I recently was talking to a friend that I used to go scalloping with in the Gulf of America. We used to go down there every year and get our limit. You get 8 or 9 people in two boats and you can score a decent amount of scallops. Scallops have 'eyes' and can detect threats. Their normal threat would be a starfish but if you're scalloping, they can detect the darkness as you reach for them and they will frequently try to escape by swimming away but it is 'clumsy'.
Anyway there were a couple of younger guys sitting nearby. When I said something about scallops swimming, one of them called me out like I was lying. He kept on until my friend said look it up. These freaks these days will believe anything if it says it on 'wiki'. Sure enough it said they can move but he said it wasn't swimming, until he got a little further down the page and it says it is referred to as swimming. As soon as I saw he knew he was wrong, me and my friend just got up and walked away. You can't live a real life or experience life staring at that damn phone and sucking on a vape.
