Agree, the RI transexual should not have been allowed to own a weapon.
ReplyDeleteHow do we achieve that goal? Background checks and restrictions are slippery slope that leads to gun control for everyone. So how do we stop people that shouldn't own weapons from getting them?
If we will only bitch about it and do nothing then don't even bother bitching about it.
Those who bitch about it and do nothing should be ashamed. I'm not part of the 'we'. I am worried about red flag laws and the possible abuse. But I make calls regularly requesting that everyday civilians from both sides be allowed to have input along with politicians in commissions to decide how red flag laws should be implemented AND regulated so as not to interfere with law abiding citizens.
DeleteMental health issues should be a primary red flag.
