Illegal Alien Numbers In US Drop By 1.6 Million, Democrats Are Freaking Out

Every day, the Democrats seem to descend further into irrational, even outraged lunacy. They are on the wrong side of every 80-20 issue.
Illegal immigration is one of those issues. The American public overwhelmingly favors secure borders and removing illegal aliens, and the Democrats, nationwide, at all levels, oppose any such efforts - they are taking the side of criminals over American citizens. Nowhere is this more apparent than on this issue.
The Department of Homeland Security is counting coup on a report from the Center for Immigration Studies, noting that 1.6 million illegal aliens have left the United States, most of them voluntarily, and many Democrats are red-faced and screeching angrily about that.
The statistics, from the Center for Immigration Studies, indicate that self-deportations are driving the trend. The federal government has provided financial incentives for illegal immigrants to leave and has run advertisements telling them they can only apply to return if they leave voluntarily.
"In less than 200 days, 1.6 MILLION illegal immigrants have left the United States population," DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement on Thursday. "This is massive. This means safer streets, taxpayer savings, pressure off of schools and hospital services and better job opportunities for Americans. Thank you, President Trump!"

These are great numbers. This is what President Trump campaigned on. This is what the American people voted for. This is what the American people want. More to the point, this is the law. The Democrats are fond of piously pronouncing "Nobody is above the law" when attacking the latest fabricated transgression of President Trump or indeed any Republican, but they don't apply their pronouncements nearly as piously when talking about people who are in our country illegally. You know - in violation of the law that nobody is above.
California's Governor Gavin "A Little Dab'll Do Ya" Newsom sent this spittle-flecked message:
Tensions are high between Democratic leadership and federal law enforcement in sanctuary cities, as there were immigration authorities outside Gov. Gavin Newsom’s rally in Los Angeles on Thursday, and at least one arrest was made by U.S. Border Patrol.
"WE WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED BY WEAK LITTLE DONALD TRUMP, THE CRIMINAL PRESIDENT!" Newsom’s office told Fox News Digital in an email.
Governor Newsom - wipe off your chin.
It gets worse.
"When I look at the visuals of ICE agents masked on the street, taking people from their homes, taking people who are rightfully showing up for court. It reminds me of something that some of my ancestors had to go through, which is the KKK," New York City Council Member Nantasha Williams said this week.
The DHS and ICE are enforcing federal laws, those laws that, once again, Democrats would have us believe are null and void for illegal immigrants. The KKK were terrorists. It not only does a grave and insulting disservice to refer to ICE agents in this way, but it downplays the suffering many people - white and black - suffered at the hands of the KKK. This is historical ignorance on steroids.
And Minnesota's Governor, Tim "Great Walz of China," is truly coming unglued:
"I’m gonna start with the flashing red light — Donald Trump’s modern-day Gestapo is scooping folks up off the streets," former vice presidential nominee and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said in May. "They’re in unmarked vans, wearing masks, being shipped off to foreign torture dungeons. No chance to mount a defense. Not even a chance to kiss a loved one goodbye. Just grabbed up by masked agents, shoved into those vans, and disappeared."
They are wearing masks because they are being doxed, their families threatened; they are being assaulted by angry mobs. You had nothing to say, Governor Walz, when mask-wearing goblins in your state were burning down small businesses in 2020, but somehow ICE agents doing so upsets you? The people being rounded up are criminals. No, when criminals are arrested, they are not given a chance to kiss their loved ones goodbye. That's not how any of this works.
DHS and ICE's efforts will of course continue. 1.6 million is a good start, especially when you note that the majority of those deportations were voluntary; people here illegally are realizing that the times, they are a'changing, that the United States will no longer casually disregard our immigration laws, and that if they take the USA's offer to self-deport, they can apply to come back legally, later, which offer will not be extended if they are deported involuntarily. There are at least 20 million more in the country illegally, so DHS and ICE have a lot of work to do; and don't doubt for one moment that unhinged rants like those above won't be laid at the feet of every Democrat candidate in the 2026 midterms.

No Country For Illegal Men

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ri98d8a-Ttc

“In this satirical short film, No Country for Illegal Men, three Homeland Security officers sit in a suburban stairwell, staking out a suspected criminal in one of the country’s most polarizing debates: illegal immigration. What starts as a routine surveillance turns into a hilariously dark, politically incorrect conversation about open borders, ICE operations, and virtue signaling. This unapologetic comedy pokes fun at modern bureaucracy, media narratives, and how ridiculous things can get when justice meets office politics.”

Florida - Operation Tidal Wave - Nearly 800 Illegal Invaders +

Nearly 800 illegal immigrants, including violent fugitive gangbangers, were rounded up in a massive, first-ever sweep by Florida cops working with federal immigration agents, authorities said.
“Operation Tidal Wave,” a joint effort between the feds and local police in the Sunshine State, needed just four days to lock up some of the country’s most wanted migrants, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said on X.

The operation was launched last week.
“We appreciate our [Department of Homeland Security (DHS)] partner’s commitment to public safety,” ICE wrote in a statement posted to X.
The announcement was made after two judges were arrested this week for allegedly hiding illegal immigrants from ICE.
Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan is charged with obstruction of an official proceeding and concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest for allegedly shielding a migrant from ICE agents.
Former Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano, 68, and his wife, Nancy Cano, 67, were charged with evidence tampering amid allegations they harbored a member of Venezuela’s violent Tren de Aragua gang, Cristhian Ortega-Lopez.

Judge Allows Requirement: Anyone In US Illegally Must Register

(But we all know, liberal judges outrank conservative judges, so I doubt this ruling will stand very long ... said Karl sarcastically.)

WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge on Thursday allowed the Trump administration to move forward with a requirement that everyone in the U.S. illegally must register with the federal government and carry documentation, in a move that could have far-reaching repercussions for immigrants across the country.
Judge Trevor Neil McFadden — a Trump appointee — sided with the administration, which had argued that officials were simply enforcing a requirement that already existed for everyone who is in the country but isn’t an American citizen. McFadden’s ruling didn’t go into the substance of those arguments but rested largely on the technical issue of whether the groups pushing to stop the requirement had standing to pursue their claims. He ruled they didn’t.
The requirement goes into effect Friday.
Immediately after the ruling, Department of Homeland Security officials emphasized in a news release that the deadline to register for those who’ve already been in the country for 30 days or more is Friday and that going forward, the registration requirement would be enforced to the fullest.
“President Trump and I have a clear message for those in our country illegally: leave now. If you leave now, you may have the opportunity to return and enjoy our freedom and live the American dream,” Secretary Kristi Noem said in the statement. “The Trump administration will enforce all our immigration laws — we will not pick and choose which laws we will enforce. We must know who is in our country for the safety and security of our homeland and all Americans.”
While questions remain about how the registration requirement will function, its impact is potentially far-reaching. The Trump administration — which has worked to make good on campaign promises of mass deportations — has said between 2.2 million and 3.2 million people could be affected.
One of the groups that sued, the National Immigration Law Center, called the Thursday ruling “disappointing” in a statement.
“This disappointing ruling unfortunately means that, for now, Trump’s scheme to force people into an impossible choice moves forward. As we weigh next steps in our case, we urge affected community members to consult with an immigration attorney to better understand the consequences of registering or not,” said Nicholas Espíritu, deputy legal director at National Immigration Law Center.
Homeland Security officials announced Feb. 25 that it was mandating that all people in the United States illegally register with the federal government, and said those who didn’t self-report could face fines or prosecution. Failure to register is considered a crime, and people will be required to carry registration documents with them or risk prison time and fines.
Registration will be mandatory for everyone 14 and older without legal status. People registering have to provide their fingerprints and address, and parents and guardians of anyone under age 14 must ensure they registered.
The registration process also applies to Canadians who are in the U.S. for more than 30 days, including so-called snowbirds who spend winter months in places like Florida.
Federal immigration law has long required that people who aren’t American citizens and live in the U.S., including those here illegally, register with the government. Those laws can be traced back to the Alien Registration Act of 1940, which came amid growing fears of immigrants and political subversives in the early days of World War II. The current requirements stem from the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.
But the requirement that people illegally in the U.S. register has been enforced only in rare circumstances. In fact, advocates opposing the government say it hasn’t been universally used since it was first introduced in the mid-1940s.
It was used in a limited way after Sept. 11, 2001, when the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System required that noncitizen males 16 and older from 25 countries — all but one of them majority Arab or Muslim — register with the U.S. government. The program led to no terrorism convictions but pulled more than 13,000 people into deportation proceedings. It was suspended in 2011 and dissolved in 2016.
The Trump administration has argued that the registration requirement has always existed and that officials are simply enforcing it for everyone.
The groups that sued say the government should have gone through the more lengthy public notification process before bringing about the change, and that it’s enforcing this simply to facilitate President Donald Trump’s aim of carrying out mass deportations.
They argue that the registry puts people who work, contribute to the economy and have deep family ties in America into a deep bind: Do they come forward, register and essentially give up their location to a government intent on carrying out mass deportations, or do they stay in the shadows and risk being charged with the crime of not registering?
The government has already asked people subject to the registration requirement to create an account on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website.

Surely By This Time You’ve Seen The El Salvador Deportation Video

Featuring gang members of Tren de Aragua, MS-13 and the Corrections Officers of El Salvador’s CECOT mega prison accompanied by the almost forgotten tune ‘Closing Time’ by Semisonic. It was shared by ‘The White House’ on Twitter/X.

If you haven't seen it, damn you for not following this blog ... and don’t call me ‘Shirley.’

Semisonic cried because the Trump administration didn’t request the use of their music in the video.

But have you heard the version by the Gutfeld! ’Can’t Carry A Tune In A Bucket’ Band?
(Listen to the first minute for the song.)
