From what I remember from the Obongo regime, "WOTUS" defined "navigable" waterways as any drop of water that would eventually make it to a river. In other words, a tiny, seasonal creek running along the side of a pasture is a "navigable" waterway subject to EPA approval for any use of your land. Scrapping this abominable rule is a huge win for farmers ranchers, all landowners.

This should be on the agenda of EVERY state. They should also make Sharia law illegal in the US, it is incompatible with the U.S, Constitutional.
