Authorities said several people have died and several more remain unaccounted for Friday following an explosion at Accurate Energetic Systems, a Tennessee explosives manufacturing facility near Bucksnort, TN.
Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis spoke to the media several times throughout the day. He said a “very devastating blast” took place at 7:45 a.m. It encompassed an entire building, several people were unaccounted for and some have died, Davis said.
"We do have some folks, we can confirm that we do have some that are deceased," Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis told reporters at a news conference.
An official with Humphrey County Emergency Management said at least 19 are missing and that multiple others have been hospitalized, according to local reports.
Multiple agencies responded to the explosion.
The company, according to its website, "is dedicated to the development, manufacture, handling, and storage of high-quality energetic products utilized in both defense and commercial markets."
Its clients include the Department of War and the Department of Homeland Security, according to the Association of the United States Army.
The Hickman County Sheriff’s Office is asking everyone to avoid the area as emergency responders do their work.
(From all the photos and videos I've seen, this plant was completely leveled.)

There's been a raft of industrial explosions here lately, several in the Texas Gulf Coast area too. My plant is in a large turn-around and I get pop-ups on my phone daily about safety related stuff. One of the really bad things about working in the plants is that you can do everything safe and correct yourself, and some retard 50 yards off does something stupid and your family gets to bury a 200 lb sack of sand cause there ain't no body left. Guess that helps justify the salary.
ReplyDeleteSo you're saying you make 'the big bucks' while walking around with a tight sphincter.
DeleteWhat really worries me is what I've seen happen to several other people within spitting distance of retirement - I've known several guys have heart attacks and die in the fucking parking lot at work. Others killed in traffic driving to and from work. I'm maybe 6 months away from calling it quits and Dear Lord, don't let me die from something stupid.
DeleteBut also yeah, we've also had some people die or severely injured from chemical spills and/or explosions too. I'm investigating one event right now where the control system caught it and shutdown in time, but the guy running the board didn't even realize it was happening. This ain't a place I want to work at anymore.
Well I pray that you live much, much longer than that retirement date and pray that He keeps you well out of the range of idiots and DEI's
DeleteI wonder if it was sabotage? What Don Curton said, other places. You can't discount all the illegals here, chinese, russians, south americans, ukrainians and then you have all the domestic terrorists paid soros and globull rulers that want us to be defenseless and begging for a savior...
ReplyDeletePattern recognition is a thing, but also DEI is out there, waiting to strike. You know what they say, if you make something so easy even an idiot could run it, then you'll have nothing but idiots running it. So yeah, if we could administer on-the-spot IQ tests and fail anyone below a certain level, we'd probably wipe out 20% of the work force. It doesn't have to be intentional to be deadly.
DeleteThe plant I worked at until my disability was becoming OVERRUN with DEI and illegals. I didn't work in the plant. i worked for the lab collecting blood and other specimens to ensure compliance with USDA. But I had to go in the plant to get to the lab twice a week. It was sometimes nerve-wracking what I would see just walking halfway across the plant.
DeleteThat is a frightening reality. It's gotten to the point where I'm more worried about the domestic terrorists than I am about the imported ones.
DeleteWe've seen food production places burn down in recent years. Now, industrial sites exploding. Pettern recognition nudges me in the direction of remembering the Georgia Guidestones.
ReplyDeleteMaintain global population at 500 million
I think the underlying message today is more along the lines of eradicate the only people on the planet who accomplish anything for good ... white people.
