‘Tonight Was My Revenge’: Female Boxer Wins Title After Olympics Gender Controversy

Female boxer Angela Carini celebrated taking home the 2024 Italian women’s title for boxing after being forced to fight in the 2024 Paris Olympics against a competitor with a sex development condition who had failed previous gender tests with the International Boxing Association (IBA).
The victory for Carini came months after she had to endure being beaten up in the ring by Imane Khelif, an Olympic boxer from Algeria, who had failed past gender tests — per the IBA — and was later allegedly proven to be a biological male, according to a French journalist who obtained a medical report.
After winning the title, the female boxer said, “Tonight was my revenge,” a Telegraph reporter wrote on X. “Some 2024 for Angela Carini. She endured anguish and gross unfairness at the Paris Olympics, forced to withdraw after 46 seconds against an opponent who had failed two sex tests. Four months on, she has just won the Italian title…”

After Carini quit her match against Khelif — who had been allowed to fight in the female boxing category despite the controversy — the Algerian boxer went on to get the gold in the women’s welterweight final boxing match, something many criticized, as The Daily Wire has previously reported.
Megyn Kelly, host of “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast, blasted the move by writing, in all caps, about how unfair it was that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) awarded Khelif the gold medal in a women’s event.

The Olympics have gotten to the point that ANYTHING can be called an Olympic event. I don't watch all the crap on the Olympics but this year we taped most of the events we like and watched them later. This year was the year I found out that break dancing was an Olympic event ... wth. Also the adults on kiddie bikes riding around in the skateboard park and for that matter, skateboarding, these are NOT Olympic events IMO.

If all those worthless things can be Olympic events, then we ought to be able to get something as artistic as pole dancing entered. I'm going to start petitioning the Olympic Committee to put it on the roster for 2028.

 Caution: Profanity Alert

I’ve really waited a while before I posted this … why do I have such a reprehensibly twisted sense of humor.

(Forgive me.)

Watching the Olympics, I was motivated and since the some of the events looked so easy, I figured I'd give it a shot.

I watched this guy shoot. He acted like he walked in straight off the street and shot really good. Sharon better watch her ass ... and she needs to give the dog back.

While that story is more fun to read than the truth, the truth is he has a serious shooting background that's also enjoyable to read:

Yusuf Dikeç (1.1.1973) is a Turkish sport shooter competing in the pistol events. He is a retired non-commissioned officer of the Turkish gendarmerie and a member of Jandarma Gücü Sports Club. He won a gold medal in the 10 meter air pistol mixed team event at the 2024 Summer Olympics alongside teammate Şevval İlayda Tarhan.

Dikeç became the Turkish champion several times and is the national record holder in different categories of pistol events.
In 2006, he set a new world record in 25 m center-fire pistol event at the CISM Military World Championships held in Rena, Norway, scoring 597 points.
Dikeç won the bronze medal in the 10 metre air pistol event at the 2012 ISSF World Cup Final held in Bangkok, Thailand.
He qualified for participation in the 10 m air pistol men event at the 2012 Summer Olympics. He also took part in the 50 m pistol event without advancing to the final round.
At the 2013 European Shooting Championships held in Osijek, Croatia, from 21 July to 4 August, he became double gold medalist in 25 m standard pistol and 25 m center-fire pistol. He took also a silver medal in the 25 m standard team event with his teammates Fatih Kavruk and Murat Kılınç and another gold medal in the 25 m center-fire pistol team competition. In the 50 m pistol event, he won another silver medal with his teammates Ömer Alimoğlu and İsmail Keleş.
At the 2021 European Shooting Championships in Osijek, Croatia, he won the bronze medal with his teammates Serdar Demirel and İsmail Keleş in the 10 m Air Pistol Team event.
Dikeç and his teammate Şevval İlayda Tarhan won the silver medal in the 10 m air pistol Mixed team event at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, after losing to the Serbian team of Zorana Arunović and Damir Mikec in the final. In this event, he went viral for his "seeming nonchalance" and "noticeably casual vibe". While many of his competitors wore bulky large ear protectors, visors, and high-tech shooting glasses, he wore a jersey that resembled an ordinary T-shirt and eyeglasses, with barely noticeable earplugs, and shot with one hand casually tucked in his pants pocket.

I’m crying for her.

This will not stop until all women refuse to compete with men.

I can’t even say what I actually hope happens to her MALE opponent because I could be charged but I hope his life changes to the point where he can never lift a hand to a woman again.

Olympians Fly In Emergency Eggs And Meat To Cope With ‘Vegan Olympics’.

Olympic teams at the summer games in Paris are ordering in emergency supplies of meat and eggs after event organizers promoted a vegan diet for the world’s elite athletes.
On Tuesday, The Australian reported “more than 700kg of eggs and a tonne of extra meat” was called in “to replace fake meat meals and non-dairy options.” The food orders were placed “as athletes rail against the Vegan Olympics.”
“Paris organisers demanded 60 [percent] of food at all Olympic venues be vegan to reduce carbon footprint of dairy, meat and cheese,” the Australian paper added. “Avocados were off the menu because of transportation emissions, but the Australian team brought their own for smashed avo breakfasts.”
Yahoo Sports reported last week that teams were left frustrated by shortages of eggs and grilled chicken “while athletes have also been served uncooked meat.”
“While there is a variety of cuisine available to accommodate the tastes of different countries — and an abundance of baguettes in France — vegan meals aren’t in line with what the athletes prefer to eat while competing,” Yahoo reported. “The [Olympic] Village provides approximately 40,000 meals a day with 3,300 seats available in the facility’s main restaurant. Some countries can’t get meals anywhere else but the Village.”
The “loudest food complaints,” according to the Washington Post, “came from Team Great Britain.”
“The food ‘is not adequate,’ the British Olympic Association’s chief executive, Andy Anson, told the Times newspaper on the eve of the Opening Ceremonies,” the Post reported. “‘There are not enough of certain foods: eggs, chicken, certain carbohydrates, and then there is the quality of the food, with raw meat being served to athletes,’ Anson said.”
“Athletes don’t want fake meat,” author and nutrition journalist Nina Teicholz wrote on X. “They know that complete proteins — crucial for sports performance — come from animal foods.”
