Thursday the 26th was Miss Schmidt's birthday and although we don't put a lot of celebration energy into birthdays, she decided to take off this coming week as she has vacation time building up and this was as good a reason as any to burn some. So posting will be hit and miss this weekend and the coming week because I have promised to carry her to the beach and spend some time riding around visiting some places and things and people we haven't seen in a while due to our health situation. There are also some restaurants we love that we haven't been to in a while. So bear with me as I try to spend some quality time with her and less time and effort blogging. I will be here, just less posting energy. The traveling is very hard on us and I want to make sure we both rest and recuperate and that overrides sitting in front of this computer.
Enjoy the time away and enjoy the time with your wife, that is far more important than a blog.

DeleteI've got one of those coming up too, not going to the beach but we're going inland. Too damn hot on the coast.
ReplyDeleteOur beach trip will involve sitting in the truck mostly with the A/C on and the windows down enough where she can smell the ocean and hear the waves.
