Random Political Social Media Posts - 9.16.2025

The UCMJ does not have specific regulations on social media and celebrating deaths, but posts celebrating a death are likely to be considered online misconduct under the General Article (Article 134), which covers acts that bring discredit to the armed forces, or Conduct Unbecoming an Officer (Article 133), and could lead to disciplinary action ranging from a reprimand to a court-martial, depending on the context and severity. Online misconduct includes behavior that undermines dignity and respect, and posts celebrating a death, especially if it's perceived as hateful or disrespectful, fall into this category.

    1. I hope they keep the pressure up. Especially for those in the military or law enforcement and similar situations.
