My son is looking at home schooling his kids. We know 3 or 4 families that hoke schooled their kids, and one in particular seems to have had a failure to launch for most of their kids.
ReplyDeleteMonday morning quarterbacks, we've concluded that the parents raised the kids believing the world as it should be versus how the world is. Chloe is 100% correct. Tell the kids the truth. Teach them the ideal and teach them the reality that they will have to deal with.
We know 4 families, one is a single parent, who are home schooling. They are all Christian homes. We aren't educators, but it seems like these kids are more educated, more adjusted, and more happy that almost every public school educated child we know.
