family. His colleagues remember him as a real-life Pee-wee Herman. He was a jokester, a prankster and always had a way to make you laugh.”

Convicted murderer Billy Chemirmir, an illegal alien from Kenya suspected of being one of the most prolific serial killers in American history, was reportedly killed in prison on Tuesday morning by his cellmate.

Convicted North Texas killer Billy Chemirmir, who was suspected in over 20 murders, was killed in a state prison Tuesday morning, officials confirmed to WFAA.
Chemirmir, 50, was serving life in prison without parole after he was twice found guilty of capital murder by Dallas County juries. He was accused of killing 20 other women in Dallas and Collin counties and still faced charges in those cases.
The Dallas County District Attorney’s office confirmed they were notified by Texas prison officials that Chemirmir was killed Tuesday morning. State prison officials confirmed that Chemirmir was found dead in his cell early Tuesday and his cellmate, who was serving on a murder charge out of Harris County, was “identified as the assailant.”

Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot told WFAA that Chemirmir was killed after apparently making inappropriate comments sexual in nature towards his cellmate’s children. According to Creuzot, the cellmate allegedly beat Chemirmir, dragged him out of his cell and killed him while other inmates watched. No one intervened and Chemirmir may have been stabbed with a pen, Creuzot said.
Authorities suspected Chemirmir could be involved in around 1,000 suspicious deaths in Texas but tried to convict him in 2021 specifically for killing 24 elderly patients who were overwhelmingly female and white.
Despite having a slam dunk case, one single female juror who “didn’t even go back to [look at the evidence]” and “had her mind made up before she walked in” refused to convict, according to family member of a victim who was in the courtroom.
The judge in the case declared a mistrial and two new trials had to be held for separate victims in order to secure convictions.
