Janet Mills Booed Off the Stage

(Anybody who hunts big game understands what a HUGE deal it is to be one of the hunters picked in the lottery to be able to hunt a moose each year. People wait years and years to be picked sometimes. So when prospective moose hunters are distracted enough to boo the speaker off the stage, you know it's a HUGE issue.)

Pushback has begun against Democrats ramming LGBTism down the public’s throat. Watch Maine Governor Janet Mills receive the boos she so richly deserves:

That’s the reception she gets in her hometown:
Mills was in her hometown of Farmington on Saturday to announce the winners of Maine’s annual moose hunt permit lottery…
The booing began as Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Commissioner Judy Camuso introduced the Democratic governor to the podium to start reading off names of the more than 4,000 hunters who will have the chance to hunt moose during the 2025 season that begins in September.
The audience was less focused on moose hunting than on her policy of subjecting girls to injury and ruining their sports.
“We have daughters!” objected a constituent. When Mills retorted that she has five daughters (actually stepdaughters), she was challenged to stand up for them. But that would mean standing up to the Alphabet People, who perch triumphantly at the apex of the Cultural Marxist pyramid of phony oppression and therefore must not be challenged.

They Didn't Just Hunt And Gather

We have all seen the cave art from all over the world depicting scenes of earlier man hunting different species of animals for food. We've heard stories that early man also 'gathered'. We have very little proof of that because no real man would dare paint a picture of himself digging up some damn yams on the cave wall because the alpha men in the clan would whip his ass and make him sleep outside with the dogs. But some cave art does exist showing that man did not live by mammoth steaks alone.

Hey Everybody, Come Check Out My Brand New Bear Rug

It would all depend on what I had loaded in that side by side. If it was bird shot, I would have tried to wait until I could put most of it in his face but you never know how you’re gonna react in cases like that.
(But I would have had to throw out them underwear, can’t nothing take out that much high pressure shit stains. I'd keep the pants depending on how much blow-by there was.)

Tim Walz Goes Pheasant Hunting …

The only thing he was hunting for was votes and if he was counting on males that hunt to be conned by that pathetic attempt at manhood, he blew it.
No dogs, can’t operate his own personal shotgun, and complains about it hurts his shoulder when he shoots it.
He displays gun skills somewhat like Dick Cheney or Alec Baldwin.
If I were to go shooting and this guy showed up fumbling with a weapon like that, I would leave right after making sure everyone else knew to keep a close eye on him. If I had friends there I would plead with them to leave also.

Sean Davis of The Federalist commented, “I remember my first time holding a shotgun, too.”

New poll puts Florida right to hunt and fish effort at 74% support.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – A new Florida Chamber of Commerce statewide poll revealed 74% of voters support a ballot amendment that would protect the right to fish and hunt in Florida by locking it into the state’s constitution.
The Florida Chamber of Commerce voter survey, administered from April 28 to May 7, 2024 by Cherry Communications and consisted of 223 Democrats, 256 Republicans, and 130 respondents identifying as other, totaling 609 participants statewide.
The proposed amendment to the Florida Constitution would “preserve forever fishing and hunting, including by the use of traditional methods, as a public right and preferred means of responsibly managing and controlling fish and wildlife.”
The poll revealed 74% of Florida voters support the proposed ballot amendment, with only 14% opposed and 11% either undecided or refused to answer. It was the amendment initiative with the highest level of support.
The amendment will be on the November ballot. At least 60% of the vote is required in order for it to pass.
A proposed initiative for the ballot amendment aiming to promote and help pass Amendment 2 launched at the end of April.
The campaign is called “YES ON 2.” The chairman of the campaign and a former commissioner of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation, Joshua Kellam said fishing and hunting is “our God given right” and has been “under attack across the country.”
“There’s been a push across the country for additional restrictions on fishing and hunting in a number of states,” Kellam told Florida’s Voice. “Florida was a target, and we wanted to make sure that we got to get ahead of it before really strong activist groups started to ramp up their efforts.”
According to the “YES ON 2” website*, hunting and fishing bans were “considered” in at least a dozen states in 2022.
Kellam said the campaign has garnered support from a number of companies and individuals. Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson donated $100,000 to the campaign.
“Fishing and hunting are inextricably linked to our economy, our lifestyle and the conservation of our land here in Florida,” Simpson said. “I’m proud to support this vitally important campaign to protect our rights to fish and hunt in Florida, and urge fellow leaders to join me in ensuring Yes on 2 has the resources needed to cross the 60% necessary to pass in November.”
According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation, recreational fishing, hunting and wildlife-viewing generate an economic impact of $10.1 billion annually for the state.
T. Roosevelt Action, an environmental conservation group, announced a $250,000 contribution to the campaign.
“We are thrilled to announce a contribution of $250,000 to the ‘Yes on 2!’ Committee in Florida, advocating for the passage of the constitutional right to fish and hunt amendment,” CEO of T. Roosevelt Action Luke Hilgemann said.
“At T. Roosevelt Action, we are proud to take a leadership role in this crucial effort, demonstrating our commitment to forever protect the cherished fishing, hunting, and conservation traditions in Florida for all to enjoy,” he said.
The joint resolution previously passed with bipartisan support through the Florida Legislature 154-1. Senate Minority Leader Lauren Book, D-Davie, was the only lawmaker to vote against it.
“We have extremely strong support for this amendment, and so I don’t know why somebody would vote against this,” Kellam said. “It really is protection of rights. And I think that we clearly have strong bipartisan support in protecting our rights, and especially our God given rights.”
The amendment is supported by the American Sportfishing Association, Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, Coastal Conservation Association, Florida Sportsman’s Conservation Association, National Shooting Sports Foundation, the International Order of T. Roosevelt and more.

Another repercussion of the abomination at the border: Texas Rancher Says Migrant Invasion Of His Border Property Has Cost Him $400k.

Illegal migrants cut thousands of holes in ranch's fence, according to Texas rancher.
QUEMADO, Texas — Driving his pickup truck through the 8,200-acre ranch he manages, Texas rancher Wayne King said he has continuously had to fix his fence thousands of times as illegal migrants continue to invade his land.
Those repairs are essential for the safety of both his animals and the community — he keeps exotic African and Indian animals on his property for clients to hunt recreationally, but many have gone missing because of illegal immigrants crossing through.
“I’ve had them cut big holes, big square holes where they can get through. I’ve had them cut from top to bottom, lay it back, drive through it,” King said. “I’ve already estimated we’ve lost about $400,000 in revenue from game being out.”

The exotic species of animals at Tequesquite Ranch in Quemado, Texas include scimitar-horned oryx, kudu, addax, lechwe, blesbok, impala, eland, gazelle, gemsbok, wildebeest, zebra, blackbuck, as well as fallow and axis deer.

King said he’s frustrated by the migrants causing destruction to his property rather than passing through harmlessly or crossing legally.
“If they really wanted to do this right, why are they coming to my pastures? Why are they destroying water troughs? Water lines, windmills, fences? Why are they doing that? Why don’t they just cross the bridge where they can get all of the government’s handouts and everything’s hunky dory?”
King, who lives in a house on the property, said he’s been awakened in the middle of the night by migrants surrounding his house.
“I’ve had several instances where I woke up anywhere from 11:00 [at night] to 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning, with my house surrounded and everybody banging on my windows and doors, and I’ve stepped out with my pistol and told them to get. And with the big groups, I just let them bang and go, because you don’t dare step outside.”
“I don’t care: they ain’t coming in and I ain’t going out,” King said when asked what he thought the migrants wanted from him.
Under Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R), law enforcement in several counties began to use the powerful tactic of arresting illegal migrants with landowners’ permission for trespassing on private property. At King’s ranch, law enforcement is permitted to access the land and arrest migrants that are detected crossing through on cameras or by helicopters.
“We’re all tickled to death with what he’s doing,” King said of Abbott. “Nobody else has decided to do that.”
The migrants crossing through ranches are what law enforcement calls “gotaways” or migrants who do not wish to turn themselves in and claim asylum because they are criminals or have a difficult time qualifying.
King said he’s seen several different nationalities of migrants.
“I’ve had Middle Easterners, I’ve had Somalians, I’ve had nearly every country in South America come through,” he said. “We just caught a group a week ago. We caught eight and you could look at every one of them and they were no good.”
King said he was very appreciative of Abbott for standing up to the Biden Administration and said he’s beginning to see a difference.
“When I say it’s slowed down, that’s a loose term,” King said, pointing out that there’s still more work to do. “ When this first started, it was 100 [migrants] a week coming through here. Now I’m down to probably 25 a week, but we shouldn’t have to put up with it.”
“Abbott is doing his utmost best to protect us here on the border,” he added. “It’s just crazy. I mean, but what else do you want to call it when our state is trying to protect us, but yet our federal government is trying to stop the state from protecting us.”
King added that he believes that the federal government and Congress need to step up and do more.
“I’m sick to my stomach over it,” he said. “I’m 72 years old, so I go way back and I remember when people were actually patriotic and people actually love this country and I don’t see it right now in Congress.”
“When you go up there and you become a senator, you become a representative, you become president, you take an oath to protect our borders,” he added. “Well, I don’t see it and none of us down here on the border see it.”
