I can eat scrapple and hot dogs for only so long before I need a steak. Steaks are about the only food item around here in north Florida that hasn't dropped in price since poopy pants left office. And I'm real picky about eating only American beef. That's why we only buy beef, or any meat really, from local country butchers.
Oh, goody, Pam Bondi is on the case. Another investigation where nothing will be resolved.....

DeleteIt’s always the middlemen either the dairies dictating to the dairy farmers, the packers to the poultry producers the slaughterhouse to the cattlemen. Back in the eighties the Chinese were looking to penetrate the egg business. Only the producers who could haul eggs to nyc were able to get a fair price Everyone else had to sell to the conglomerate and the producer’s profit was less than a penny per egg
