This was the third time Raymond was arrested in two weeks.
On Nov. 1, deputies arrested Raymond on a Volusia County warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of shooting or throwing a deadly missile into a vehicle. That was in relation to a shooting in Ormond Beach which was investigated by the Volusia Sheriff's Office.
Raymond was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility and later released on a $55,000 bond.
On Tuesday, Nov. 11, Flagler County Sheriff's deputies arrested Raymond again on a Volusia County warrant for tampering with a witness.
He was transported back to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility and later turned over to the Volusia Sheriff's Office.
This freak has been recaptured and is back in custody.
