When I was young and dumb ... I'm no longer young, I took a windshield wiper pump off of another car and hooked it up in the trunk of my first car. (My first vehicle was a full size Ford Explorer pick-up.*) My first car was a 1975 Mercury Marquis Brougham**. I ran one of the windshield wiper hoses to each of the rear wheel wells and drilled a hole and made it where pressing a button mounted under the dash would spray a mixture of bleach and water on each of the tires. I could wet the tires ... just a little ... and you could do a burn out across the largest parking lot or down a good stretch of highway.
CAUTION: There are inherent dangers of making your tires so slick they can't grip which I'm sure everyone here can imagine. You need to be fairly proficient in maintaining control of the vehicle in adverse conditions. There is also the danger of burning the car to the ground if you aren't aware of how hot tires can get if you keep them smoking for a prolonged time period. It only took me one time to grasp the smoke time danger. Luckily one of my friends was a volunteer at the fire department and was right there with an extinguisher. I didn't do any real damage ... luckily.
*Very similar to this except with black wheels.
