Notice how the employee in blue took a look and judiciously moved out of the way. I actually think the employee operating the forklift thought he could overcome the inevitable by pushing on the steering wheel.
Problem with those forklifts is way too small mass at the base to counter the forces at that height. And not enough training and supervision at that company. They should never allow those death traps anywhere and not allow to load a heavy, loose item(s) at that height.
I agree completely. The company where worked for many years had one accident with that style of forklift and removed them all from the plant. One of the few safety actions they took that everyone agreed with.
