Weather forecast for today - total fucking clown world out there, folks. I'd advise staying inside and stockpiling lots of whiskey and possibly some frozen pizza. Going to be a rough one.

DeleteIt just blows my mind the amount of sick shit and just absolute asininity I find as I wander the www. Too much to post, hell, it's too much to read.
Part of my problem is that I'm stuck in an office job during an industry slump, we have basically next to nothing to work on. So I'm spending 3 and 4 hours a day just surfing the internet on the company dime while counting down to retirement. I know one thing for sure, once I'm out of here I need to figure out real stuff to do and cut my internet time down to nothing. I'd rather ignore the clown world and put another coat of wax on the car for my own personal sanity. It's good to know that the clown world exists, but too much staring at it isn't good.
DeleteYou're absolutely right Don. My issue is the bad health. I spent most of my life setting up a homestead with projects lined up to carry me through until I clocked out. I have a sweet shop that I can't even spend much time in much less work on anything. I spend my time hooked up to oxygen scrolling and scrolling. I'm not whining, I'm pissed off at decisions I made that put me here. Smoking since I was 14 was the crappiest thing I could have done to myself. So yeah, take care of yourself and I hope you get to put more coats of wax on that car than it can haul down the road.
