Accused rapist, Democrat NY State Senator Kevin Parker Fights Law Permitting Rape Lawsuit Against Him After He Voted for It.

New York State Sen. Kevin Parker (D-Brooklyn), who stands accused of raping a woman in 2004, claimed in court documents that the law supporting the lawsuit against him in the case was unconstitutional, despite the fact he voted for it.
The New York Post on Sunday cited recently filed court records where Parker denied the allegations leveled against him in the rape case, noting his claim that the Adult Survivors Act was unconstitutional.
The act was modeled after New York’s Child Victims Act, which resulted in more than 9,000 lawsuits being filed, CBS New York reported in May 2022.
According to the Post, “The now-expired act permitted alleged victims to file civil lawsuits against their accused attackers within a certain window even if the state’s statute of limitations had run out on their claims.”
Parker was accused in the 2004 alleged rape incident in November when Olga Jean-Baptiste claimed he raped her inside her apartment after they discussed relief efforts for Haiti that had recently endured flooding, per Breitbart News.

That claim was submitted just before time ran out, the Post article said, adding he boasted of supporting the law while denying the allegations against him:
“I voted in favor of the [Adult Survivors Act] to ensure all New Yorkers can seek justice and be heard,” Parker wrote of the legislation, which was also passed by the assembly, signed into law by Hochul in May 2022 and expired in November 2023.
“These allegations are absolutely untrue. My work and advocacy will continue,” Parker said.
The case is Jean-Baptiste v. Parker, No. 533871/2023 in the Supreme Court of the State of New York County of Kings.
In 2019, Parker proposed legislation that would make prison inmates eligible to vote while they are behind bars, according to Breitbart News.
However, the outlet said at the time that “Parker’s proposal is getting heat from his fellow Democrats, who argue that voting is a right that should be taken away if incarcerated.”
In 2018, Parker, who was sponsoring a bill that would require potential gun owners to submit to social media background checks, told a Republican aide online to “kill” herself after she accused him of misusing a parking placard, according to Breitbart News.

Illegal Alien Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison for Raping Special Needs Woman in Ohio — After Being Deported FIVE Times.

Last April, 40-year-old illegal alien German Mathews — who also went by the name Hernan Mateos — of Nicaragua approached the woman while she walked across a gas station parking lot. Prosecutors said Mathews prepared for the violent assault by putting his hoodie over his head.
Mathews grabbed the woman, who has special needs, and pushed her down a hill into a wooded area before violently raping her while beating her face. Forest Park police Sgt. Jackie Dreyer told prosecutors that the woman’s face was beaten so badly that Mathews’ hands were covered in the victim’s blood.
A witness to the attack called the police, and when they arrived, he was still on top of her. Eventually, he attempted to flee the scene.
Mathews claimed that he was “possessed by a demon” at the time of the attack.
“He is an animalistic predator whose actions are beyond words,” Dreyer said.
Dreyer added that it was one of the worst crimes she had seen in her 20-year law enforcement career.

ACLU Slammed For Tweet Defending Pedophile And Murderer Who Was Executed In Florida.
The far-left American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) faced intense backlash on Friday after it defended convicted pedophile and murderer Duane Owen who was executed by the state of Florida.

“The state of Florida never provided medically necessary gender-affirming care to Duane Owen — causing her enormous suffering,” the ACLU claimed, “and violating her right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment for the more than 30 years she was in state custody.”
Owen’s lawyers tried to get him taken off death row by claiming that he was insane, which the state Supreme Court rejected. They also claimed that he was a delusional schizophrenic and was transgender.
Expert psychiatrists testified that Owen showed no signs of either of the mental illnesses — schizophrenia and gender dysphoria, according to CBS News. The report said that the psychiatrists believed that it was an “act.”
Owen was sentenced to death for raping and stabbing a 14-year-old to death and raping a 38-year-old, who he beat to death with a hammer — both in 1984. He also attacked two other women, but they both survived.
The tweet elicited strong reactions online from people who called out the insanity of the matter.
“If HE had been executed in a timely manner, it wouldn’t have been a problem,” actor James Woods said. “Then the loved ones of HIS murdered victims wouldn’t have been the ones who actually suffered for thirty years.”
Conservative commentator Allie Beth Stuckey tweeted, “The only injustice in Owen’s case is that it took the state 40 years to execute him.”

“Try to imagine the mindset of the person who would read that tweet and bow their head in sorrow, shame, and indignation on behalf of the inhumane treatment of the male rapist and murderer of a mother and her 14-year old daughter denied ‘medically necessary gender affirming care,’” Yang added. “The ACLU fully inhabits that mindset and is sparing no expense to inflict it through the law everywhere in America.”
