  1. Lets be honest here. The SPLC case will go nowhere. Kidding our selves makes no sense.

The SPLC was using donor money to pay informants who were members and leaders at hate groups. There may be an argument to ask whether donors knew their money was going to pay informants and whether they agreed with such an use for their money. In general when making a donation you agree that the recipient has the freedom to use those funds in whatever way the see fit to advance the organization's agenda and goals.

Arguing that the SPLC was funding hate groups is like arguing that the Police funds criminal groups because the police paid informants that were also criminals. This case is half a step above the Comet Ping Pong pizza nonsense and will end in humiliation for the DOJ

    1. Well, I understand what you're saying but I'm not the type to give up before the fight gets started.
I'm gonna be hoping for a big win. I don't expect the big win but I'm still gonna hope for it.

  2. Yeah...so what? Nothing is going to happen to crooks, ever. Just like everything else. S.S.D.D.

    1. Read the above comment reply, Bluesman.
I just can't expect nothing all the time.

  3. I read elsewhere that the SPLC has an $800 million war chest ready to employ for the mid-term elections. With this indictment against them, the DOJ can lock that war chest so that they can't spend it. So that's $800 million the D party doesn't have when they need it the most. Whether there's any conviction or not, it's still a blow to the D's on election day. Between that and the loss of the USAID, the D's are hurting financially. Not sure how deep down the rabbit hole that theory goes, but it is at least plausible.

    1. Man, I hope you're right about the DOJ being able to control their assets ... only IF the DOJ will do it is the question.
It seems like the Republicans have no real desire to use their heavy hand when we are in control. The Democrats have always and are constantly planning how they're going to bring the fist down when they're in power.
