Trump Better NOT EVER Trust This Weaselly Little Traitor

(I hope this is part of his “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer” strategy.
Trump, Zuckerberg have dinner together at Mar-A-Lago.
President-elect Donald Trump and META CEO Mark Zuckerberg had dinner together on Wednesday night at Mar-a-Lago.

“It’s an important time for the future of American Innovation,” a META spokesperson said in a statement. “Mark was grateful for the invitation to join President Trump for dinner and the opportunity to meet with members of his team about the incoming Administration.”
However, The New York Times reported that the meeting was “initiated” by Zuckerberg as he seeks to “insulate Meta” over any negative action his company could face from the incoming administration.
Stephen Miller, Trump’s incoming deputy chief of staff for policy, confirmed the meeting and said that Zuckerberg “has been very clear about his desire to be a supporter of, and a participant in, this change we’re seeing all around America and the world, with this reform movement that Donald Trump is leading.”
“He’s made clear that he wants to support the national renewal of America under President Trump’s leadership,” he added.

The Times noted that the 40-year-old tech entrepreneur has had a strained relationship with Trump ever since Trump entered politics. He did call Trump after he was shot over the summer and referred to Trump’s reaction immediately after being shot as “badass.”
Conservatives have repeatedly accused the company of censoring their voices on the company’s platforms, especially Facebook.
Trump wrote in his book “Save America” that Zuckerberg had plotted against him in the 2020 presidential election and had threatened that he could be criminally charged if he did so in 2024.
“He told me there was nobody like Trump on Facebook. But at the same time, and for whatever reason, steered it against me,” Trump wrote. “We are watching him closely, and if he does anything illegal this time he will spend the rest of his life in prison — as will others who cheat in the 2024 Presidential Election.”
Zuckerberg admitted over summer that his company was pressured by the Biden administration to censor content during 2020.
“In 2021, senior officials from the Biden Administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured our teams for months to censor certain COVID-19 content, including humor and satire, and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn’t agree,” he said in an August letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH). “Ultimately, it was our decision whether or not to take content down, and we own our decisions, including COVID-19-related changes we made to our enforcement in the wake of this pressure.”
He said that he made choices under pressure from the Biden administration that in hindsight he would not make again.
He said that the company made a mistake by temporarily demoting a New York Post story during the 2020 election about Hunter Biden’s laptop after officials falsely suggested that it was part of a “Russian disinformation operation.”
“It’s since been made clear that the reporting was not Russian disinformation, and in retrospect, we shouldn’t have demoted the story,” he said. “We’ve changed our policies and processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again – for instance, we no longer temporarily demote things in the U.S while waiting for fact-checkers.”
Zuckerberg said that he also wanted to be politically neutral moving forward and that he made a mistake by hiring employees who tried to steer him toward the political Left.
“The political environment, I think I didn’t have much sophistication around, and I think I just fundamentally misdiagnosed the problem,” he said in an interview with The New York Times the following month.
“I think it’s going to take another 10 years or so for us to fully work through that cycle before our brand is back to the place that it could have been, if I hadn’t messed up in the first place,” he added.

Kari Lake Greeted By Trump And Elon Musk At Mar a Lago

Is There a Role For Her in The Administration?
Trump-Endorsed former Arizona Senate and Gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake made an appearance at President Trump’s Mar a Lago home during the CPAC Investor Summit.
Lake shared photos of her and her husband meeting Elon Musk on social media, saying she’s “glad he will help shrink-down our out-of-control US Government and support our most important rights—our First and Second Amendments.”
Lake’s trip to Mar a Lago comes after her stolen election for Senate.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Lake, despite having a massive lead in Republican early ballot returns and leading in polls near election day, supposedly lost her election—the same one where Trump and Republicans dominated up and down the ballot.
The Gateway Pundit reported on the bogus numbers from Maricopa County that began coming in right when it was believed Lake would take the lead in the race.
Additionally, they started increasing the number of votes received after election day in the counties of Pima and Yuma, and Cochise County faced bizarre machine malfunctions following supposed bomb threats. The Democrat Secretary of State attributed these bizarre threats to Russia.
It was further revealed that Maricopa County’s top election official, Stephen Richer, is a self-proclaimed “anti-MAGA” individual whose life mission, in his own words, is to “make life hell for Kari Lake.”
Lake’s Democrat opponent, Ruben Gallego, is also the neighbor and a friend of Stephen Richer, as Gallego revealed in several interviews.
Many have called for President Trump to bring Kari Lake into his Administration after she was cheated out of another election. Real America’s Voice correspondent Ben Bergquam recently suggested Lake should be appointed “elections Czar” after having two consecutive elections stolen.
Lake released a video message last week after the stolen election vowing to “never stop fighting for the state I love” and expressing her excitement for the next four years with President Trump and Republican majorities in Congress.

Melania Turns Down Meeting With Jill Biden, Source Cites Mar-A-Lago Raid

UPDATE:

Just to be totally forthcoming: The Office of Melania Trump just put out a note/memo that "In this instance, several unnamed sources in the media continue to provide false, misleading, and inaccurate information. Be discerning with your source of news."

The apparently "false, misleading, and inaccurate information" in my post below is from The New York Post.

Melania Trump has turned down an invitation to meet with Jill Biden on Wednesday, when President-elect Donald Trump will visit President Joe Biden, with sources reportedly close to Melania citing the FBI raiding Mar-a-Lago as a key reason why.

Melania did visit and toured the White House with then-first lady Michelle Obama after Trump won the 2016 election.
“She ain’t going,” a source told The New York Post. “Jill Biden’s husband authorized the FBI snooping through her underwear drawer. The Bidens are disgusting. … Jill Biden isn’t someone Melania needs to meet.”
The FBI executed a search warrant and raided the Trumps’ Florida Mar-a-Lago residence on August 8, 2022, as part of its investigation into Trump’s handling of presidential documents. Mr. Trump was at Trump Tower in New York City at the time.
In September, Melania Trump posted a video on X in which she quoted the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated …”
She followed by stating, “I never imagined my privacy would be invaded by the government here in America. The FBI raided my home in Florida and searched through my personal belongings. This is not just my story; it serves as a warning to all Americans, a reminder that our freedom and rights must be respected.”
Melania stated that the FBI “rummaged through my personal belongings.” Asked if that made her angry, she recalled, “Yeah, it made me angry. Yes. Invasion of privacy. The way it was done, I was really surprised. And you get angry because, you know, nobody should be putting up with that kind of stuff. Some person, I don’t even know who, or how many people, they went through my stuff.”
Roughly one month after the FBI raid, Trump wrote on Truth Social, “I’ll soon be heading to the scene of the unwarranted, unjust, and illegal Raid and Break-In of my home in Florida, Mar-a-Lago. I’ll be able to see for myself the results of the unnecessary ransacking of rooms and other areas of the house. It has already been proven that so much has been wrongfully taken, it is not a ‘pretty thing.’ So sad! The 4th Amendment, and much more, has been totally violated, a grave invasion of privacy. I will keep the American public informed on TRUTH!”
Trump’s confidential documents case was dismissed in July by U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon.

Trump to meet with Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at Mar-a-Lago.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Former President Donald Trump expressed enthusiasm as he plans to welcome Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at Mar-a-Lago on Friday.
“Looking forward to welcoming Bibi Netanyahu at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, tomorrow,” Trump said on social media. (Changed to Friday from what I'm hearing.)
“During my first term, we had Peace and Stability in the Region, even signing the historic Abraham Accords – And we will have it again,” he continued. “Just as I have said in discussions with President Zelensky and other World Leaders in recent weeks, my PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH Agenda will demonstrate to the World that these horrible, deadly Wars, and violent Conflicts must end.”
“Millions are dying, and Kamala Harris is in no way capable of stopping it,” he added.
Netanyahu will pay the former president a visit after he addresses a joint session of Congress in Washington, D.C.
The purpose of the trip largely has to do with Israel’s continued request for support and resources as they combat Hamas, the terrorist organization that carried out an attack on the nation on Oct. 7, 2023.
According to the Washington Post, Vice President Kamala Harris, the new presumptive presidential nominee for the Democratic Party, will not be presiding over the legislative body during the address.

BREAKING: Federal judge DENIES gag order for Trump and chastises Jack Smith in the process …

A federal judge just denied a gag order request for Trump by Biden hack special counsel Jack Smith in the classified documents case taking place in Florida. And then she chastised Smith for not reaching out to Trump’s attorneys over the matter.
The gag order request came after Trump echoed the news that FBI agents were told they could assassinate him during the search of Mar-a-Lago.
Here’s more from The Hill:
Judge Aileen Cannon chastised special counsel Jack Smith’s team Tuesday after she said they failed to meaningfully reach out to former President Trump’s attorneys on a motion to limit his speech in the classified documents case after Trump claimed law enforcement had the power to assassinate him.
She likewise denied a motion from Trump’s legal team seeking to censure prosecutors over the matter.
Trump’s lawyers fired back Tuesday, after Smith asked the judge to put a stop to his false claims that FBI agents had a green light to assassinate him during their search for documents at the former president’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
A late Friday filing from the Justice Department pointed to what they deemed “several intentionally false and inflammatory statements” that violate existing limitations placed on Trump as part of his conditions of pretrial release.
Prosecutors — who like Trump’s team are required to confer with the other party before filing motions in the case — did not do so until 5:30 p.m. ahead of Memorial Day weekend.
“The Court finds the Special Counsel’s pro forma ‘conferral’ to be wholly lacking in substance and professional courtesy,” Cannon wrote.
I’m glad the judge denied Smith’s demand for another gag order. I don’t believe for a second that it had anything to do with Trump’s statement either. He’ll use anything as a pretext to help Biden win, especially if it means shutting Trump up.

President Trump Calls For Jack Smith to be Arrested After Special Counsel Admits HE LIED TO THE COURT About Classified Docs Seized from Mar-a-Lago.

President Trump this weekend called for Jack Smith to be arrested after the Special Counsel admitted in a court filing that he lied to the court about the classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.
“ARREST DERANGED JACK SMITH. HE IS A CRIMINAL!” Trump said in a Truth Social post this weekend.
Jack Smith admitted he lied to the Court about the classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago in a motion filed late Friday night.
Special Counsel Jack Smith on Friday evening responded to Trump’s co-defendant Walt Nauta’s motion to extend a deadline for disclosures in the classified documents case.
Recall that Walt Nauta, a former White House employee and Navy veteran who worked valet for Trump and served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago was indicted along with Trump last year.
In a motion filed late Friday, Jack Smith admitted the FBI messed with the boxes containing “classified” documents they seized from Trump and can’t be sure the order or the placement of the documents.
In a May 1 filing, Walt Nauta’s attorney claimed he had difficulty in cross-referencing materials in classified and unclassified discovery because “certain items in the seized boxes he reviewed were in a different order from where they appear in the scans of the boxes’ contents produced in discovery.”
Jack Smith in his Friday night response admitted the FBI moved the classified documents around.
According to a footnote in the motion reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, the FBI messed with the boxes containing the ‘classified’ documents they seized from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
The DOJ previously assured the Court that the placement of classified documents as originally found had been maintained – THEY LIED!

EVIDENCE TAMPERING? Jack Smith Admits FBI Messed with Boxes Containing “Classified” Documents They Seized from Trump.
The DOJ previously assured the Court that the placement of classified documents as originally found had been maintained – THEY LIED!

Footnote 3: The Government acknowledges that this is inconsistent with what Government counsel previously understood and represented to the Court. See, e.g., 4/12/24 Hearing Tr. at 65 (Government responding to the Court’s question of whether the boxes were “in their original, intact form as seized” by stating “[t]hey are, with one exception; and that is that the classified documents have been removed and placeholders have been put in the documents”
The DOJ in August 2022 lied to the Court when they claimed the red, blue and yellow sheets shown in the viral photo of the classified documents indicated their classification status.

It turns out they were “slip sheets” the FBI used to replace the so-called classified documents.

The FBI admitted they messed with Trump’s documents! The FBI used cover sheets as placeholders for the classified documents.
“After the boxes were brought to WFO, the FBI created an index to correlate the documents with classification markings to codes (e.g., document “bb”) and labeled the classified cover sheets in the boxes with the codes for the seized documents. The FBI also generally replaced the handwritten sheets with classified cover sheets annotated with the index code, but regardless, any handwritten sheets that currently remain in the boxes do not represent additional classified documents—they were just not removed when the classified cover sheets with the index code were added. In many but not all instances, the FBI was able to determine which document with classification markings corresponded to a particular placeholder sheet.”
Jack Smith also claimed the FBI found so many classified documents that they ran out of ‘slip sheets.’

“The investigative team used classified cover sheets for that purpose, until the FBI ran out because there were so many classified documents, at which point the team began using blank sheets with handwritten notes indicating the classification level of the document(s) seized,” Jack Smith laughably claimed.
“Yet more reason to throw out this sham prosecution,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in response to Jack Smith’s filing.

Unredacted Documents Prove Federal Agency Had ‘Pallets’ Of Documents Sent To Mar-A-Lago One Year Before DOJ Raid.

A federal agency worked with the Trump transition team to send two pallets of “document boxes” relating to former President Donald Trump’s presidency to his Mar-a-Lago home — one year before Special Counsel Jack Smith then raided the residence to look for classified documents.
Smith indicted Trump in June of 2023 for allegedly mishandling classified documents, one year after armed federal agents raided Mar-a-Lago in search of such documents.
The General Services Administration (GSA) was in talks with Trump’s team both during and after his term regarding “pallets” of items from the president’s tenure, emails show. The GSA informed Trump’s transition team that there were six pallets that needed to be transferred from Virginia to Florida.
Of the six pallets, two were designated to be sent to Mar-a-Lago and four to a West Palm Beach storage unit, according to emails. The two pallets to be delivered to Mar-a-Lago from an Arlington, Virginia facility contained “document boxes,” according to an email previewing the shipping charges.
“I understand that we are ready to ship,” read an email sent Aug. 26, 2021 by Kathy Geisler, the director of the Office of Portfolio Management and Real Estate’s Program Execution Division, that included Trump aide Beau Harrison as a recipient. “I know that originally we had 3 pallets going to the storage unit — that is now 4 pallets going to the storage unit. 2 Pallets will go to Mar-a-Lago.”
A July 2021 letter from Harrison stated the items to be shipped from Arlington, Virginia to Palm Beach, Florida were “required to wind down the Office of the Former President or are items that are property of the Federal Government.”
It is unclear how long the pallets sat in the Virginia facility or who had access to them.
An FBI agent said during a witness interview that the GSA was in possession of six pallets and that the office “contacted the office of 45 to inform them that, you know, they have to go,” according to a screenshot of the transcript posted by independent journalist Julie Kelly.
“They — someone has to pick them up, or they have to be shipped, or something to that effect.”
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was also involved in the transition, but by June 2021, NARA archivist David Ferriero had become frustrated by the pace of “good-faith efforts” by Trump’s team to address NARA’s concerns, a filing screenshot posted by Kelly shows.
The Federalist asked NARA whether the pallets shipped by GSA included the documents that were later confiscated by Smith’s team during their raid of Mar-a-Lago, and NARA’s media staff responded that the agency had “no awareness about the contents of the materials on the pallets and had no involvement in the move project that is referenced in the GSA emails.”
“NARA was harassing Trump throughout 2021 for what they insisted were government records apparently WITHOUT contacting GSA to search dozens of boxes in their possession,” Kelly observed.
President Joe Biden, whose Justice Department is carrying out this and another political prosecution of Trump, escaped indictment for his own classified documents scandal after a special counsel determined it would be hard to convince a jury that the aging president committed “a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

https://twitter.com/julie_kelly2/status/1784226958127014361?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1784226958127014361%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fthefederalist.com%2F2024%2F04%2F30%2Ffederal-agency-had-pallets-of-documents-sent-to-mar-a-lago-one-year-before-doj-raid%2F

So, in other words, the federal government shipped boxes of classified information from government storage to Trump at Mar-a-Lago, then charged him for possessing it, then rescinded his clearance after charging him.

House Republican, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), Files Ethics Complaint Against Judge in Trump Fraud Case

"This judge’s bizarre behavior has no place in our judicial system," she wrote.
Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) sent a letter to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct expressing "serious concerns" about the judge overseeing a civil fraud trial against former President Donald Trump and the Trump Organization.
"This judge’s bizarre behavior has no place in our judicial system," she wrote, describing "inappropriate bias" and "judicial intemperance" in her Nov. 10 letter.
New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing President Trump for defrauding the state by artificially inflating his net worth in a trial that began on Oct. 2. A week before the trial, New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron had granted the attorney general's office a summary judgment in their favor, finding President Trump liable for fraud.
As such, the bench trial—there is no jury under the statute prosecutors are using—will only deal with what penalties President Trump will need to face. Ms. James is asking for $250 million in damages and to bar the former president and other executives from doing business in the state for five years.
President Trump has attended the trial regularly, giving updates to the press when in court. In recent weeks, his attorneys have clashed with the judge, sometimes resulting in drawn-out arguments in court, with the defense attorneys accusing him of bias as he often allows the prosecution to ask questions he overrules for the defense, and other issues.
Ms. Stefanik echoed these concerns, pointing out that the defendant is a leading candidate for the presidency.
"It appears the judicial system is being politicized to affect the outcome of the campaign," she wrote.
"Judge Engoron has displayed a clear judicial bias against the defendant throughout the case, breaking several rules in the New York Code of Judicial Conduct."
Ms. Stefanik asks that the commission sanction Justice Engoron to "bring back credibility to our great state's legal system."
Ms. Stefanik listed several items she believed pointed to bias, beginning a year ago, before the trial, when the judge told President Trump's attorney that President Trump was "just a bad guy."
She also accused him of ignoring an appellate court's ruling that set a statute of limitations on the case, smiling for the pool cameras, and the summary judgment he made before the trial began.
"And Judge Engoron has made it crystal clear he doesn’t care what the defendant or his attorneys have to say," Ms. Stefanik added, including a snapshot of just a few of the blows exchanged between defense attorneys and the judge, which were especially pronounced the day President Trump testified.
While on the witness stand, President Trump gave long and detailed answers about his properties, which the judge seemed not to like. He told his lawyers to "control" their client, and when attorney Chris Kise tried to explain the "extraordinary circumstances" they were in that might warrant these detailed answered, the judge said he was "not here to listen to what you [President Trump] have to say."
Justice Engoron told defense attorney Alina Habba, “I am not here to hear what he has to say, now sit down!” when she protested, and when Mr. Kise said he would file a motion for directed verdict, the judge said, "You better not, Chris!"
Ms. Stefanik stated that Justice Engoron and his staff are Democrat donors, and the judge himself made a political contribution in 2018, which is against the rules of conduct. His principal law clerk, Allison Greenfield, has also made political contributions of $3,335 over 2022 and 2023, but the rules state that judges should prevent their staff from contributing to political campaigns more than $500 in any calendar year.

There is currently a gag order that prevents President Trump and his attorneys from making any comments about the judge's staff, which Ms. Stefanik claims is illegal.
Recently, President Trump made a comment about an unnamed "partisan" person sitting "alongside" the judge, prompting Justice Engoron to issue a $10,000 fine in what he believed was a violation of the gag order.
Ms. Stefanik said such speech was "core political speech" protected by the First Amendment.
"If anyone in America must have the constitutional right to speak out against the judge, his staff, the witnesses, or the process, it’s a defendant going through a process he believes is politicized and weaponized against him," she wrote, accusing the judge's order of being "un-American."
"It’s an illegal prior restraint on the defendant’s First Amendment rights."
She noted a similar gag order has been placed on President Trump in a separate, federal criminal case, where "even the progressive ACLU [American Civil Liberties Union] felt compelled to acknowledge." The ACLU had sought to file an amicus brief, but was rejected by the court.
Ms. Stefanik also weighed in on the trail evidence and ruling, arguing that no evidence was presented on trial to suggest fraud, and in fact "disputed material evidence" suggested the opposite.
"The defendant paid back the sophisticated Wall Street banks, on time, in full, with interest, as agreed. No insurance company paid a penny. And these banks and insurance companies, supposedly defrauded, continue to do business with the defendant," she wrote.
Indeed, two banks had done their own analyses of President Trump's net worth, as revealed in testimonies, and for some development projects the bank had courted President Trump's business, not the other way around. It was also revealed that the accounting firm Trump Organization had long worked with dropped the business as a client after being informed by the attorney general's office of the investigation, and wrote in their parting letter that they had not done any independent analyses or audits, and did not know of any fraud.
At the center of the case are the statements of financial condition Trump Organization prepared every year, which lists President Trump's total net worth and a summary balance sheet of his asset's values, which is not a standard document and was used as a marketing piece when he did deals.
Trump Organization had valued Mar-a-Lago between $426 million and $612 million in these statements, while Ms. James and the judge valued it at $18 million to $27.6 million, prompting ridicule from President Trump, who says the property could be worth more than $1 billion, a sentiment echoed by prominent real estate figures. One agent told the Associated Press the judge's claim was "ludicrous."
However, the judge had dismissed a sworn affidavit from Lawrence Moens, the top Palm Beach luxury broker, who said if he had the opportunity to market Mar-a-Lago, it would be sold to someone with "net worths in the multiple billions," the likes of Elon Musk, kings, emperors, and heads of state. Justice Engoron called the statement an "unsubstantiated dream," but admitted testimony from an expert on the attorney general's side who helped come up with the $250 million disgorgement figure, suggesting banks lost out on more than $100 million in interest because the financial statements were inflated.
Ms. Stefanik said the commission must "take corrective action to restore a just process and protect our constitutional rights," sanctioning and removing the judge from the case.
"This case is so much bigger than President Donald J. Trump. If Judge Engoron can railroad a billionaire New York businessman, a former president of the United States, and the leading presidential candidate, just imagine what he could do to all New Yorkers," she said, warning that the "lawlessness" of his actions could warn New York business owners away from the state.
