CHP Conducts Commercial Strike Force Operation Along I-15 Corridor

(Makes me wonder when CDL violations started attracting attention in California. If I remember correctly, they were one of the largest issuers of bogus CDL licenses. It doesn't say IF they arrested any illegal invader/criminal drivers.)

From San Diego to the Nevada state line last Thursday. CHP partnered to conduct a “large scale” commercial vehicle enforcement detail.
Participating CHP Divisions include San Diego, Oceanside, Temecula, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Victorville, Barstow, and Mountain Pass (JPOE).

245 total vehicle inspections (including 2 HAZMAT inspections):
18 drivers placed out-of-service
40 vehicles placed out-of-service
4 vehicles impounded

Driver & Carrier Violations:
20 driver license violations
24 registration violations
27 operating authority violations
39 hours-of-service/logbook violations

Citations issued:
270 mechanical violations (from 245 total vehicle inspections!)
23 non-emergency stop violations
77 out-of-lane violations
6 cell phone violations
107 unsafe speed violations
48 additional moving violations

Totals:
352 commercial citations issued (from 245 total vehicle inspections!)
56 commercial warnings issued
43 citations issued to non-commercial vehicles
11 verbal warnings

REMINDER: While the media wants our focus diverted abroad, this is what hundreds of CDL schools across the country look like.

The average Google review isn't even written in English & migrants are being trained to drive on U.S. roads in languages such as Somali, Hindi & Arabic

    1. Yes sir. Sadly, I see shit like that all the time. The CDL licensing requirements in this country are in the toilet. I've heard that Trump's administration, Duffy, are shutting them down but, in my opinion, not nearly fast enough. And they just change locations and names and start these schools right back up again.

  2. If they started using asset forfeiture these violations would stop quickly.
