Avalos, whose TikTok handle was @liminalvoidslip (also known as "Wacko" with an anarchy symbol), was located via Minnesota supervision records due to his prior criminal history, including violence in Florida. He was released pretrial with conditions like GPS monitoring, no internet without approval, and mental health treatment.
