You can hear the intermittent shots going off, over and over. There were no police on the scene with firearms, they had to be brought in. That is insane. Citizens not having firearms is a disastrous policy. One unarmed man stopped one of the shooters but if there had been good guys with guys, this most likely would have been over quickly.
