President Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley (Ret.), and others who some speculated may have faced investigations under the incoming Trump administration on Monday.
Biden's pardons come just hours before he is set to depart the White House and President-elect Trump takes the oath of office once again. The pardon also applies to a litany of people involved in the January 6 select committee investigation.
Those issued pardons include Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases; retired Gen. Mark Milley, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; and the lawmakers and staffers from the House committee that investigated the Capitol attack on Jan. 6, 2021. Those lawmakers include former GOP Reps. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, Adam Kinzinger of Illinois; and Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.
In addition to the named individuals, the pardon applies to, "Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee."
"These public servants have served our nation with honor and distinction and do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions," Biden said in a statement.
Notably, Special Counsel Jack Smith, former FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland are not included in the pardon, despite speculation that they may face backlash from the incoming administration.
Condemnation of the move began to pour in almost immediately on Monday. Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., blasted Biden's legacy minutes after the order dropped.
"The guy who claimed he would ‘protect norms’ continues to bulldoze them and the Constitution until the bitter end. Biden truly is one of the worst Presidents in American history and will only be remembered as the guy between Trump’s two terms," Schmitt wrote on X.

The second I read the headline about 700 former national security and military officials endorsing Kamala Harris for president, I thought, “Were any of them the same ones who signed the infamous, duplicitous letter in October 2020—right before the election—that claimed Hunter Biden’s lurid laptop was likely Russian disinformation?”
It was a lie, and many if not all of those 51 “experts” knew it. To this day, most make no apology for their attempts to gaslight the public and affect the outcome of a presidential election:

In yet another clear sign that the swamp is alive and well in Washington, more than 30 House members—including a disgraceful six Republicans—have joined hands with Democrats to sign a so-called “bipartisan” pledge that seeks to undermine the true voice of the American people before the 2024 election even takes place.
The pledge, deceptively named the “Unity Commitment,” pretends to “safeguard” the election, but in reality, it’s nothing more than an effort to rubber-stamp the will of establishment elites and globalist politicians.
Leading this charge are Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) and Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE), who are rallying members of Congress to commit to upholding whatever result comes from the 2024 election—even as concerns about voter integrity and election security remain at an all-time high.

Among the RINOs are Reps. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Mike Lawler (R-NY), Lori Chavez-DeRemer (R-OR), Nick LaLota (R-NY), and Anthony D’Esposito (R-NY), all running for reelection in districts that voted for Biden in 2020, according to Washington Examiner.

Let’s not forget, none of these so-called Republicans stood with the 139 GOP House members who, in 2020, courageously voted against certifying the results of a fraudulent election riddled with irregularities.
Instead, they’ve joined a chorus of Democrats who have weaponized our elections, accusing anyone who raises legitimate questions about voter fraud of “undermining democracy.”
And here’s the kicker: this pledge includes a commitment to attend the inauguration of the so-called “legitimate” President in 2025, no matter what! They want to lock in the results before the votes are even counted and bully anyone who dares to question the process.
These RINOs are too afraid to stand up for their voters and instead want to make peace with the Democrats and their far-left base.
Trump has been right all along—there are serious concerns about the integrity of our elections, especially as Democrats continue their reckless policies of opening the borders and “importing” voters, as the former president has boldly pointed out. Yet, this group of establishment sellouts would have you believe there’s no problem here, even as millions pour across our border, potentially diluting the voice of true Americans at the ballot box.

The letter reads:
Once the 2024 presidential election is over – and all legal means to challenge election results in the courts have been exhausted – I will safeguard the fairness and integrity of America’s democratic process by:
1. Acknowledging the election winner certified at the joint meeting of Congress in January 2025 as the legitimate President of the United States.
2. Attending the President’s inauguration ceremony in person.
3. Serving as a voice for calm and reconciliation and speaking out against those who endorse or engage in violence that harms people, property, or public spaces. After this election, America will have the rule of the mob unless the commonsense majority stands up. It’s never been more critical for our leaders to embrace the enduring idea that America is and must always be one nation.

When Democrat politicians talk about “respecting election results,” what they really mean is silencing dissent and forcing everyone to accept whatever result is handed to them.
They want Americans to ignore their own eyes, their own experiences, and the mounting evidence of electoral corruption, all in the name of some fake unity.

During the Obama Administration, the US State Department prevented the FBI from arresting people connected to Iran’s illicit nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs, including “known terrorists,” two Republican Senators said in a bombshell accusation.
Yesterday (Wednesday), Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis) presented unclassified emails from the FBI obtained from whistleblowers showing that the State Department blocked multiple arrests in 2015 and 2016 so as not to jeopardize the Joint Plan of Action, the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran.
In a letter to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, the Senators wrote, “The records provided to our offices show that the Obama/Biden administration’s State Department, under the leadership of John Kerry, actively and persistently interfered with FBI operations pertaining to lawful arrests of known terrorists, members of Iranian proliferation networks, and other criminals providing material support for Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs.”
They elaborated, “For example, unclassified FBI email records from August 25, 2017, detailed at least eight instances connected to the Iran deal where the ‘FBI/DOJ/USG could have moved forward with the cases but the State Department chose to block them.’ According to the records, in six of these instances, the FBI lost the opportunity to arrest the main subject. The email says that one of the lost main subjects was noted to be ‘on the Terrorism Watch List” and another “returned to Iran.’ The email further says that in another instance the State Department ‘blocked [FBI’s] plan to arrest while the subject was mid-flight and the subject was forced to leave the US immediately upon arrival.’ The email also provides that at least two targets were arrested only after ‘State lifted their block…since the new [Trump] Administration took office.'”

The story first broke in The Washington Post, with the paper describing the offer as follows.
The Biden administration, working urgently to stave off a full-scale Israeli invasion of Rafah, is offering Israel valuable assistance if it holds back, including sensitive intelligence to help the Israeli military pinpoint the location of Hamas leaders and find the group’s hidden tunnels, according to four people familiar with the U.S. offers.
There's no other way to read this except that the Biden administration has been protecting Hamas. If intelligence exists that can help "pinpoint the location of Hamas leaders," it should have been given to Israel the moment it was produced. The same goes for any information about the terror tunnels.
Why was that information held back from Israel? Was the White House trying to appease Iran by ensuring Hamas' survival? Or was Biden concerned about the domestic backlash from the far left if he had a hand in eliminating Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar?
To only offer this intelligence after Israel called Biden's bluff on Rafah smacks of political gamesmanship, with the president's political fortunes being put over the lives of the hostages, including the several Americans still being held captive.
Former Israeli Ambassador to the United States Michael Oren had this to say about the situation.

The scandalous part of the situation aside, there's also an inherent contradiction on display. Biden is telling the Israelis he will give them information on the location of Hamas leaders while at the same time demanding they not attack their geographic location in Rafah.
In other words, this seems like a meaningless promise from the White House. It's a desperate, pathetic attempt to get Israel to call off its final blow against Hamas. At this point, the Israelis don't need the intelligence because they will find the terror tunnels themselves once they take Rafah. They should tell Biden to go pound sand over this betrayal.

 Report: The Biden administration is behind an ICC plan to arrest senior Israeli officials.

As Jews wake up to the reality that the Democrat party has broken its decades’ long implied promise to protect the Jews from another Holocaust, Joe Biden may be doubling down on an effort to placate the Hamas wing of the Democrat party. According to an Israeli reporter who has highly placed contacts at the Hague, the International Criminal Court (“ICC”) is planning to arrest senior Israeli officials, something it would do only if it had the Biden administration’s permission.

As you can see, in the second tweet, Caroline Glick has translated the report. Here’s a summary of the core point:

Karim Asad Ahmad Kahn, who comes from England’s Pakistani community, is the chief prosecutor at the ICC, a position he obtained thanks to backing from the Biden administration. It is he who will allegedly issue arrest warrants against senior Israeli officials, including Netanyahu himself. The charges are presumably based upon alleged war crimes...that is, killing civilians. That Hamas placed itself among civilians, thereby turning them into military targets, apparently isn’t a war crime.
Everyone knows, of course, that the ICC, like every other European institution, is hostile to Israel. (As the old saying goes, the Europeans have never forgiven Israel for Auschwitz.) What makes the alleged upcoming arrest warrants so significant is that the ICC will be targeting Israel’s highest politicians while they are in the midst of waging a war against an enemy that is open about its intention to eliminate Israeli Jews from the face of the earth.
Even for the ICC, this is a bold move. That the ICC has the courage to make this move is allegedly because of Joe Biden:
“Regarding the intention to issue arrest warrants for senior Israelis, the sources at The Hague said that it is impossible that the chief prosecutor would have decided on such a dramatic step - in a war that is still ongoing - with very little evidence, if he had not at least gotten a “green light” from the Americans. The U.S. government has blown hot and cold to Israel over the years. However, since 1973, when Richard Nixon came to Israel’s rescue during the Yom Kippur War, the American government has been mostly consistent in its support for Israel. When this unholy alliance finally achieves total political power, one will destroy the other. Martin Fletcher has written that the situation for world Jewry is actually worse today than it was in the 1930s. That’s because in the 1930s, only Germany was on the move against the Jews (although, of course, by the 1940s, it managed to erase almost the entirety of Europe’s ancient Jewish population). Over the past week, we’ve seen numerous far-left protests all across the country where people are disrupting traffic, burning the American flag, and chanting “Death to America.” Yet House Democrats are refusing to condemn it. Make no mistake, these are not just random politicians. These are some of the most prominent Democratic elected officials in the entire country who just can’t bring themselves to say, “No, I don't think people should chant ‘Death to America.’ I am opposed to that.” That should be a layup. Biden administration ADMITS flying 320,000 migrants secretly into the U.S. to reduce the number of crossings at the border has national security 'vulnerabilities.’
Joe Biden's administration has admitted transporting migrants on secret flights into the U.S. and lawyers for its immigration agencies claim revealing the locations could create national security 'vulnerabilities'.

Customs and Border Protection has refused to disclose information about a program last year secretly arranging flights for thousands of undocumented immigrants from foreign airports directly to U.S. cities.
It means that while record numbers of migrants were flowing over the southern border last year, the Biden White House was also directly transporting them into the country.
Use of a cell phone app has allowed for the near undetected arrival by air of 320,000 aliens with no legal rights to enter the United States.
It comes after a controversy over a 2022 transportation program in which the administration used taxpayers money to move migrants throughout the country on overnight flights.
Included in details of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit first reported by Todd Bensman, the Center for Immigration Studies found Biden's CBP approved the latest secretive flights that transported hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from foreign countries into at least 43 different American airports from January through December 2023.
The program was part of Biden's expansion of the CBP One app, which kicked off at the start of last year.
Migrants were able, under Biden's expansion, to apply for asylum using the app from their home countries.
But the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) notes that the transportation of these migrants directly to the U.S. is one of the lesser known uses of the app.
Aliens who cannot legally enter the U.S. use CBP One to apply for travel authorization and temporary humanitarian release from those airports.
Under this parole release, migrants are able to remain in the U.S. for two years without obtaining legal status and meanwhile are eligible for work authorization.
The administration first said it would not reveal which airports the undocumented aliens were transported, citing a 'law enforcement exception' in the refusal to hand over information.
But new information from CIS lawsuit reveals the locations were not disclosed due to fear 'bad actors' would inflict harm on public safety or the information would create law enforcement vulnerabilities.
CBP lawyers wrote that revealing the airports would 'reveal information about the relative number of individuals arriving, and thus resources expended at particular airports.'
That would in turn reveal 'operational vulnerabilities that could be exploited by bad actors altering their patterns of conduct, adopting new methods of operation, and taking other countermeasures.'
They added this could 'thereby undermin[e] CBP's law enforcement efforts to secure the United States borders.'
But Republicans insist the southern border is not secure, and are demanding Biden implement more strict protocols between the U.S. and Mexican border.
CIS says the secretive flights are 'legally dubious' and claim since CBP will not disclose the locations for fear of 'grave' consequences, it is likely not a program that should continue.
Lawyers also did not disclose the locations of foreign airport departures, making it unclear where these migrants are coming from.
But those eligible for the CBP One applications are citizens from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia and Ecuador.

U.S. updates Taiwan fact sheet again to say it does not support independence.
TAIPEI, June 3 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department has updated its fact sheet on Taiwan again, to reinstate a line about not supporting formal independence for the Chinese-claimed, democratically governed island.
Last month, the State Department changed its website on Taiwan, removing wording both on not supporting Taiwan independence and on acknowledging Beijing's position that Taiwan is part of China, which angered Beijing.
Washington said the update did not reflect a change in policy. That wording has now been changed again, to reinstate a line saying "we do not support Taiwan independence."
The change was first reported by Taiwan's official Central News Agency on Friday, and appears to have happened on May 28, the date at the top of the fact sheet.
A State Department spokesperson said on Friday that the fact sheet was again updated to reflect Secretary of State Antony Blinken's recent speech on China, in which he said the United States does not support Taiwan independence.
"We oppose any unilateral changes to the status quo from either side; we do not support Taiwan independence; and we expect cross-Strait differences to be resolved by peaceful means," the spokesperson said, referring to the strait separating the island from the Asian mainland.
Other U.S. officials have echoed that position in recent weeks, saying long-standing policy has not changed.
Taiwan is already a de facto independent country, though with only very limited international recognition. Washington has no formal ties with Taipei, but is its most important international backer and arms supplier.
Taiwan's official name remains the Republic of China, the name of the government that fled to the island in 1949 after losing a civil war with the Communist Party, which set up the People's Republic of China with its capital in Beijing.
China's government in 2005 passed a law giving Beijing the legal basis for military action if it judges Taiwan to have seceded or to be about to.
Taiwan's government says only the island's 23 million people have the right to decide their future, and while it wants peace, will defend itself if attacked.
