ReplyDeleteLocal law enforcement places all criminals into one of two categories, White or Black. The statistics are therefore skewed to bias cultural characteristics away from accurate accounting. "See?! The wippo commit ALMOST AS many crimes as The Noble Savage".
The falsification of arrest records regarding race are and have been skewed to be 'politically correct', i.e. misleading, for a while now. There needs to be some sort of memorable punishment to any official and/or organization that doesn't list the characteristics correctly.
