Why in the world would a city take down signs that at least make the criminals think there may be someone keeping an eye on them ...? WHY? Is this symbolic to let the criminals know that they are free to roam and commit crimes there. Everything the blue states do is antithetical to protecting Americans. The mayor says these signs give a message that is "inconsistent with our values" ... WTF?

The programs associated with the signs have been inactive for years. Somebody hits a sign for a defunct program you expose yourself to unnecessary liability.

I have a friend from High school who's 30 yo kid just got 3 years probation for what could have been 4 years felony time. Bought tools on the bosses CC and hocked them or sold them or who the fuck knows. During out convo last night, I called the judge a pussy and said with my knowledge of the kids past I, if the judge, would have given him the time instead. He did not like me saying that, understandably. Not that it matters tho, the lefties are at the soft on crime period. Of course that ends promptly once in control, as we all know. Gulag, anyone?

I prefer elastration. It's bloodless yet results in the same fine consequences. That, and the subject has two to three weeks to think about his misdeeds before his nuts fall off.
