Since weed is still federally illegal, why wasn't the whole property seized and everything in it?
ReplyDeleteYou'll have to pose that question to someone with more connections than me. CA has their own rules and I guess the federal government may not feel that it's worth the fight ... especially since the cannabis battle may possibly be coming to a close in the next few years with federal legalization.
