I'm Beat - NCAAF Rankings

I'm still recovering from the trip and the doctor's visit yesterday but I'm trying to get it together. But I do see a NAP trying to sneak up and smack me down this afternoon.

Thought I would go ahead and post the new stats and rankings after last weekend. I am so disappointed with Notre Dame not kicking the shit out of beating Miami. They should be ashamed. 

UGA will play an unranked team this week as will FSU. I don’t think UF or MIA’s opponents are going to be a challenge either. I could be wrong but this weekend will only be exciting for me if there is a serious upset.
 

National Collegiate Athletic Association Football - Week # 14

The playoff schedule is changing every day but I see on the ESPN UGA schedule page that UGA is scheduled to play Texas on Dec. 7th but the playoff schedule that I found has UGA playing Tennessee ... ?

If any of you have more up to date info or the best site to check, let me know, please.

Final CFP rankings date

The next CFP rankings will be released on Tuesday on ESPN.

The sixth and final reveal will be Dec. 8.

Oregon, Ohio State, Texas, Penn State and Notre Dame made up the top five of the CFP top 25 from Tuesday's CFP rankings. The Ducks and Buckeyes have been the Nos. 1 and 2 teams in the CFP rankings in each of the last four rankings releases.

 

National Collegiate Athletic Association Football - Week # 13

A better football weekend than most. FSU and UF won and the best thing of all was Georgia added another win BUT they have dropped to 10th and they didn't do as well against UMASS as expected so they could drop another place, I hope not. They are right on the edge of not making the playoff. Oh yeah, Miami won again, that sucks ... can't stand Miami.

National Collegiate Athletic Association Football - Week #11

Seriously disappointed with this weekends football. 

FSU losing was almost a given. They've lost their drive or determination ... whatever. And Notre Dame was 7-1. I didn't really expect a win there, but still.

UF lost another one, 4-5.

UGA lost their 2nd game, I really didn't expect that ... damn.

The only redeeming thing about the weekend was Miami losing to a Georgia team, Georgia Tech, giving MIA their first loss this year.

Well .... At Least The Bulldogs Are Standing Tough ...And they beat UF Gators and that was a big one here, as damn near everybody I'm kin to and know roots for the Gators. FSU lost again. And that damn MIA is unfrickinbeatable I guess. I can't stand Miami.

UGA and UF had an off week, they play each other next week on the 2nd.
FSU  … DAMN … but I didn’t really expect them to beat MIA. I know that sounds defeatist, but I just can’t ignore the stats and the reality of what my own eyes tell me.

Georgia moved up to #2 in the rankings after this week's games.

Georgia had a decent win, doesn't seen like they're totally up to par but they did win, Gators lost in OT. Seminoles and Hurricanes both had off weeks.

 

NCAAF - Week #4

UGA had an Off Week and FSU finally pulled one out of CAL's arse. UF evened up 2-2.

 

National Collegiate Athletic Association Football - Week #3

Well, this football week was emotionally draining. FSU got their weekly ass-whipping. I don't know what happened to them since last year. The only excuse they have is that their defense has a lot of new players but they aren't scoring either. They don't really have an excuse.

UF is not up to their standards either. I expected much better from them.

MIA is playing much better than I hoped. I don't root for MIA, I root against them. I'm doing something wrong, lol.

And UGA made me use much more profanity in this game than I was allotted. I used up all my weekend profanity and my weekly allotment all the way up to Thursday. But they ended up pulling out a 13 - 12 victory ... whew.

Miami will drop out of the top 25 and Georgia and Florida State will probably stay the same.

UF and UGA are off next week and then they play each other on the 28th.

I'm sure the ranking will be updated tomorrow. Miami will most likely drop and FSU could move up 1.
