Impeached and the father, grandfathers, brothers, uncles should be allowed 10 minutes in a locked room with her with bats festooned with barbed wire and with the prosecutor if he/she was complicit in the savage's release.

DeleteThe laws are called "Dram Shop" laws. They have been used to prosecute those serving alcohol liable for the acts committed by the intoxicated person(s) they are serving. It isn't used enough and very seldom these days because bartenders have became more serious about not overserving.
