I bet that palm tree gets cut down... Too stupid to not hook up a team of draft horses correctly? I had a mule and I had bought a work harness and used her to pull stumps and couple of times pull cars out of the bar ditch in the front of my house over to where the creek went through on the south side of my property and would charge a small fortune because tow trucks couldn't get down along the side of the bridge that spanned US 231 in Alabama to be able to pull them.
I think they must have just dropped the bar? in the back over the ball or whatever on the truck. Really, really stupid. And those horses are gonna be real hard to calm down for that kind of shit next time.
