UPDATE: So my internet service is still hit and miss ... bear with me.
Okay I’m back after another day+ suffering through another Windstream/Kinetic outage. I guess the wind must have blown over the tolerance level of 5 mph. I thought Windstream would be the answer to my problem but they are just another problem. I had HughesNet for quite a while until the price got insane, but I guess the lesson they’re trying to teach is is that you get what you pay for … except you DON’T … not anymore. And I don’t mind paying for a service that actually treats me like they value my patronage. But Windstream doesn’t even want to talk to me, or any of their customers, they make it a near impossibility to talk to a human when you call in with a problem. You have to lie to the automated system to trick it into putting you through to a human.
