ReplyDeleteI've never been much on Chinese or Japanese cuisine anyway. My wife likes it very much and we have one place here in town that she says is as authentic as it comes. It is Chinese and the entire crew that runs it is an extended Chinese family. Some of them speak very little English, which is sad because why wouldn't you learn it after you've here for several generations.
