Cracker Barrel - Never Going Back

I'm sure y'all have heard that Cracker Barrel management has decided to back off the logo change and bring back Uncle Herschel. Uncle Herschel was Cracker Barrel Old Country Store's founder Dan Evins' real uncle, the younger brother of Evins' mother.

But after reading the X/Twitter post about Cracker Barrel by Robby Starbuck*, I've decided that I can no longer have them on my approved restaurant list. They've been offending for far longer than I had any idea. And bringing Uncle Herschel back is NOT going to erase the rot going on at Cracker Barrel.

Gonna go ahead and post these last few (hopefully) ... and put Cracker Barrel in the rear view.

Robby Starbuck On Cracker Barrel

(There is a LOT of information here I had NO IDEA about. Never knew there was so much DEI already in Cracker Barrel for quite a while now.)

To put it mildly, Cracker Barrel has forgotten who their core customers are. It’s time for us to remind them. They depend on YOU to keep their business afloat so now YOU have to ask yourself: Do you want to fund people or companies that hate your values? It’s time to remind them who their customers are. If you think their values don’t align with yours and you’re a customer who wants to speak out, you can write to them here:

Being rude hurts our cause! I give everyone permission to use my video and what we found to make your own content. You can rip this, clip this, make your own content, etc. You can even monetize my video. Just get this information to everyone you know. We have to take our power back as consumers. Robby Starbuck Is Absolutely Correct ... You Can have Your Delusions,

But you can NEVER force me to affirm your delusions. Your delusion has always, until the 'woke' era, been defined as a mental illness. It still is a mental illness. Sometimes the parent/guardian is the one with the mental illness. Most people now are calling it Transhausen Syndrome By Proxy.

Corona Beer Company Rejects DIE, Kicks The Sodomite Mafia To The Curb

(I'm actually glad to hear this. I don't drink much any more but I really liked Corona. It's not my only beer but it has a great taste. I gave it up back when they first joined the Go Woke, Go Broke crowd.)

Constellation Brands, which owns the rights to sell the Mexican-made beers Corona, Modelo, and Pacifico in the U.S., told employees that it would cease DEI practices, stop working with the LGBTQ activist group the Human Rights Campaign, stop using the term “Latinx,” end its advocacy for bills like the Equality Act, and direct employees not to inject personal activism while representing the company brand.

“No woke company is safe and they’re all better off if they start changing NOW before we get to them next,” added Starbuck, a former music video director. “We’re a new, energized movement that believes in going on offense and using the financial power of conservatives to end the poisonous reign of wokeness.”
Starbuck has exposed DEI practices at major companies, pressuring them to reconsider. His activism has changed corporate policies at Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley-Davidson, Lowe’s, Ford, Coors, Jack Daniels, Boeing, Toyota, Walmart, McDonald’s, and others.

Robby Starbuck Is Dismantling Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion One Corporation at a Time.

Film producer and political activist Robby Starbuck has been on a mission to expose diversity, equity, and inclusion policies in major corporations, and he has been winning — to the point where companies are trying to rebrand their policies and name them something else. When an X user alerted that game companies Activision and Blizzard were making efforts to do this, Starbuck let it be known that they can try to hide, but it won't work.
We’re effectively making DEI toxic and we will do the same with the many ridiculous terms these idiots make up to replace it with. It’s DEI’s far left ideology that we will defeat, not just the term.
And Starbuck has more than a few scalps: Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Jack Daniels, and Polaris, to name a few. Add Lowe's, the home improvement store, to the list. While these companies first came off as combative and self-righteous, they soon caved, revised their policies, and canceled their DEI programming. Lowe's saw Starbuck's track record, so their divestiture from DEI came off with barely a whimper.
Starbuck now has the distinction of being memorialized by Scott Adams in a Dilbert cartoon.

Home improvement chain Lowe's is reportedly set to drop multiple diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs.
The retail chain is the latest major corporation to modify its DEI policies, according to an internal memo reported by Reuters.
According to the reports, Lowe's is ending its participation in surveys for the Human Rights Campaign, one of the largest and most progressive nonprofits in the country.
Starbuck messaged the executives of Lowe's, giving them notice that he planned to expose them. Starbuck said he woke up Monday morning and received this message.

Big news: I messaged @Lowes executives last week to let them know that I planned to expose their woke policies. This morning I woke up to an email where they preemptively made big changes.
Here are the changes:
• Ending participation in the @HRC’s woke Corporate Equality Index social credit system.
• No more donations to pride events or other divisive events.
• Ending ERG groups in favor of one large unifying ERG group for all employees, no longer designed to focus on race or sexual orientation.
They also hint at more future changes. We’re now forcing multi-billion dollar organizations to change their policies without even posting just from fear they have of being the next company that we expose.
We are winning and one by one we WILL bring sanity back to corporate America.
So far you’ve helped me change corporate policy at Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Polaris, Indian Motorcycle and now Lowe’s. We are a force to be reckoned with.

Now It’s Jack Daniels Getting Rid Of DEI Initiatives.

Brown-Forman Corp., the company that makes the iconic Jack Daniels whiskey, has reportedly decided to terminate Jack Daniels’ diversity, equity and inclusion program after a boycott was threatened.
On Wednesday, the Jack Daniels company issued a letter from its Executive Leadership Team. They announced, “[W]e launched our diversity and inclusion strategy in 2019. Since then, the world has evolved, our business has changed, and the legal and external landscape has shifted dramatically, particularly within the United States. With these new dynamics at play, we must adjust our work to ensure it continues to drive business results while appropriately recognizing the current environment in which we find ourselves.”
The letter added that the company would be “removing our quantitative workforce and supplier diversity ambitions; ending participation in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index survey; and reviewing training programs for consistency with an evolved strategy,” as conservative activist Robby Starbuck, who had planned to launch a boycott, reported.
Starbuck revealed that the letter came from a “screenshot of one of the multiple folders we have on them. Overall we had well over 15GB of files, photos and videos.”

On Monday, motorcycle giant Harley-Davidson announced that it was backing away from diversity, equity, and inclusion policies after facing criticism from conservative customers in the last few months.
In an open letter to the public, Harley-Davidson said it was no longer implementing DEI policies and would enact strict protocols for future corporate sponsorships and affiliations. The announcement comes as other companies like Tractor Supply have moved away from DEI after conservative customers spoke out.
“We are saddened by the negativity on social media over the last few weeks, designed to divide the Harley-Davidson community. As a Company, we take this issue very seriously, and it is our responsibility to respond with clarity, action, and facts,” the company said.
The company said it no longer had a DEI office and would no longer be participating in the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) scoring program going forward.
The changes at the company took place after the company received sharp criticism from conservatives back in July when Starbuck highlighted many of the company’s LGBT-focused initiatives, including training employees to be “allies” and promoting the work of Critical Race Theory proponents.

Harley-Davidson is facing biker backlash over accusations that the manufacturer with the renegade image is now identifying as woke, and moving production of the Sport Series and Pan America bikes from Wisconsin to Thailand.
"Recently on CEO Jochen Zeitz’s watch, they’ve gone totally woke," filmmaker Robby Starbuck shared on X in late July.
When filmmaker Starbuck shared on social media what he claims are Harley-Davidson's woke wishlist of internal policies, discontent turned to outrage for many.
"It’s branding suicide," Vinny Terranova, the owner of Pappy’s Vintage Cycles in Sturgis, South Dakota, told Fox News Digital. "A lot of bikers are switching over to Indian," he said. "They killed Harley.
The situation has drawn comparisons to the Bud Light marketing suicide move of 2023 in the beer brand's decision to partner with Dylan Mulvaney.
Harley riders have been concerned about the direction of the company since the German-born Zeitz took over as CEO.
The company's alleged DEI focus today contrasts sharply with the image that has appealed to core customers for decades.
Attendance declined dramatically last week at the annual Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival in Milwaukee,  where about 60,000 people attended the event, a 25% drop from the 80,000 who took in the festival last year.
Harley last year ditched its globally iconic logo of orange and white lettering on a black shield. Its new logo is an empty metallic shell – the same shape, but different colors and no words.
Sean Strickland isn't letting his hatred for the woke die down any time soon. The former UFC middleweight champion has shared a video on social media explaining why he can no longer associate himself with Harley Davidson.

"I love Harley, I've owned Harley's for most of my life," Strickland stated. "But, I will never own a Harley again."
"If you love America, you won't own a Harley. And I am getting rid of this Harley as soon as possible."
The motorcycle company has long been in partnership with the UFC and is considered a product that essentially resonates with fight fans. Strickland was one of the many who supported the company, all the way up until they began promoting controversial musician Machine Gun Kelly.
Strickland went on a social media tirade, threatening to sell his bike and announcing his displeasure at Harley Davidson "going woke".
