The world really doesn't understand what 'proportional' means in the case of Hamas/Gaza attacking Israeli citizens. A 'Proportional' response is appalling to the Israeli's because they don't want to rape, mutilate, kidnap, behead, and brutally murder innocent peoples. It's NON-HUMAN ... it's TERRORISTIC and BARBARIC. It's the kind of actions that even animals don't stoop to. POLITICO obviously doesn't comprehend this.
