That's what I was thinking until I noticed he was connected to the tow vehicle and couldn't slow down if his life depended on it ... maybe it did ... and the driver of the tow vehicle obviously didn't give a shit. Maybe he was laughing too hard.

It's my understanding that those sidecar motorcycles don't steer like a normal bike and are rather hard to control. Never been on one, but without a lean angle most motorcycles don't turn. The front wheel doesn't generate enough traction to matter on a bike, turning sharp requires leaning hard. With the sidecar that just can't happen.
