Florida AG Slams Prosecution Of Woman In Fatal Orlando Road-Rage Shooting

(This is Florida. AG Uthmeier is absolutely correct and Tina Allgeo was 'Standing Her Ground.' This road-rage incident has NO BEARING in the fact that Mihail Tsvetkov got out of his car, approached Allgeo's car, snatched the door open and physically attacked her, punching her multiple times, and tried to drag her from her vehicle. She shot him with a legally owned weapon while she was being attacked and in fear of her life. End Of Story.)

ORLANDO, Fla. —
Florida's attorney general on Monday slammed a decision made by the Orange-Osceola state attorney involving a 2024 shooting in Orlando.
James Uthmeier said he was "troubled and puzzled" by the prosecution of Tina Allgeo, who on Dec. 2 was arrested in a road-rage shooting and charged with second-degree murder.
The victim, Mihail Tsvetkov, was shot and killed during an incident near Primrose Drive and Colonial Drive.
The Orange-Osceola state attorney, Monique Worrell,
According to investigators, the incident began when Tsvetkov was following closely behind Allgeo’s vehicle on Colonial Drive, allegedly bumping her car before attempting to drive off.
Allgeo told police she followed him to obtain his license plate number and accidentally bumped his Lexus. Police say that is when Tsvetkov got out of his car, approached Allgeo’s vehicle and was shot by Allgeo.
Documents say she said she shot him once because she feared for her life as he punched her multiple times.
Her attorney, Mark O'Mara, argued that Allgeo acted in self-defense. He said the video shows the victim opening her car door before the shooting.
In a post on X, Uthmeier said:
"Monique Worrell may not like Florida’s Stand Your Ground laws, but those laws reflect our God-given right to self-defense. In the case of Tina Allgeo, State Attorney Worrell should reconsider her prosecution."
O'Mara told WESH 2, "I don’t want whatever is going on between the two of them to impact on my ability to resolve the case."
O'Mara went on to say that while he sides with the attorney general’s opposition to charging Allgeo, he also doesn’t want a dispute to interfere with justice.
"I’m a bit troubled," O'Mara said. "I don’t feel the need to have Tina or this case be part of the politics between the two offices. I know they have been tussling. I mean, leave Tina out of it. But I don’t disagree with his interpretation of the of the statute and the facts of this case.
O'Mara will seek a “stand your ground” hearing, which could eliminate the need for a trial, now set for next year.

Worrell released the following statement shortly after:

"Every day, the Attorney General's inexperience with criminal prosecution becomes more abundantly clear; it risks the public safety and credibility of our criminal legal system for every Floridian. State Attorneys are constitutionally empowered to exercise discretion in determining when charges should be brought.
"That discretion requires prosecutors to evaluate whether sufficient evidence exists to establish probable cause, and whether the matter should properly be presented to a grand jury or court. In a homicide case, where one individual's life has been taken, the gravity of the circumstances demands thorough evaluation.
"Florida's self-defense laws, including the 'Stand Your Ground' statute, provide certain immunities when the use of force is justified; however, whether that justification applies in any given case is a matter for judicial determination, not partisan politics. Prosecutors do not serve as extensions of the Governor or the Attorney General; we serve the people of our circuit in accordance with Florida law.
"The Attorney General's attempts to intimidate or override independent prosecutorial judgment erode public trust in the impartial administration of justice."

Highlands County man kills suspected home intruder accused of shooting his wife.
(CULLING THE HERD.)

AVON PARK, Fla. - A Highlands County man is being praised by the sheriff’s office for stabbing an accused home intruder to death with a garden knife after deputies say the suspect shot the man’s wife.
According to the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office, deputies went to a home on Joe Hilton Street in Avon Park around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday to investigate a suspicious incident.
When deputies arrived, they said they found a man and a woman, both 69, suffering from serious injuries. The man told investigators that another person, who has since been identified as 62-year-old Lindsey Glen, was dead inside the home.
According to Sheriff Paul Blackman, Glenn tricked the victims to get inside the home and may have even given them a different name at one point.
"The female victim in this case has often notarized things for different folks in the community, and it’s not uncommon for someone to knock on the door and come into the house and for her to notarize something," Blackman said.
Once he was inside, investigators say he pulled out a gun and shot the woman in the face.
After seeing his wife get shot, deputies say the male victim grabbed a 7-inch garden knife and killed Glenn.
"Ultimately, the suspect, Lindsey Glenn, was cut to pieces and was very much deceased by the time deputies could get to him," Blackman stated.
Tyris Godfrey, a neighbor who lives across the street, said the wife came running over and was bleeding after the incident.
"Our next door neighbor had stumbled upon our porch, and she was not in a good situation," Godfrey said. "She was bleeding."
Godfrey said his wife started helping the woman while they waited for first responders to arrive. He said he's grateful they were there to help neighbors that they consider family.
"Very loving people," Godfrey said. "They do whatever they can for the community. They feed the community. They’re church people. He’s a mechanic. Everybody in the neighborhood speaks very highly of them."
According to Blackman, Glenn has been convicted of at least 12 different felonies, which include robbery and burglary, and has been sent to state prison six times.
The man who killed Glenn was treated at an area hospital and released. Blackman says there are no intentions to charge the husband in this case.
"I would like to commend the male victim for his bravery in defending his wife in their home," Blackman said. "We will pray for his wife that she has a fast and full recovery."
"If everyone defended their home and defended their family in such a nature, I think we’d have a lot less crime in our area," Blackman said.
Deputies say the man's wife is recovering at the hospital and is stable. The deadly incident is still under investigation.

Governor Abbott PARDONS Daniel Perry for self-defense killing of BLM activist.

Governor Greg Abbott just pardoned Daniel Perry, a 35-year-old U.S. Army sergeant, for the self-defense killing of a BLM activist which the lunatic Soros-backed DA prosecuted him for murder.

From last year…
In the summer of 2020 during one of the many violent takeovers of downtown areas by BLM rioters and protesters, there was a fatal shooting in Austin, Texas.
An armed, white male protester pointed a rifle at the driver of a vehicle that was being surrounded and attacked the BLM mob. The driver, an Uber driver and former soldier who was also armed, fired at and killed the protester with the rifle.
Police declared this justifiable self-defense. The George Soros-backed Austin District Attorney brought murder charges anyway. And, terribly, the driver who acted in self-defense, Daniel Perry, was just convicted in the liberal enclave.
I’m so glad Abbott did this. It was absolutely a corrupt prosecution, one where the activist DA withheld exculpatory evidence from the court. Sound familiar??

An 85-year-old woman was handcuffed to a chair during an armed home invasion. She killed the robber and survived.

(This is one tough lady with an attitude that makes her a survivor … I was impressed with the way she handled the entire situation. The 'suspect' was a white piece of trash. I still haven't been able to find the race of Christine Jenneiahn 'Eastwood'.)

ROSE — An 85-year-old woman who shot and killed a man after he broke into her home in the middle of the night was threatened, hit, handcuffed to a chair and shot multiple times, according to newly released information.
The home invasion happened on March 13, and deputies responded just after noon. But the home invasion began at 2 a.m.
The Bingham County Prosecutor’s Office identified the 85-year-old woman on Wednesday as Christine Jenneiahn. The suspect was identified in March as Derek Ephriam Condon, 39, of Blackfoot.
Officials told EastIdahoNews.com the two were known to each other and it was not believed to be a random incident.
According to an incident review from Bingham County Prosecutor Ryan Jolley, Condon’s death has been ruled as “justifiable homicide” based on information contained in reports, video, photographs, search warrants and witness statements.
Early that morning, Jenneiahn was sleeping in her Bingham County home off 134 West 600 North, according to the review. The only other person in her home was her adult disabled son, David Jenneiahn, who was in his room downstairs.

EastIdahoNews.com has seen the home and it is out of the way from neighbors.
Christine Jenneiahn told investigators that she was asleep and was woken up by an unknown man. He was later identified as Condon.
Condon was dressed in a military jacket and a black ski mask. He was pointing a gun and flashlight at Jenneiahn.
The review said Condon placed Jenneiahn in handcuffs and took her into her living room.
“Subsequent investigation indicates a strong likelihood that Condon struck Jenneiahn in the head as she lay in her bed,” it said. There was blood on the pillow and floor in her room where she had been sleeping.
Jenneiahn said he had hit her in the head at some point during the incident, but she was unsure of exactly when it happened.
After taking her at gunpoint into the living room, Condon handcuffed her to a wooden chair. He asked her where the valuables were kept and put his pistol against her head after she told him she didn’t have much, the review said.
She told Condon that there were two safes downstairs in the home. He left Jenneiahn handcuffed in the living room. He went downstairs multiple times and rummaged through several rooms.
Eventually, Condon discovered that Jenneiahn’s son was in the home and got angry at her for not telling him. He made multiple threats and told her that he “would kill her,” the review revealed.
“One of the most heroic acts of self-preservation I have heard of.”
When Condon went downstairs again at some point, Jenneiahn dragged the chair she was handcuffed to into her bedroom and got her .357 Magnum revolver, which was under her pillow.
She then went back into the living room and “hid the revolver” between the armrest and cushion of a couch next to where she was sitting while she waited to see what Condon did next, the review detailed.
“Her memory of exactly what happened next remains somewhat unclear,” according to the review.
She told investigators that at some point, Condon came back into the living room and threatened to kill her as he continued to burglarize her home.
‘Now or never’
Jenneiahn ultimately made the decision that it was “now or never” and drew her gun and “engaged Condon, striking him with both her shots.” Officials told EastIdahoNews.com she shot him in the area of his chest.
Condon returned fire and emptied a 9mm pistol, hitting her multiple times in her abdomen, leg, arm and chest.
Condon went into the kitchen, where he died from his wounds.
Jenneiahn fell to the floor, still handcuffed, in the living room, where she remained for about 10 hours, the review said.
She was ultimately able to call 911 after her son came upstairs later in the morning and gave her a phone. Deputies responded immediately at 12:17 p.m. and provided lifesaving measures.
She was transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.
A broken window and screwdriver
Investigation revealed there was a broken window in the back of her home and a screwdriver was found next to the door where Condon came inside.
Additionally, Condon’s car was found near Jenneiahn’s home with one set of footprints leading from the car in that direction, the review said. When investigators searched Condon’s body, they found he had a lock pick set, his car key, a handcuff key and a bag that had items he had stolen.
The law in Idaho regarding self-defense is clear, Jolley wrote — “No person in this state shall be placed in legal jeopardy of any kind whatsoever for protecting himself …”
He found that an individual acting in self-defense is not required to “wait until he or she ascertains whether the danger is apparent or real.”
“This case presents an easy analysis of self-defense and justifiable homicide. It also presents one of the most heroic acts of self-preservation I have heard of,” Jolley wrote. “Any reasonable person would believe it necessary to defend themselves or their disabled child under such circumstances.”
He said the fact that Jenneiahn survived the encounter is “truly incredible.” Jolley said that her grit, determination and will to live appear to be what saved her that night.
“Had Derek Condon survived, I would be charging him with multiple felonies, including attempted murder, kidnapping, burglary, aggravated battery and grand theft,” Jolley added in his review.
The Bingham County Sheriff’s Office released in a post on social media, “We wish to make it clear that our intention is not to defame the name of the suspect involved or make a tragedy for his family worse. We are simply releasing the facts of the case and explaining that there was a victim involved that displayed heroism, fortitude, and a will to live that we’d be remiss not to share.”
The sheriff’s office said its staff feels fortunate to know Jenneiahn and looks forward to finding a way to honor her at a later date.
EastIdahoNews.com has reached out to her but has not been able to get in contact with her. We have confirmed Jenneiahn has been released from EIRMC and is recovering.
