Thanks to Trump, the DEI and gender pretender CULTS are facing dwindling support and lawsuits. May it continue until DEI and gender mutilation are DOA.

Pacific Palisades. California's prop 13 prevents your property taxes from jumping unreasonably. However, if your house is destroyed, you only have 2 years (IIRC) to rebuild otherwise your property value is reevaluate at current rates. If people aren't allowed to rebuild in the next year, property taxes will force them off their land.
ReplyDeleteInsurance only pays out if you rebuild. The government is working overtime to screw these people over.
