Someone, who doesn't get credit because they are 'anonymous', made a comment that Bloom County ranked high in the best cartoon strips category. My reply was that Bloom County was more of a political cartoon than just a cartoon to enjoy for the commentary. I also think that Bloom County started leaning way too much to the left and it became unbearable.
But this cartoon, imo, ranks #1 of all Bloom County cartoons.

ReplyDeleteMe too. It was funny but it did get left leaning political. I believe at one time, circa 2015, he started writing Bloom County again but only posted the new cartoons on Fecesbook so he didn't have to deal with publishers and deadlines. but I haven't kept up with it.

ReplyDeleteI find myself not being offended by much these days. I might feel offended temporarily but it never lasts ... mostly by bodily odors.
