DeleteSometimes people like tile setters and masons will do this because they do not like a perfect setting or wall, or, just to trigger your OCD. In fact ancient mason and setters said they couldn't make a perfect construct so as not to offend God and commit blasphemy believing they are as perfect as God.

DeleteI don't have OCD, but I would refuse to pay for it until it was right if it was in my house.
You don't need to be OCD to find that annoying...and evidence of incompetence.

DeleteWell, that certainly gives you something to stare at every time you sit down to take a dump!! Of course back in the day we'd take a paperback into the can. Nowadays I guess the kids take their cell phones. Not me, I stare at the floor tiles until I'm done.
ReplyDeleteLOL. Yeah, I ponder the pages of the magazines that my wife puts in the bathroom. Southern Living being the dominant one. But I try not to linger to avoid the dead leg syndrome. And the only times I carry my phone into the bathroom is if I am expecting an important call ... fortunately that doesn't happen very ofter these days.
